If you're reading this, you must order the chicken shawarma fries. They're absolutely amazing!!! I also highly recommend the lemon pepper wings, although I'd recommend to get them extra crispy. The service was also great. I even really liked the inside design of the building too.

For a tiny place, on the cramped narrow side of a shopping center "Lime N Dime" has built a strong following already! I don't eat the cheezy fries stuff at my age now, but reading the Google reviews, I had to try the spicy sauces that people were raving about! I ordered a standard Mushroom Swiss Burger, and it was very good, and cheaper than other places. I requested no grill seasoning on the patty, I wanted to test their Halal claim, and this is good beef! So, let's get to the main attraction: Spicy Bang Bang Fries! Big cuts of skinless grilled chicken breast, mixed with seasoned fries, and small cubes of red onion, sliced jalapeños, tomato chunks. This is drenched in a spicy, tangy, zesty, mouth-watering sauce... that is hot on the bite, without a long burn. Very edible, and enjoyable. I got a sample of their Zinger Sauce, and wow, Thousand Island Sauce with a kick! But, again, very edible, and enjoyable. Short, but sweet. Small place with big flavor! Might want to try takeout on first try, or go at non-peak hours. Parking! Do not be in a rush, be safe.

We ordered burgers to go so I can't say anything about the atmosphere but the burger itself was good. I say good because the meat had flavor but the overall burger left something to be desired. The fries were unmemorable and not impressive. I say all this to say, I liked the burger as it was enjoyable... But was it the best? No. I have had better so likely wouldn't go out of my way to come here. I would stop by if in the area though!

Came here to get wings but turns out their menu that I looked at was old and they only had Nashville hot wings. I also tried their house burger and asked them to make it well-done but it wasn't. My family tried Nashville chicken sandwich and Philly cheese steak chicken. The food wasn't that impressive tbh. Nothing was too impressive.

Just get the burger. You come here, and you get the freaking double cheese burger! IT IS AMAZING. It's thick, seasoned, and absolutely tasty. One of the juiciest burgers I've had in a long time! This review is strictly based off of ordering delivery. I haven't been to the location. I ordered via Uber eats, and the burger traveled SO WELL! I also ordered the loaded house fries, and I was not ready for the spice it was so tasty, but I couldn't handle the spice, so I gave it to my man, and he enjoyed if you're a fan of flavor and spice, the loaded fries are for YOU. I'll definitely be back and try more burgers, and the chicken Sammies!

I was skeptical. Strip mall. Seemed empty outside, it was not. If my doctor knew I was going to order the Fatty Patty, he would have probably offered to shoot me in the heart right then. But believe me, if a burger is going to take you out, let it be this. They were heavy on the mayo, but I can forgive that and correct it next time. And there will be a next time. The fatty patty includes something I thought was kinda weird...pepperoni. It was perfect. On a sad note, everyone there was eating their chicken sandwiches. They looked awesome. This place is kinda far out, but worth the trek. I'm gonna try those chicken sandwiches. I don't care what my doctor says.

Greasy, decent burger in a strip center in Plano. I don't have much for to say other than this shop has wonderful customer service and serves halal meat options. The burger was not too much to write home about in my opinion, but I enjoyed the evening otherwise. Lots of takeout orders being made. Small, humble space with a tv. I'd try them again for sure!

Their menu looks great from the outside but super slow service. I had even called ahead and ordered to be picked up at a specific time but it took an extra 11 minutes. I had also asked if their house fries were spicy (looked like it from the layer of sauces in the pictures) and they had said no. But stay wary friends, it's definitely still got a kick to it. Otherwise good food, I just wish I was warned.

This place is a really wonderful hole in the wall spot. I decided to try this place one day when my friend and I were both dying of hunger and craving some good burgers, and boy this place did not disappoint! employees were friendly, the atmosphere was pretty average, but the food was fantastic. You can tell burgers are their specialty, because I ordered the hotdog and it was average at best. Their hotdog came pretty normal, and would have been good if it wasn't just swamped with stale bread and mustard, relish, and ketchup. Completely overdid it with the sauce there. The burgers on the other hand, specifically the Fat Burger and the House Burger, were both fantastic. They use this cool looking green sauce on their House Burger and it goes so well with it, I almost ordered another. The Fat Burger is exactly what you'd expect of it: Fat. Lots of fattiness in it, super rich, and absolutely delicious. This place is absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for a small casual hole in the wall diner with some amazing burgers, but the hotdog I cannot recommend.

I've just moved from Michigan. And I have tried so many burger joints in my life time. I gotta give it to Lime and Dime, by far is one of the best burger joint I have tried, hands down. I have been missing out action out here in Michigan. Lol well, not anymore. I have ordered the House Burger and 10pc wings (Syhleti/Mango Habanero). They were beyond flavorful and the fresh aroma from the spicy wings were just to die for! I would recommend everyone to try this place out. I was actually delivering and I picked up food here when I wasn't even hungry. Those fries smelled so good I went back to try it. Had spicy bangbang burger which was well made and I liked combo of ingredients. Get the seasoned fries, soo good, The chicken was that juicy in middle and well seasoned. read more

Pros: helpful staff, answered all of my questions. Cute little place. Tasty burger - tried the house burger that has a bacon wrapped patty with fries and a drink. The skinny crispy fries were BOMB! The burger could have been cooked a little less - seemed a bit dry - but I did not ask them to cook it a certain way. The beef taco was pretty good. Cons: The chairs are terrible. I'm sorry, they are not comfortable. The wait time was tooooooo long for one burger and one taco. I waited over 30 minutes. I'm hoping this is because its a brand new place and they need time to quicken the pace. The menu doesn't have descriptions of the meals, but the guy in front is helpful to tell you about each one. I had the zinger burger with double chicken patty. The chicken was cooked just right and the crispness was right on. The zinger sauce was really good although I wish they would put a little more of it. The only reason I took one star off is because I so wish they'd use chicken thigh meat for the zinger burger. But overall taste was really good! Spice level was pretty good too. A must try if you're in the Plano, Texas area. read more

This place is so good - everything is halal and so affordable! Two meals with fries and a drink cost $18. Impressed by the variety and quality. There's sandwiches, rice meals, wings, tacos etc. I forgot to take pictures! ;( Such a friendly staff, hardworking and dedicated to get these orders in a timely manner. Received my order within 7 minutes. I ordered two meals for my friend and I. 1. Spicy crispy chicken 2. Crispy chicken She was happy with the order. I really liked the burger. Tastes like Popeyes but with more ingredients like lettuce, onion, tomato, and this cheese sauce. So flavorful and on point. Just a heads up, the fries are thinner and Cajun seasoned. In Ramadan, their menu is limited. Keep that in mind. Support smaller businesses like this one. It's cleaner, same price as fast food or cheaper . I don't see why not. Burgers were pretty good. When I asked about the loaded house fries they were very vague. I ordered than anyway but they turned out to be way too spicy and not great. This place charges wayyyyy more money than it's worth. I get inflation but I could go to Rodeo Goat and spend less for better quality. read more

We came across town to hit this place with a great menu only to find it packed with happy people on Christmas Eve day. Small restaurant with solid service. The wings and zinger burger are really good. Zinger is extremely crispy with just the right amount of sauce We also tried some shawarma fries, the copycat and nashville hot chicken. The shawarma fries were really good. The copycat to me felt like a blander version of the zinger. Nashville Hot was surprisingly not very spicy on the inside. Worth a shot if you are in the area. read more

Saw this on TikTok and IG through HalalPalate. Ordered Fatty Patty and Swiss Mushroom burger with cheese fries. The burgers were not as advertised and stated on the menu. The Fatty Patty burger had BBQ sauce and weight light as a feather, tasted like old meat. The swiss burger tasted like Alfredo sauce from Walmart. This was a disgusting experience overall. The Cheese fries were spicy which doesn't state on the menu. I would not recommend this place, I can make better burgers at home then this place! Don't waste your money here. read more

My husband and I came here on a whim. We were prepared to dine in, but no dine in available during the pandemic. Luckily we had the proper items to dine in our car. We ordered the cheesy zinger (fried chicken sandwich with fried cheese) and the fatty patty (burger with pepperoni and bacon). The burger seems like any loaded burger but the quality of the burger is what stands Lime and Dime apart. We loved both burgers. The bun, the patty, the chicken, the cheese. Everything combined together was excellent. After we finished both, we were contemplating on getting a third burger. We didn't go for it, because we knew we would be back again soon. This burger shop is located in the east east side of Plano. It's almost hidden; just know its on the side of the Kroger market of the shopping plaza. The menu also includes rice bowls and wings, which are items I hope to try next time. For sure the burgers are the highlights here; the quality and taste are great. Enjoy! read more

Was craving a burger and fries. I've driven by this place a million times, but never gone in. So I decided to give it a try. Due to Covid it's takeout only, so I ordered a basic cheeseburger and the waffle fries. Took about 10 minutes and my order was ready. When I got home unwrapped my order and pleasantly surprised by the portion. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Your typical mom/pop burger joint. Next time I'm craving a burger and fries, I'll be stopping by here for sure. Instead though I think I'll try the regular fries (to try something different). Highly recommend! read more

So this place is kinda new but boy it's busy all the time! And the reason is simple....it's just delicious. It's halal and it's fresh and also it's simply tasty. They have some crazy spicy sauces there with wings if you're a fan of hot ones. I've tried the three tacos and the fatty fatty burger! Man it's so good. Highly recommended. read more

Burgers were very greasy and the fries where burnt I was wondering why they don't have a lot business out there. The guy that took my order was friendly also there is a foul odor once inside would not recommend at all stay at home and make your own burger you will enjoy more than this place read more

Skip the chains if you're in the neighborhood. You won't regret it. I got the burger on Texas Toast with an egg; with onion rings. The burger really hit the sweet spot. The ring batter was seasoned just right, and the rings were nice and crispy. read more

last time I order something with this restaurant. Several weeks ago we had ordered wings mild and cayenne chicken sandwiches. Everything was so hot (spicy) that we could not heat. Keep in mind that we are used to eating super hot. So last night we thought we would give them another opportunity and ordered the same items. This time calling out to say make the items mild and they come Super Spice Hot, so much so that 3 of us had to deal with diarrhea. OH MY - this is it. Okay so this place looked really good online... With that being said, it was not good they completely messed up the whole order was asked how i wanted my burger cooked told them "medium rare" got a piece of leather instead... the "house burger" supposed to wrapped in bacon literally had 2 pieces of bacon. It's just not worth it but my one good thing i have to say is that they are super friendly and nice just not the food read more

It was a Tuesday night, yet the restaurant was completely packed all the way through closing at 11 pm. We instantly knew that we picked the right place if it was this busy on a random weekday. Everything we ordered was incredible. The entire menu is halal. The beef kebab was tender and full of flavor, the chicken kebab was perfectly cooked, and the steak was just as good. But the real standout for us was the baklava. It's made in-house and served fresh and warm with ice cream, and honestly, I still crave it to this day. We ended up coming back several times during our two-month stay in Texas, and every visit was just as good as the first. I can't wait to try this again the next time I'm in Dallas!

I'm that girl who likes dressing, and the sauce on my bowl was the perfect amount to not overwhelm the bowl. We were the first customers, but within minutes, the restaurant filled up. Following a much needed *complete* renovation including new seating and improvements in the back…read moreof the house, this latest edition of Smokin' Grill Xpress appears to offer a much more reliable version of the enjoyable experiences it once offered. For one, staff seem to be trained well and stay around much longer nowadays while the kitchen staff are working much quicker and reliably to get your orders out. I used to regular have to ask for corrections but that hasn't been an issue of late. As for the food, they have seemingly doubled the size of their menu so there's much more for me to try out, but their classics like the Brisket, Philly Cheesesteak and especially the Zinger Fried Chicken Sandwich have seen marked improvements. That last comes out crispy, thick and with a spicy garlic mayo that's to die for. If they improve across the board like that it's a winner. This has definitely moved to deserve it's spot as a local institution I would recommend and if this trajectory continues, I'll probably be back later to bump up their rating.

I don't always love naan cause it can be rubbery. This was excellent. Soft and pillowy. It was so much food that we took it home and had a whole other meal. What a value for $14.99 each! The space is beautiful and though the clientele seems to be mostly Pakistani, they are welcoming to all. Service was a touch slow, but not painful. We still got in and out during our lunch break.
