Do not go when its busy, you will be ignored and not able to eat as much as you'd like. The first time i went, the experience was decent but the second was horrible. We barely got to order meat and had to continually flag the staff for help. I even had to flag the staff to help another table that was being ignored for a grill change. read more

Where do I start...It was a lovely meal until a big ass roach fell from the ceiling onto the table and we freaked out. My friend and I started screaming from shock we were in and couldn't even move or kill that fat roach. My friend was finally able to move from her seat until we threw the roach to the floor. We ended up running out while people enjoying their meal wondering why 2 girls were screaming their lungs out. We finally decided to go back in and ask for our money back and the manager literally said, "why?" I couldn't believe it, we ended up getting our money back. The roach was never killed. The owner Chris is very nice and the service is excellent. They make sure your water is refilled and you can always order what you want. The reason for the terrible rating was for the terrible service by Jackson. He didn't check up on us once, ask how we liked the food, and took forever to serve us. He was not personable at all. He said that we had 1 hour to order all of our meats and 1.5 hours to finish eating, but because he was extremely slow and inattentive, he used up about 45 minutes of that time when we could've been eating. Other than that, the food is amazing but if your server is a tall white guy, prepare for a long night and for bad service! He does not deserve to be tipped or your respect if anything. read more

I really would want to give them a decent score because the food is okay. However, all the high chairs they provided for my toddler did not have a functioning seat belt. Usually when we have all you can eat type of Korean BBQ at some other places, we can't expect any quality but only quantity. I just like their unique iron grill that cooks the meat the way I want it. I probably come here 2-3 times a month. All the other more expensive KBBQ locations might have some better meat cuts but their grills sucks ass. Honestly one of THE BEST customer service I've ever had at an ayce kbbq spot. Came in around 7 with one of my girlfriends and we were sat immediately because it wasn't too busy. Right away the servers got us started with our order and drinks. Came here with two of my friends for AYCE with a 2 hour limit. However the server told us we were reaching our 2 hour limit and to place our last order when we were only there for less than an hour and a half. The servers took a long time to come back and take our orders and to actually bring our food. Come to this restaurant this afternoon after checked the yelp, I thought its gonna be better than Red Castle the previous one I GUESS I WAS WRONG!. The service was horrible, the guy and the lady are very unprofessional. We were sat and order for the lunch special, but the lady never asked or offered us anything to drink. About 20 minutes later I asked the guy for water politely since we were very thirsty, but what he answered wasn't unbelievable!! He said that we never ask for it! What kind of attitude is that? Unbelievable. A part of that the meats were okay, it was a little too sweet for us and there were only 4 types of side dishes. 2 stars were for the Hispanic guy who helps us to change the dirty grill.
