Quick update on Leo's: one of my favorite parts is getting their weekly Sunday emails with coupons. This week's buy one, get one tacos for Cinco de Mayo was an easy win. Two decent-sized tacos for just ~$9 felt like a solid deal. Nothing overly special, but it made for a fun, stress-free dinner and was surprisingly filling. They did forget the tomatoes on the side, but it wasn't a big deal. Staff was very friendly both on the phone and during pickup in the takeout area. read more

We were told the small pizza was 9.5 inches across. When we got home it was 7 inches. I called the manager and she said the to go girl should have shown us the size of the pizza before we left and if we wanted to bring it back, she would refund our money. We live 15 minutes away and it was a Friday night after 9. I told her we just moved here so was our first experience, AND I was a restaurant owner and would like a credit. We just wanted simple personal pizzas and other places didn't offer those. We just moved so we tried this. The personal pizzas are good size but the pizza itself isn't good. Taste like salty dry cardboard. The chicken fingers are big but they are terrible. They're SOOOO salty which makes it unenjoyable. To make it worse they didn't offer just a small side or small order of fingers. You had to get the whole dinner. Waste of money. Use to like Leo''s but the last 2 Times the pizza was horrible. Almost no sauce three weeks ago. I called told them I'm going to give you another chance put some sauce on the pizza. My son went to pick it up and was made with wrong ingredients. Management tried to make it up by saying you can have both sheets one price. The sheet was taken home and was slop. The mis-made one was actually better. You couldn't pull a slice apart without loosing toppings. It was all grease. I couldn't believe how bad the pizzas were. Leo's was so good, first of all our food great, the cheese on my pizza was stretchy and warm, second the drinks, very refreshing and PERFECT, third the service was great, our waitress Olivia, super quick , kind and AWSOME, Olivia was on of the BEST waitresses. Solid pizza shop serving the south towns area, with really friendly staff. Consistently puts out some of the best pizza, subs , etc you can get in East Aurora/Elma/Holland, et. To go orders are quickly ready and even if you stop by for a beer and a couple slices to go, they can have out the door in 15 mins. They've def had some issues with the product in the past but I'm purposely leaving a review today to acknowledge that they've been on point in the last 6 months to a year and us villagers are lucky to have them. read more

Calzone (pepperoni, banana peppers, mushrooms well done) pick up order. Cut into the center and a rush of wet runny ricotta cheese flowed out with all toppings to the middle. Completely uneatable. Runny Ricotta cheese was all you could taste. This location went downhill. Do not recommend. read more

Leo's is a great place but based on my last few times here's it's been 50/50. One thing I can say is the service is ALWAYS terrible. I went there yesterday with a party of 5. There was only 1 other party in the restaurant and our waitress never came over to our table without being flagged down. It got so bad that I had to ask the bartender 3 times to retrieve the waitress so we could order, get cutlery, and cash out our bill. The food is normally really good, however yesterday the kitchen must have been off, the poutine came out with refrigerated cheese curds on top and soggy fries; as if it had been sitting for too long. The burger I ordered was great and I can always count on them for a great slice! Thank goodness for an awesome bartender yesterday or we would have probably walked out. read more

Wow! Possibly the worst pizza we've ever ordered. To start with, the super thick dough wasn't fully cooked, this was obvious because there was hardly any cheese or sauce so the bare spots were easy to see. They did put a fair amount of the worst, cheapest tasting pepperoni ever made, on. And a few thin slices of mushrooms. The sauce was super sweet. With so many good pizza places in Buffalo we would definitely not eat here again. read more

Stopped in for lunch. Place was very dark and COLD. Ordered a burger and a slice of pizza. The order came in at the right time, was cooked correctly. The pizza was hot, but flavorless. The toppings on the burger was a mess to eat with the mayo globbed on. Water glass had lip marks on it and we had to send that back for a new clean glass. Waitress was nice and friendly. Won't go back. To cold, to dark and dirty glass was enough. read more

We ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. One was very well done and the other had sauce and toppings on 2/3 of the pizza. The top of the other 1/3 was bare crust. A buddy and I were the only people in the Leos establishment at around noon saturday feb 8th I ordered a small mozz pie and he ordered a chicken finger sub. The food took over 40+ minutes! and the waitress tells me "my pizza burnt", "Do you want them to make you another one?" We were the only ppl in there!!! How do you burn one small pie in 40+ minutes! His sub was cold, cheese not melted, the wait time on our empty drinks was 10 minutes. My buddy would of ran up that bar tab and generated some revenue for Leos, but the waitress and bar tender thought it was social hour. Wearing crox with socks exposed. What server does not wear some type of non slip or more professional shoes? Therefore , I didnt get to try the pizza and after that experience I do not want to try anything that comes out of there. My mom and dined on the front patio on Memorial Day and had the sun to ourselves. We both ordered personal-sized pizzas and were not disappointed: one white pizza and one veggie pizza. Our server was friendly and efficient. I liked the puffy crust. First visit but not the last. I'll be back to try the macaroni and cheese pizza. Prices are good and food quality is high. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. My wife and I came in Saturday evening for dinner and the service was horrendous. We were told to seat ourselves, found one of the few tables that appeared to be bussed, only to notice that it was filthy. The table was covered in cheese and there were balled up dirty napkins shoved into the corners of the booth. Not a huge deal - we gave it a quick wipe and sat down. The waitress came and took our drink order. We received our drinks promptly. She took our food order and we did not see her again until she brought out our food nearly 50 minutes later. Before our food came, both mine and my wife's beer had sat empty on the end of the table for 15 minutes until thankfully the other waitress on duty came over to offer us another round, as our waitress was nowhere to be found. When our food finally arrived, my calzone was clearly charred, black, burnt, and inedible. I asked to speak to the manager, who's response to the burnt calzone was "I like it that way" and "we are very busy". Seriously? There were four other tables in the dining room, who all had already received their food order. By this point, we just wanted to get our bill and leave. The manager apologized and offered to make me a quick sub but we didn't want to sit and wait any longer. We will not be returning. read more

The food wasn't great, or even good, it took a long time to get, the waitress wasn't friendly at all and it is not a place for kids. It's more like a bar these days, with guys dropping F bombs as they socialize at the bar. Its not even a sports bar as half the Tvs just had sitcoms on with no sound. Worst dining experience in the 9 years I've been dining in East Aurora. I'm giving this 1 star because Yelp doesn't permit 0 stars. Came as a party of 5 and were seated immediately, as we were the only other table in the dining room, save for an 8-9 top. We ordered our drinks and, after the orders of the large table were taken, our beers were delivered one at a time. The waitress took our order and, while doing so, two 2-tops were seated. After we ordered, both of these tables also gave their order. While waiting for our food, the waitress never returned and we had to go to the bar to order more drinks. The large table received their food and the two 2-tops received theirs, too. Finally, after about 30 minutes, our food arrived and we immediately realized that two of the chicken sandwiches were ice cold. The sandwiches were sent back and came back out less than 3 minutes later at the same temperature. The sandwiches were again sent back. We told the waitress that we no longer desired to eat there. No apology, no explanation. The food was taken away and the waitress did not return to check on the rest of the food. Thankfully, EA has other great restaurants that I'll never have to return to Leo's. read more
