Overall I am happy with the cake I ordered for my baby shower. It was perfect for what I needed--big enough to feed 60 people with a simple design that would allow me to showcase the special cake toppers I wanted to use. I thought the lemon-flavored cake was delicious and perfectly moist; and even my picky aunt said she liked it. One minor thing I did not like about the cake was that I was told it would be ombre. As you can see from the photo, this cake was not ombre; it was three different, solid colors, without the gradient of different shades. So, it didn't turn out the way I expected and it was too late to do anything about it.

Lemon cake with raspberry cream cheese filling and whipped cream frosting- sheet cake to feed 150+ guests. Very delicious!

My mother and I were planning a baby shower for my brother's baby shower, and he chose a venue in Stanton, which is not an area any of us live in. Initially, our plan was to purchase a cake local to one of us that we would pick up and bring with us to the banquet hall, but after giving it more thought, I decided to choose a bakery local to the area where we could get the cake, and if possible, have it delivered, to take a bit of stress off of us and our set up... .Soooo, I turned to my old faithful referral source Yelp.... And through Yelp, I found Lincoln Bakery; the reviews were good, and the photos looked amazing, so I went out on a limb and called them up. I asked if they do local deliveries ( They DO), and I proceeded to explain what I was looking for. They asked me to text some pictures so they can give me a quote. The price was well within reason, so I placed an order for a lemon cake with raspberry cream cheese filling and whipped cream icing, and sent over my deposit. A few days prior to the shower, they called me and confirmed all the details, and I sent final payment, and on the day of the shower, they delivered my cake with care. The cake was beautiful, just as the inspiration picture I sent, and OH BOY was is delicious! It was definitely a big hit, with one of our out of town guests claiming it was the best cake he ever had. The cake itself was both slightly dense but also light ( if that makes sense) and perfectly moist. There was just enough lemon taste without being overwhelming, and the raspberry cream cheese filling was the perfect compliment, not at all overly sweet, it was JUST RIGHT. Even with the leftover cake a couple of days later, it was still moist and flavorful. Thank you very much Lincoln Bakery for your contribution to making our event a success!

I ordered my wedding cake here and I don't regret it at all! This place makes very delicious cakes and their recommendations are the best. I got a 3 tier cake and every tier was a different flavor and filling. My wife's favorite was the marble cake with coffee filling, and that was my favorite too. Highly recommend this place for any occasion. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

I order my son a smash cake 6" and 8" the cake for his 1st it was so soft and so delicious! The service was great he knew what I wanted and very easy to order it and the cake came out perfect the way I wanted it. I ordered a gender reveal cake from here and was very happy with the result, I'm picky with cake & feel most places make their cakes too dry but the cake was very moist and tasty! It's a cute small Panadería (bakery) & service was quick. I ordered on Thursday afternoon to pick up the following day, They told me the cake would be ready by 6pm Friday & as promised I was able to swing by and pick it up at 6 sharp. Definitely recommending this place for all locals!

This bakery is AMAZING! I feel so lucky to have found this little Gem! We don't live in the area, but came in for my daughter's birthday. I called in the norning, sent a picture of what she wanted and the cake was ready when we arrived in the evening, exactly like she wanted!! The customer service, the Cake decoration and the FLAVOR!! The cake melts in your mouth and is delicious. The baker came out and met my daughter and took a picture with her, he even gave us candles. She felt so special and was beyond happy. THANK YOU!! When we come back to visit, we will definitley stop in again. Lincoln bakery is #1!!

My second cake from them was perfect. EXACTLY what I ordered. I wanted a small white heart gender reveal cake with a pink inside that said "May 2024" & it was PERFECT. They knew I had a 2 year old so they even brought the cake out to me when I pulled up! It was so yummy too! Thank you guys so much. I'll be back for every cake I ever need in life!

not only were they more than accommodating, but they had had a strawberry filled cake the day of a birthday and they even included fresh strawberries at no charge!! Amazing service he even let us try one of his sweet breads and a banana muffin. both scrumptious they also only charged me for a cake that was strawberry filled and fresh strawberries $35 which is amazing. Everyone LOVED it too!! Definitely definitely coming here for every cake I will need in the future!!

Well to say this review is overdue is an understatement: my family has been coming to Lincoln bakery since we were literally a year old. They've made all our birthday party cakes, Quinceañera cakes, and now made my wedding cake! When I went to "el Paisano" (as my family lovingly calls him), I gave a request to recreate an "old school" tiered wedding cake, with the fountain and all, in order to bring in an element from both of our parents' cakes from back in the 90s. Well, he delivered more than our wildest dreams! This cake was so elegant and classy, while still having that pop of "90's" feel. Everyone loves how elegant it looked & felt. It tasted DELICIOUS! Tres leches on some tiers, with marbles cake on others. He didn't disappoint, and the cake was actually one of the biggest highlights of the day. He delivered the cake to our venue on time, and set it all up for us perfectly. Can't thank you guys enough!! Can't wait for many many future cakes to come :)

I needed a cake for my son's first birthday and my wife came across this bakery. We searched the reviews online and decided to give a try. We are very happy with the results. The owner is very polite and very helpful. We brought a picture of a sailor theme cake. I was expecting to get something very closed to it but to my surprise they made the exact same cake from the visual we provided. Our order was completed on time and it was very well packaged. Love Lincoln Bakery! First of all the people running this bakery are so kind and sweet! We hired them to do our wedding cake and it was amazing! We came in for a cake tasting and it was not easy to choose because they have so many delicious cake flavors and fillings. We ended up choosing marble cake with raspberry cream cheese filling and butter cream icing - in a modern rustic look with real flowers, to go with our rustic themed venue. The cake turned out gorgeous, not to mention delicious! Someone had brought a cake to my rehearsal dinner the night before from a different bakery and it was nothing compared to this cake! We got lots of compliments on it. We've also tried several other cookies, flan, etc. from this bakery and they were all great! Pricing was also very good compared to other bakeries for wedding cakes, especially in down town Fullerton (don't go there). Highly recommend and will be back as a regular customer. :-) read more

I Ordered a cake for my daughter the week of her party. Chocolate cake with raspberry cream cheese. They did not have her theme in the catalog. I sent the owner a couple pictures of what I'd like on the cake. It came out geat! I received so many compliments on it. I really loved my overall experience from this bakery. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because when they are busy, they do not have enough people to help you out. I had called before going in and they asked me to call back later because they were busy. But other than that, It was delicious! read more

Had to order a birthday cake when visiting Disneyland. The owner was accommodating and had it done well. She asked the right questions and the cake turned out really well. I needed to order a cake last minute for my pharmacy grad party since my original baker fell ill and they were so kind as to take my order and worked within my budget! We went in and got to sample some of the delicious flavors and I have to say the most difficult part was picking the flavors and fillings! We are so happy we found this family business. A little hidden gem! We found this bakery earlier in the year when we were looking for a cake for a dinner party. The cake was delicious, and so beautiful with Our Lady of Guadalupe on it. So, when it came time to order a cake for my daughter-in-law's baby shower, I knew where to come. We found a picture of a cute dinosaur cake and Yaneli helped me with the details on the order. We got a few other goodies like cake pops and cupcakes to round out the dessert table. The cake was adorable. Everyone was very impressed, and it tasted just as good as it looked. This will be our go to bakery from now on. And it is a family business run by father and daughter, who are both so friendly, kind and talented. read more

I had a Dodgers birthday party for my son in June'16. LINCOLN Bakery made an outstanding Dodgers jersey cake. It looked great and tasted amazing. It was chocolate with chocolate chip filling. Not only was it a 5 star cake in presentation and in taste but their customer service was the best. Yaneli (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was very patient and always happy to to help me select the perfect cake for the occasion. This was my first time ordering a cake from this bakery. The cake was a hit! It came out beautiful! I brought a picture of the cake my daughter wanted for her sweet 16, and the bakery helped me make some changes to fit my budget. My daughter was very happy how her cake turned out. The cake was delicious! We chose white cake with raspberry filling. While I was there, I purchased some lil cookies to have with our coffee. These cookies were so yummy. You can tell they were fresh. This bakery is family owned and operated. If you're looking for a fancy-schmanzy place, then this is not it. But if you're looking for a home baked flavor that is authentically Mexican and original...oh you have arrived at the perfect spot. I have been coming here for years and it is my favorite place to get my Pan Dulce and order custom cakes for birthdays and events. All cakes and bread are made fresh daily. The flan is perfection. Their cakes are so moist and delicious without being overly sweet. Their carrot cake and chocolate cake are THE BEST i've ever had. They use fresh fruit in their filling and have a wide variety of flavors. I have tried almost every combination of cake and filling and you can never go wrong. They are famous for their Tres Leches and most of their customers flock in for this traditional cake. Personally, I've never been a fan of Tres Leches cakes. I find them overly soggy and sweet. The owner convinced me to try his Tres Leches and I was not disappointed. I will never have another Tres Leches from any other bakery. I highly recommend this place. They are friendly and their prices are by far the most reasonable I have found. Bring in your pictures and ideas for a custom designed cake and they will work with you to make something unique and beautiful for you. They recently started making edible party favors and will be using this service for an upcoming shower i'm hosting. I've seen some of their samples and i'm sure I will not be dissapointed. read more

Ordered some amazing baby shower cup cakes along with cake pops the week of my sisters baby shower. And this place made it happen. Thank you so much not only were they delicious and to pretty to eat but everyone loved them. I couldn't be happier and who knew this place was so close to me. I wish I could have given 5 stars since I've purchased cakes from this bakery in the past with no issues whatsoever. The taste of the cake is always great but I've always purchased ready made cakes that only needed a name written out, nothing too special. For my baby shower I wanted to order something a bit more decorative. I showed them a photo I found on Pinterest but let him know that I only needed it to have the wood grain look, no animals or 2nd tier. He quoted me a very low price (which I did not have them write down because I trusted they would keep to it) but he said to come back in a week before placing my order so it was closer to the event. I come back the next week, show him the picture again and he tells me it will be almost triple the original price he quoted me! After some back and forth he finally remembered what we had discussed and went back down to the originally quoted price. We had agreed he would make the cake with a wood grain look and some color added to make it look realistic. When my mom showed up with the cake to the shower, I was pretty shocked since this does not resemble a wood grain cake at all. Thank goodness all of the other bakers I was working with did exactly what we had discussed because their desserts looked incredible. The cake ended up being fine since the rest of the dessert table looked so good but I was still disappointed that I not only had to haggle back down to the price I was quoted by the owner just a week prior but that I also ended up receiving a cake that had a different design than what we had discussed. The taste was great, however, so I'd pick up ready made cakes in the future but probably not themed desserts read more

3 stars for the cupcakes I ordered for my grandsons 2nd Birthday Party and 4 stars for their pan. The cupcakes looked great and were moist BUT not worth $3 each. The white was like sponge cake, I wasn't expecting that. And flavor was just mediocre. However, we grabbed some pan while picking up the cupcakes and it was great. I'm enjoying it right now with my coffee. Customer service was great, not sure who I spoke with on the phone but he was very accommodating. read more

Admittedly, first impressions had me contemplating running right out the door...but having read favorable Yelp reviews I decided to take a leap of faith. I was looking for a very specific decor...Yaneli was amazing...and even though I hadn't spoken to her personally, she surpassed my expectations. Her creativity and talent truly surpassed my expectations. I will ABSOLUTELY return for my next birthday. I am from San Diego but was in Anaheim for a Disneyland trip to celebrate my niece's birthday. We decided last minute to get my niece a birthday cake so I went on yelp and found Lincoln Bakery. I called the bakery at around 12:30pm to see if there was any full cakes ready for purchase. The man that I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. The full cakes he had ready were flavors I knew my niece wouldn't like so I asked him if it was possible to do a vanilla cake. He said yes and it would be ready by 3pm (they close at 4pm on Sundays). When we arrived to pick the cake up, I was so pleasantly surprised!! It was so adorable and perfect for the occasion! The best part of the cake was the flavor!! OMG IT WAS FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! it was vanilla with FRESH strawberries. The cake was super moist and the frosting was even delightful. The price was also extremely reasonable ($25 for the full cake) and there was no extra charge for the customization. I would absolute recommend this bakery to anyone!!!! read more

I came in to order a birthday cake and the blonde woman was clueless about prices. She gave me a phone number to call so I could ask about info & prices for cake pops and the cake. She was taking my order for the cake but then cut me off to place pastries in a bag for a customer behind me. The tongs she used were carelessly places on top of a dirty rag on the counter. Cleanliness is clearly not displayed. Customers need answers, not phone numbers to get those answers. I'm pretty annoyed I wasted my time on this place. I expected more after reading the reviews, but I won't be doing business here. read more

I ordered sheet cakes for my wedding from Lincoln Bakery. We got marble with strawberry mousse and the guests loved it! The ordering process was easy and they offered delivery. I got prices, ordered, and paid via phone. I never went in person because I'm not from the area. Yaneli was great to work with! read more

The bakery is small, dirty, and the displays look like they are going out of business and getting ready to move, rather than running a bakery. The man who came out to help me was wearing a very dirty apron, sweating, and I could barely understand him. I'm actually pretty surprised at all of the positive reviews. I would never recommend this place just based on my first two minutes in the bakery. read more

People raved about the strawberry cheesecake. I was asked by multiple people where I got these cupcakes from. I had the chance to sample both, and honestly the triple chocolate was delicious as well. The cake is moist, the frosting buttery and not super sweet. I can see why the strawberry cheesecake was the star of the show among the parents, though. As for customer service - great! Cupcake ready when promised. Larry helped me carry my order to the car, and gave me good instructions on care and transport. I would order from him again for any event.

However, we were really disappointed in how they handled our order. We placed our order a couple of weeks ago and received our confirmation about a week later that they were ready to be picked up. However, the email only indicated that they were ready to be picked up anytime Mon-Sun at their popup location. When we arrived, the told us that they had taken back our order because it had been over 5 days and no one had picked them up yet. Then they told us they would try and see if they could recreate our order. TBH, that is the absolute most ridiculous way to do business. No where on their site did it say it had to be picked up within a certain timeframe, AND no where on their confirmation pick up email did it say it had to be picked up by a certain timeframe either. On top of that, they said that we should have called them. Um no, it's your small business, you have left over orders that need to be picked up, then you need to reach out to the customers and let them know they only have so many more days to pick them up before they are forfeited. That's how all small business, food-related or not, handle thing, especially when there are timeframe constraints. To be clear, the time constraint was not an issue IF they had even expressed there is one, but they never did. Please clean up on your business practices, it's very important to communicate with your customer base.

She eats frosting, but when I tell you, she ate her entire slice including the cake and the buttercream frosting! The cake was so moist and so beautiful! The prices are fair for the quality that you receive. However, I will say that when I inquired on a separate order if she's able to accommodate for gluten allergies, she said unfortunately no. Although her website does advertise that she can. Besides that, this is a solid option for custom cakes, especially if you like them small and stacked.

Since i have four kids, i can come back with my wife and them and have a little coffee shop date without disrupting the crowd because it seemed like thats what everyone goes for. Make sure you text so it does not mess the flow of the regular line. This was asked of me when I made my order. Service is pretty quick, the employees seem nice, and the churros are heavenly. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. They are crispy fried on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside. We always get the Full thread for the four of us and we can't finish, which is rare, we bring it home and air fry any leftovers. With the churros we always buy their dipping sauces and all of them are great. Great churros, ice cream , drinks and drizzles. You can't go wrong! **5 stars - Absolutely Amazing!** I ordered a birthday cake from Lincoln Bakery in Anaheim for my niece's 16th birthday, and I was blown away. The final cake came out exactly as I had envisioned--if not better! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the occasion. Not only did it look incredible, but the taste was even more impressive. The cake was incredibly moist, and the frosting struck the perfect balance--not overly sweet, just right. It's honestly the best cake I've ever received from a bakery, inside and out. The customer service was just as wonderful. The staff was kind, helpful, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. They were patient with my requests and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
