It's fine. The sandwiches are nothing to write home about, and are a cut above Subway. When I arrived, the restaurant was a bit messy with some litter-strewn tables (they'd just finished handling the lunch rush) and the service was 'meh' but fast enough. Tried their Italian sub, it's fine. A bit on the dry side but I did ask for it without oil and vinegar and just mayo, so perhaps that's on me. Unremarkable white bread and deli items, reasonably cold and nothing out of date. Average it out, I'd call it a solid 3-star sandwich. Definitely would stop by if I'm passing by or ordering for the office, but not for a longer drive. This place scores a 3 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. I always enjoy Lenny's.And the customer service. The food is always hot and well done. And the atmosphere is always peaceful.

So the food is delicious and there was a deal to make the sandwiches cheaper from an already reasonable price and the inside was clean and tidy. The service was professional. Not welcoming but professional and that is just fine. They were extremely busy with online orders coming in, the phone ringing nonstop and customers waiting. That is exactly why the mark down. They were too busy for the staff they had. There was no expediter so food that was done stacked up at the kitchen window. The line at the register was backed up because the person who was supposed to be taking orders had to help make sandwiches. Really it is a shame because this place could be great and bigger than what it is but the lack of staff is holding this place back. read more

Used to frequent Lenny's when I worked at the hospital some years back, and the subs were tasty and always made fresh. My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak, hoagie style. They also make it a salad. Make sure you get the pepper relish as it's unique but necessary because of the taste. There is nothing else like this at other places. On this visit, they were out of pepper relish, which was sad. The average price depends on what size sandwich, but you can get a large sandwich combo with a drink and either chips or cookie for around $14. Nice corner spot with drive-through, lots of parking and they do offer dine in with a limited amount of tables. read more

This was my first visit to a Lenny's. I ordered the Veggie Philly on WHEAT bun. I requested to add pickles, lettuce, banana peppers, and hot relish. It came with a WHITE bun, cold tomatoes, pickle, and peppers. The top of the sub was cold (cold veggies), the bottom was warm (grilled veggies). I didn't see or taste any hot relish. There wasn't enough lettuce to keep the bread from getting soggy (the lettuce helps if you know how to do it properly). The flavor was good, the execution was a fail. read more

Love me some Lenny's subs! This is my go-to place for a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I personally love ordering extras onions with mine to really bring out the flavor of the meat. I suggest getting it on whole grain bread as it seems softer than the white bread. Make sure you download the rewards app, and you'll quickly earn yourself some free subs. The dining area is small but not crammed, so it's well set up. They also have a drive thru, which is something I've not seen at any other Lenny's I've been to. read more

I literally love Lenny's. The buffalo chicken sub is the best and the chocolate chip cookie is always warm and chewy.

It's a shame that this particular Lenny's can't seem to get their act together. They make good sandwiches but for Pete's sake, they have run behind schedule in every single order-ahead we've ever made. By like 20 minutes at least. It doesn't help that they have like 2 people behind the counter at any given time. On top of that, we can't pick up our order-aheads in the drive-thru. We have to park and come inside. Big deal? Not really. Annoying? Yeah, quite a bit actually. I really like Lenny's as a sandwich shop but this particular place is abysmally run. I ordered 3 subs, one Philly, 2 Italian, the Philly was super dry, salty, and tough meat, usually it's super moist,cheesey and great flavor. The Italians were missing oregano, which is what makes It Italian, for some reason, there was no customers but one car in drive thru, but they were too in a hurry, so my sandwiches were made shitty. They close half an hour before posted times online and on the business doors. I was very disappointed when I could not get my pregnant wife her Lenny's sub. I even called the restaurant about 20 minutes before the posted closing time hoping to get my order in and they put the phone off the hook so it was just busy. Once I got to the restaurant I asked them about the "busy" phone and the supposedly manager said he puts it off the hook 30 minutes before closing time. I understand they want to leave in a timely manner but this is not right to the customers and also to their bottom line. They are sure loosing business. I have not been back ever since to this Lenny's or other locations. I will have to go to another location to get our Lenny's fix. read more

This location USED to have to nicest people working and always had my orders ready with so much respect but now because of the customer service I would highly suggest trying a more friendly location. I normally purchase from this Lenny's location for our office lunches- but today will be the last time. The mishandling of food to the just complete disregard of the customer experience is astonishing. First off- handing someone else's order into my possession, in my vehicle in the drive thru is completely unacceptable and incredibly unsanitary. Second, handing a customer's whole order at one time (drink included) out the window by one hand then proceeding to drop it in my vehicle is COMPLETELY unacceptable. So not only was my food incorrectly prepped (as apparently the order instructions do not matter) I left with a driver's seat full of STICKY strawberry lemonade at which will have to be detailed to get all of the sticky residue out my carpet and off my leather seats, not to mention being completely soaked from the drop as well. Now my lunch will cost me the $13.42 for the incorrect order but also the cost of a detail. read more

Went to new Shaenfield Ranch location for first time. Decided on Philly cheesesteak in the large size-- meat, cheese and onion. After ordering, I saw that there are trays of various toppings available, like green pepper, banana peppers, etc., similar to what Subway has. I asked about the toppings, and the young lady says tomato, lettuce, and onion (I think that's what she said.) Okay, rather than confuse her, cause she seemed confused, I agreed to that. Waited a short while, paid $13 including tax, and went home. Opened to find generous amount of tender beef, maybe a little grilled onion, and hardly any visible cheese. And no other toppings, nor was I offered toppings when the sandwich was brought out to where I waited. I'll give what was on the sandwich a 4 out of 5, what wasn't there lowers it to a 3, and the poor communication ( for which I may be partly responsible) gets a 2.
