This was my first time at Le's Nail & Spa and I will definitely be back! I called this morning asking if they were taking walk ins and was seated at a pedicure chair immediately upon arrival. Key (unsure of spelling) did my gel mani/pedi. He did an amazing job at both, took his time and was very clean in the process. He gave me great tips for my nails for when at home. This place is hilarious. The lady that was doing my pedicure was obviously the owner or manager and kept answering the phone and walking up to the front while performing my pedicure. My big toe nails were peeling and she just glossed over it and when I asked her to buff the part that was peeling, she said "I already buffed it". She re-buffed the one nail and then proceeded to apply polish to the other nail that was peeling and I told her that air could get under the part that was peeling and she proceeded to speak in her native tongue to another guy and he came over to finish my pedicure. I told him, I'm sorry but I want her to finish it. She refused to finish and I told him again, "either she finishes it or no one was going to finish it". He then proceeded to tell me that "THAT IS MY WIFE!". I responded, "I don't care who she is, she is not going to just hand me off to someone else because I asked to buff a little more". I thanked them and left my happy ass out of their and went home and guess what... I polished my own toes. Thanks Le's' Nail & Spa, for losing a customer that's a big tipper! If you don't want to deal with the customers, asking for simple changes/fixes, don't open up a nail salon!!! PERIODT!!! I can see from the other reviews, that they obviously have dealt with this same couple. Let's see how long they survive with these shenanigans. read more

I would not recommend coming here. It was by far the worst nail salon experience I've had. The customer service and work product is very low quality. Elaine and her staff (I think it was her niece) are rude, unprofessional, and need racial sensitivity/anti-bias training. I got a wax that literally left me bleeding (Elaine couldn't have been any more unbothered). I was worried about possible infections afterwards. My partner got a pedicure and they finished up by leaving his feet and legs wet and didn't even bother to at least dry him with a towel. I had to ask for two of my finger nails to be redone because they were uneven. That's when Elaine and her niece started gossiping about me. I wouldn't recommend anyone under any circumstances come here to get any type of work done. It's not worth your time, money, your nails, gas, or emotional energy. It was a complete waste and I started the process of reporting them to MD's Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau. Beware of this establishment. I wanted to find a local nail salon, but this ain't it. I had to go back within a hour of service for them to fix a chipped nail that wasn't filed correctly the first time. Then it just went downhill from there... A little over a week now, my gel nail polish is chipping at the corners, there are little bubbles in the polish, and so forth. read more

Absolute worst mail salon I've ever been too. I asked for dip nails and technician did a horrible job and then tried to fix it by applying acrylic to it. My hands had acrylic all over them. My nails were very thick and still broke within the first week. My nails were lifting and just all around a sloppy job. I will never be coming back for any of their services. They are amazing! I never have to wait long, my nails are always done the way I like and the technicians are always polite and professional! They always know what I want on my nails, my nails last up to a month long usually when I get them done here. I would recommend anyone in Bowie to this place. read more

Le's Nail & Day Spa just opened but the nail techs in this location are awesome! Elaine, the manager really cares about her clients and always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. They have a wide selection of colors and the place is always clean. I have been to many nail locations in the area and this one is by far the best. They take appointments and it's never been more than 5-10 mins that I've had to wait. Two thumbs up! read more

Only giving this place 2 stars bc it's decent looking. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone. The service felt extremely short. I had to pick up my phone for a moment and I could immediately tell the nail tech was annoyed and bargain to work on my nails faster and tougher. I was only on my phone for less than a minute. She gave me a half ass massaged with cuticle oil and had the nerve to act like she pumped some lotion onto her hands. When it came to paying she looked at me like I had 20 heads when I told her I had no cash for tip. I'm sorry but I personally don't like to carry cash, so I will add on to my bill for tip no problem. She rolled her eyes and had to ring me out again. Her attitude made it seem like servicing me was a nuisance and honestly I shouldn't have tipped her more than 20%, but maybe she was having a bad day. Anyways, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and pay the same price in a more friendlier place. read more

Went in for a simple repair and toe polish change. It was done horribly. The tip was too wide. The nail was left unfinished and clearly the technician was inexperienced in doing the powder/dip technique. The polish on the toes was uneven with streaks throughout. Was considering making this my new regular nail spot...no longer an option!! read more

If you are looking for your basic nail salon experience then this place is just ok. They have decent customer service but for the prices it's just not worth it. There weren't a lot of people in there either but this business is fairly new I believe so that could have something to do with it. I couldn't say. I got gel nail polish and it started lifting within 4 days. I've been having my nails done for years and never experienced this before week 2 at the earliest. Their spa pedicure lacks the bells and whistles of a typical pedicure. It's just not worth the cost. I won't be returning. read more

This is by far the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. They have terrible customer service and had me sitting and waiting for 10 mins before even starting while they walked around taliking on cell phones. During this time, there were no other customers in the building. The woman also cut too deep, 3 separate times before I had to fuss about what the hell she was doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My wife also went for a manicure and pedicure and said it barely lasted two days before it began to look terrible. This salon is the worst! The customer service stinks. The tech that did my nails didnt even tell me her name and took no pride in the quality of her work as she rushed through the gel fill. I was so frustrated and disrespected. I left with terrible polish job which i cut short knowing i would go elsewhere for better quality work. Wasn't impressed with the chunky quality of my nails the first time I went and made the mistake of going back. The second visit I went in for a mani, pedi. I got a gel pedicure/milk and honey and didn't ask the price for the gel part but the milk and honey was only 3 dollars more then the regular pedicure. I know that the dip powder manicure is $45. I broke one nail so I needed a tip on one, after I finished the tech and manager were talking in their language next to me discussing the price, which they told me would be $120. Not knowing prices before hand I was a little shocked but said okay not thinking about how that really didn't add up and was over priced. I paid and left, but called back the next day to inquire how much a gel pedicure was thinking that must have been what was much more then I anticipated. I was really upset when I was told the gel pedicure was $45. I got a $45 pedicure, plus the $3 for milk and honey and a $45 manicure, adding up to $93 total. The only thing else i got one one little tip on one finger which then seem to have charged me $27 dollars for. I'm assuming sense I came in after work all dressed up they thought I had money and could over charge me sense they did a lot of add-ons. The First time they did the same thing and used sculpting powder in white instead of dip powder, because I only wanted a white and she said it would look better and is just as strong. I agreed but then was charged $55 instead of $45, the white color turned gray really quickly which hasn't happened when I got white dip powder before. When I went back to my other place it took them hours to get the white shit off and had to charge me extra because of it. This salon is ridiculous, on top of over charging me by almost $30 dollars, two of my nails chipped in a week so I'm quite pissed. Never going back! SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to Nail Center of Crofton. They are better priced and have long lasting quality. read more

I decided to try this nail salon because it's close to my house. I went in for a pedicure and the lady cut my toenails entirely too short to the point it just hurts now. She also dug too deep under my nail and started to bleed after. Horrible pedicure! I won't be returning. read more

My mom was visiting from out of town and I wanted to treat her to a manicure and pedicure at this place because we were in the area, it was the worst experience I ever had at a salon. A no english speaking tech was getting loud with my mom who is a soft spoken Christian lady. When I asked my mom what was wrong and she tried to explain to me and a english speaking tech, the rude tech started talking even louder. My mother just wanted to change a color she originally picked out. When we walked back for pedicures this same no english speaking tech was mocking the way my mom was walking who has arthritis. It was all I could do to keep from causing a scene I didn't want to embarrass my mom, but I was embarrassed I bought my mom to this horrible, rude place. Never again!! To many nice salons to go to instead wasting your money at this rude disrespectful establishment. Furthermore how can someone that doesn't speak english be licensed? read more

I wanted a fill and sharp not curved stiletto nails. I showed him a picture on my phone. He got a attitude and started to argue because he didn't understand. I asked him to stop before he messed up my nails beyond repair. I asked for another tech that I didn't know was there or I would've asked for him. I had to wait for like 30min. He did a good job so I came back the same day for the most horrible pedicure I ever had. 1st he left me sitting for 10 min with no explanation. I had to ask someone else for hot water. The massage was ok not good. I could tell he didn't do everything I paid for. He clipped my toenails so fast I couldn't tell him to stop. He didn't listen when i said I didn't want the metal scraper only the pumice stone. He didn't know how to trim my cuticles. He pulled instead of trimmed. I had to go to another salon to get acrylic with tips. I was in pain. I didn't realize until I got home how far back he cut my nails. My skin was exposed.He was also very rude. Going to a nail salon is supposed to be relaxing and fun. I left frustrated in pain and angry. Now I have to find somewhere else. read more
