Do not buy from this dealership. They recently sold me a vehicle that they never checked that died within 150 miles. If they would have scanned the engine like they stated that they did, they would have seen the multiple failures in the power system. The vehicle died while coming around a corner and sent me directly towards a pole and could have killed me. They are not trustworthy. read more

I'll never buy another car from Legend and regret doing business here in the first place. Their cars look nice, but come with hidden issues. You just can't trust these people. Blown radiator stranded on highway 5 days after purchasing Wrangler from this place. Buyer beware- have car inspected by mechanic as they do a very good job of cleaning up the surface of the car but what hides beneath is a different story. My fiancé recently bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 120,000 miles on it and not a week after the radiator blew while going down the highway. After towing to local shop the mechanic said old coolant and rusting in radiator was causing fluid not to circulate, to the point where the coolant was orange with dirt, rust, and debris in the bottom of the coolant reservoir. This cost us nearly $2K in repairs with a $150 tow bill. After careful consideration we declined a service warranty after being assured these cars go through a 100 point inspection before being brought home from auction by legend. Given the hidden problems from negligence on Legend's part, we now regret that decision. The day of I contacted Kiyan and let him know and he said we would have to talk to management and quickly got off the phone. Didn't hear anything for days- called back and asked to speak to manager where he requested us to email info in. Still haven't heard anything back weeks later. read more

As of last weekend I will have purchased (2) Quality Luxury vehicles from them. In 2016 I purchased an 08' Mercedes GL450 and recently traded that one back in for a more fuel efficient 16' Lexus GS200T. On 1/3/24 I went to purchase a vehicle. While Sal was running my credit app, Sal and 2 other salesmen were talking shit about my family, saying how they hate my people (Asian/Vietnam/Thailand), didn't know why my whole family had to come, and didn't like that we were negotiating for the vehicle. This is the business they are in; negotiating a deal to meet theirs and their customer's needs. If they didn't want to give us the number we were asking, they didn't have to. We weren't holding them hostage to get the number we were asking for. We agreed on the number they gave us and they are still going to talk shit. My sister in law was sitting out in the lobby against the wall next to them and heard the entire conversation between the salesmen. I went with a friend to Co-sign for a Qx-30 2017 that was advertised for $15,995 after reviewing the contract I saw that I was listed as buyer and she was listed as co-buyer I also noticed that the total payment including finance charge came up to $30,944.88 none of this was explained to us when asking for detail pricing Cecilia kept repeating that it would be emailed to us. I called to speak to Cecilia she passed me over to the financing manager who was very rude she stated that the reason why they listed me as buyer is because my friends interest rate would have been higher I told them if that was explained to us we wouldn't have agreed to it she cut me off and passed me to her finance manager who was rude he cut me off he spoke over me and he lied several time contradicting his other co workers he said if I brought the car back we wouldn't get the down payment he stated that it doesn't matter who the buyer or co-buyer is (which isn't true) he also hung up in my face it hasn't even been 24hrs since she got the car there were several things wrong with the car that they said they would fix and now I honestly don't feel comfortable going in there due to how hostile the conversation was over the phone taxing on $15000 plus on a used car is absurd with no explanation read more

Honestly these guys made me feel super presured to buy the car when I wanted to keep looking at other lots, I wasn't able to take the car on the freeway at all for the test drive, I got the car less than a month and a half ago and I've only put 2000 miles on the car before I started noticing problems... I was getting a misfire by week 2 of owning the car so I went and got it diagnosed at a certified mechanic and after trouble shooting the issue and paying $1100 for new fuel injectors the car still had a misfire so then the mechanic stuck a camera down in all the cylinders and come to find out 2 of the cylinder walls were scared very beep and badly so oil was getting past the rings and burning causing the injectors to clog... I've emailed the vp my diagnostic and also pictures of the internal damage to the engine... There is no way I cause all this internal damage driving it for 2000 miles, the car idles like a tractor now and is awaiting a engine swap that is going to cost me over $4500. I payed cash for this car, I payed $13.000 and all the dealer has been doing is giving me the complete run around... they have not helped me at all and claim it is completely my problem... this dealer sold me a lemon and is doing nothing to make it right. read more
