    Steak tip dinner $28
    Susan B.

We were happy to find this restaurant open during the winter here in Wells. We were able to walk in and get get seated quickly. It was quite packed with people both at the bar and dining areas. We ordered appetizer of fried pickles, which was a huge portion for $10. (I didn't expect some sort of seasoned salt on top of them yuck) , Ordered the fried clam strip platter which consisted of a plentiful portion of very tender clam strips, fries (which also had the seasoned salt in them) and coleslaw. The coleslaw was something less desired and will choose another option in the future. The last meal was steak tip dinner. Only 3 small tenderloins of steak served with coleslaw and baked potato (of choice). A little over priced for the quantity of beef. Overall the staff was very friendly. The environment was loud, and it didn't help they sat us among a bunch of infants. NOTE: the bill was $70.24 BEFORE TIP. The tip suggestion on the bill is NOT accurate. See picture of receipt

Great local place to enjoy cold drinks and some great food options. The bar was full so we grabbed a table in the area near the bar. Our server was wonderful, very attentive and nice. Started off with a favorite local beer from the Maine beer co, lunch a 7%IPA. My group shared a pepperoni pizza and an order of cheeseburger sliders and a large salad. Everything was really good.

I've been to Litchfield's 3 or 4 times and consider it a decent local restaurant for casual dining. I've had their steamers, Reuben and most recently the Wagyu sliders with some Haddock bites....all very good. I've never gotten the pizza but it definitely looks pretty decent. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable. The servers are pleasant and polite. The menu selection is well rounded and affordable. My main criticism is that the drinks are inconsistent to the point the last time I ordered an additional shot of JD for my jack and soda. I give 3-1/2 stars with potential to be north of 4 stars. So give Litchfield's a try and enjoy!

Bacon burger on a GF bun and coleslaw

Our food was delicious, it was all very tasty, and our waitress was wonderful and very helpful. We appreciated her service and were sat facing the patio, which was nice and offered a nice breeze after a day of sightseeing in Kennebunk! We would absolutely return and get each of our meals again, esp since the GF bun held up perfectly! Thx Litchfield's!!

    Pizza - very good!!!

I would describe this place as more of a local spot in a touristy area. We went on a weekend night and it took us around a half hour to get a seat at the bar. While waiting, we tried to get a drink and that took at least 15 minutes as well. For food, I ordered the seafood 2 way combo. For $25, the portions were small and the clams tasted off. I wasn't able to finish the clams because of they're odd taste. The scallops were good however, as were the sides. My mom ordered the pizza and it was very delicious and affordable. While I am giving 3 stars because of the disappointing service and clams, I would come back and stick to bar food. I'd like to go back and try a burger or wings or something! But I would stick to seafood elsewhere.

Went there yesterday with a friend from Arizona. Lunch was delicious as always. I had French Onion Soup and North Shore Beef. My other friends had the Clam Chowder which was The Best. I live in Ogunquit and frequent the restaurant. Always Very Pleased. Thank you!!

They've recently instituted a 4 course lobster bake, which we have yet to try. The staff are still lovely, the service is good and the food is excellent. They're one of the best at making fried seafood. I had the whole belly clams and scallops today and they were cooked perfectly, with accompanying crispy fries. Even the coleslaw was great. Didn't have the chowder today, but it's reliably excellent. The only negative is the use of disposables plates, cups and utensils. The combination of food and ambience makes Fisherman's Catch a not to be missed restaurant. It's usually our first meal after arriving in Ogunquit. For the comb

I mean come on, 35.99$ for a lobster roll!!?!? And not only that but it was super small. Literally 3 bites and it was gone and I was still hungry. It didn't even come with fries, just a small bag of chips and a quarter of a pickle. I would understand 25$ because we're eating out but 35.99$ is highway robbery. Thank God I opted for adding bacon to the lobster roll bc it made it seem a tiny bit bigger but for 36$ I expected double the size and a side of fries. I doubt there was a lb of lobster on it and if there was, it was weighed down by the mayo.

We sure hit a home run when we decided to book a reservation at Hobbs Harborside. The restaurant is huge and beautiful, with a big bar, plenty of tables, and a big outdoor deck overlooking the water. We enjoyed a few drinks out on the deck before we were called. Our server for the evening was Shelby H. and if there is a finer server in the state of Maine, I'd be stunned. She was everything we could possibly have asked for -sweet, friendly, funny, conversational, cheerful, helpful, efficient, professional- she checked all the boxes. I started off with one of their pillowy soft complimentary dinner rolls, a glass of Zardetto Prosecco ($11), and then turned my attention to the many appetizers our table ordered to share. I sampled some of the Bacon Wrapped Scallops ($19.99) and Baby Lobster Cakes ($19.99) -both of which were excellent. For my main, I went with a Seafood Sampler ($31.99) - a "combination of fresh haddock, sea scallops and stuffed shrimp broiled with a topping of buttering crumbs". This was a wonderful dish! The scallops were sweet and tender, the fish was flaky and perfectly cooked, and the shrimp was delicious. The entrée came with a choice of 2 sides, so I went with a double order of Brussels Sprouts which were amazing. Thank you Hobbs Harborside and Shelby H for one of our best restaurant experiences of the year.

We've been eating our way from Boston up through Portland, and this ended up being the absolute best lobster roll of the entire trip. The Main Event: * The Lobster Roll: The portion size is fantastic; they definitely do not skimp on the meat. The lobster was incredibly fresh, the temperature was perfect, and it was served on a beautifully toasted bun. It's a "perfect bite" kind of roll that I'm still thinking about days later. * Clam Chowder: We also tried the chowder, which was hot, creamy, and very tasty--a great starter, but the lobster roll is the true star here. The Experience: It's rustic, authentic, and exactly what you want a lobster shack to be. The staff is friendly, and it's a great, casual spot to hit after walking the Marginal Way. The Verdict: If you only have one lobster roll while in Ogunquit, make it this one. High quality, generous portions, and a great atmosphere. We'll be dreaming about this meal until our next trip North!
