I tried this place and this is what my nails looked like literally 2 days later. The gel peeled off which has never happened in the 5-6 years I've been getting them done, and honestly aside from that, the paint job was sloppy. The one star is for my pedicure, it turned out decent looking. I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience actually calls for it. This salon was recommended to me by my best friend so obviously I came in with high hopes. For starters, I asked for coffin/ballerina shaped nails and they look more on the squoval side. The nail polish color I chose was on the thick/dryer side and instead of them telling me to pick another color, they "fixed it" by adding acetone to it. My nails turned out HORRIBLE and that is an understatement. It looks like I have sandpaper on them and you can see the thick coatings on some parts where she had to go over multiple time because the nail polish was no good. I should have said how dissatisfied I was then and there but I'm not the type that likes complaining and I was furious so I just paid and left. Now, I'm not saying this particular person isn't talented. She just simply messed up this time, very very badly. I will never return to this salon and I hope they check their work next time. read more

This place is absolutely horrible ! I came in with my perfect coffin shape, this lady did my nails. I wasn't trying any specific shape because it was my first time there, she made 2 of my nails that were fine look so crooked. I went back and asked to get my nails done again if not a refund. The lady was so rude saying the girl who did my nails "tried her best". Yes she tried her best that's why I gave a tip. I got everything on voice recording and you can hear her tell me "Mexicans want everything free" and told me to "Get out already". Absolutely horrible place ! read more

I've been twice. The first time was awful. The lady went so deep with cleaning under my toenails I actually screamed. I've had hundreds of pedicures & never had anyone go so deep. But I figured it was a fluke. However I didn't come back for almost two years. But today the place I usually go was closed. So I came back. Big mistake. The lady was trimming my big toe & literally cut off the tip of my toe. It hurt so bad & was bleeding everywhere. I'm so mad. I will never come back. I'm not the type of person to write bad reviews or complain about bad service but the service my best friend and I got was unacceptable . We came in to get her birthday nails done and they completely came out horrible they were very nice to us so we did not want to complain there . The service we got was not worth what we paid for , they tried fixing her nails but they just couldn't. First she didn't get the color she wanted and he said they'd turn the color she wanted after putting them under the light so she waited and after her nails had balls from so many layers they put on. The place seems nice but the manicure and pedicure were the worst I have ever had. There is polish on my skin on both my fingers and toes. My cuticles needed to be pushed back and trimmed but instead of using the tools, she used the electric nail sander. I will NEVER go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

If I could give this place a no star rating I would. I went against my better judgement and went aways(always go with your gut feeling or first instinct) I needed to get my toes and nails done for my wedding which was on December 15 2018 so just a few weeks ago. I went in and there was a little man there I didn't get his name we will just call him "Jerk" so I asked to get a full set with a French Tip I didn't want the actual Nail tip white I wanted it painted with white into a French manicure. He insisted that he put a white tip so after a long back and forth or no and yes I gave in only because my daughter was with me and didn't want any problems. I told him I wanted them to be extra nice because I was getting married the very next day. As he was doing them I noticed that there was a piece of black lint on the white tip so I said can you fix this nail there is a piece of lint on it "jerk" said no you can't even see it well that wasn't the point the point was I could see it. So he was soooo angry that he was telling another customer look she wants her nail fixed and he wasn't quietly talking to her he was yelling embarrassing me. I was so embarrassed I said I don't feel I should pay the expensive price your charging when I'm not happy with the outcome. He was yelling at me so bad I had to ask my daughter to wait in the car. So he then yell at me here give me your finger I will fix it and then you leave and never come back. I said you know what I will pay what your asking. I only paid because I didn't want to stand there any longer and be degraded. I was soooo embarrassed needless to say the very next day already looked like I had them on for a week I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Please stay away from this place they are frauds and don't know what they are doing. read more

They are very nice and professional and know their customers by name :) I have been to many nail salons from Anaheim, CA to San Diego, CA and this is by far one of the best experiences/nail service I have had. Not happy. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday morning, the man on the phone said I didn't need an appointment and for me to just come in. I told him there was going to be two of us and he just kept saying it's fine it's fine just come in. I told him one more time, if I could make an appointment and he said fine, he asked for my name and confirmed 10am on a Sunday morning. My mom and I get there Sunday at exactly 10am and he tells me that we have to wait because they are busy. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID. Went to this nail salon to check it out, I am fairly new in town, I needed to get gel removed and a mani. (My gel had started coming off my nails, which usually means it will be easy to remove the rest. I had gel on a total of 5 fingers). Called to make sure we had an appointment, arrived and one lady started giving me the manicure when I guess a 'regular' customer came and she asked another girl without any experience finish my manicure. 1st Lady First off they do not use acetone to remove the gel, they start by soaking one hand in water , while your other hand is getting filed to remove the gel. I must say I have had my fair amount of gel removed and nobody has ever done that. After filing your non-soaked hand, they take what it seemed to be acetone to remove the rest of the gel off your nail, well guess what, if you dont soak the gel it will not come off. She was done with one hand and then she left me in the hands of the 2nd lady 2nd Lady Comes and starts doing the other hand, now this girl does not know what she is doing, she twisted my finger as if I was made of playdoh or something while she was filing to remove the rest of the gel on my hand, I had to say ouch! so she would stop twisting my poor finger!! After she was 'done' taking the gel off, I could still see gel on the sides of my nails so I started picking the gel on the sides off. Like the whole purpose to go to a nail salon is so that I would not have to do it. Then she 'shapes' the nails, get the cuticle off, and asked something that I did not understand until finally I got it! she was asking, do you want to pay now? .... like what? NO, I dont want to pay now, finish what you are doing! Anyway, she started painting my nails, and as she was doing she was going super fast to the point that she was leaving the thickest coat I have ever seen on my nails, and even though I told her this is super thick it will never dry, I am not sure if she did not listen or if she did not understand me. She continued with the second coat and I was annoyed at this point, she was doing a horrible job painting my nails, they looked as if I painted them with my feet or something, then finally someone brought over a mini fan so they could 'dry' (at this point no fixing around the polish nor making sure my nails are filed properly, I had finger nail falling from the edges) and no final coat since I said no (worried it will never dry) I read their basic mani and just like any other place it says polish remover, nail shaping , massage and new polish for $12, so I was like not bad price but terrible service... When the time to pay came,they were charging $15, which I would gladly pay, like seriously I have paid more than twice amount for a good mani before, but after seeing how poorly my nails were done and treated I told the guy I did not even got a massage ... He gave us the $12 price but was never apologetic , neither concern... I am never coming back there and I will just go up to Color Nail Salon which is in the same plaza (where I had the gel put on) and had a much pleasant experience. read more

I currently get gel manicures and pedicures and my nails look beautiful for weeks on end. The staff is very pleasant and they are top notch professionals. Came here in a hurry got services right away but ended up with one of my nails crooked and I told the guy doing the nails twice and he cut me with his machine that files down the acrylic. My sister got a fill and while they were smoothing the acrylic down they cut her at the tip of the nail bed and top of that to stop the bleeding they put acetone which burned a lot. The lady painting her nails was in a hurry and you could tell the layers of pain were uneven it looked like the nail polish was dripping down her nail horrible. I have been going to Michelle for years. She is the only person who is careful and does not leave my cuticles red, or painful. She is an expert. She is very good at facials and eyebrow contouring. Other's have burned my skin. She is good at what she does. Often she is busy, if so, she gives me another time that is convenient. Another salon might get you in faster, but you could easily end up with small scrapes and cuts that will hurt for days. read more

I hate to say this was such a disappointing experience. I went to the guy who works there and I showed him a picture of the shape and color I wanted me nails to look. Did the complete opposite. I tried to correct him before it was too late and he didn't listen. My nails are all different sizes and shapes. He Definitely knew I was upset and still continued to ruin my nails and experience. Modern nail shop with pleasant nail techs. Came in with no appointment, but I called beforehand to check the wait time on a Saturday morning. They advised 15-20mins, but I probably waited 10. They gentleman who looks like he manages the shop started my gel manicure while the other techs finished up with their clients to then move on to me. Once the other techs took over he moved on to servicing another client. He gave very realistic wait times to people walking in and on the phone which was nice to see they weren't trying to jam up the shop. My manicurist that did my gel mani was ok, but her massage was awesome. She made some of my bones crack! My pedicure tech was sweet, and doubled checked my needs before proceeding to the next step. There was no upsell at any point with either tech. I asked for a lip wax which was only $6! All-in-all good service, nice and clean shop. If I lived in the area I'd come back. read more
