Worst place to go for services, wouldn't recommend buying an Alfa at all. They sell you a lemon and won't help you.

Steer clear! Long but worth the read if you have time…read more Anyway- I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and this is by far the shadiest dealership I've ever worked with. It's horrible experience after horrible experience. I first came in last year as a single mom with 2 kids, looking for a *gas* Jeep Wrangler. I was convinced to buy a hybrid and not informed of the issues they were having.... I ended up purchasing from their partner dealership in SJ... but the footwork of why I went hybrid was a result of the efforts of the salesperson & manager at the Pleasanton dealership. A few months after purchasing, I began receiving notices about spontaneous combustion concerns/warnings not to charge the vehicle/etc. The car depreciated by 20k in a few months. After 10 months of having the vehicle.... There was still no solution from Jeep for the problem (not this particular dealerships fault), but this particular dealership couldn't get me into the service dept without dropping my car off for 3-5 days *before* it even got looked at. The service dept people on the phone didn't even know what I was talking about when referencing the recalls. I reached out to the sales people trying to figure out my options (to which there were none but that they would help me work out a deal with my negative equity). I traded in the Jeep, purchased a vehicle with a different make (cause I just don't trust this whole CJDR thing anymore) & they threw in a warranty with the promise that they weren't shady and they really wanted to help. The new-to-me vehicle had a broken AC. They said they'd fix it, took it for a few days, provided me a Hertz rental (then they didn't return the rental on time and I got charged hundreds of dollars and spent over 2 hours on the phone getting that resolved)....all to have the AC ultimately only be charged & not actually fixed. Then, I took it to the manufacturing dealership. Who actually diagnosed the problem (+ another problem) and we learned for the first time that my warranty has a tie back requiring the car be worked on or released by the selling dealership. I was without a car FOR A WEEK simply trying to get the selling dealership (Pleasanton CDJR) to authorize the repairs (& my car also couldn't leave the dealership who could actually fix it per the warranty). They never called me once & were so annoyed at every single call I made to them - all while I'm literally WALKING my children everywhere we need to go, unable to fulfill responsibilities and commitments without a vehicle, etc. The manufacturing dealership felt so bad for me that the second week they had the vehicle, they gave me a courtesy vehicle.... While everyone at Pleasanton CJDR was rolling their eyes and patronizing me with "these things take time honey, be patient" (a direct quote). All that to only have 1 of the 2 repairs authorized by CJDR. Fast forward to today: I bring my car to CJDR to have the 2nd repair completed that they didn't authorize the other dealership to complete.... The CJDR service rep calls me confused why my car is even there and says (direct quote): "....well I won't have someone who can even look at a car with this make for a week or more. I only have 1 tech here who can diagnose and work on this car" AND I HAVE TO LEAVE IT THERE TO STAY IN THE SERVICE LINE. It's like 1-2k of invoiced work & material. They could've just released the work to the dealership that actually found a way to help me, that already had the car apart, that had the warranty company out to inspect, that had already given me a courtesy vehicle, etc. Instead their big solution for the Jeep disaster is also a total and complete disaster. My request to speak to a service manager was denied. It's honestly unbelievable. Ive interacted with many people at this dealership & literally only the cashier seems to care about people and seems to try to be clear and honest. Even the guy driving the shuttle was talking horrible about the management of this dealership with a young guy who was about to put in his 2 weeks... while I, a customer, sat there silently. Somewhere in this process I posted to a forum asking questions re: my jeep/others experiences. Multiple attorneys responded clarifying my proof of these various challenges & then stating that I have a case....that despite my "responsibilities" as a consumer, I have been misled and taken advantage of multiple times. At the time that didn't feel like the right move but this is literally never ending hell at this point, where I'm losing thousands of dollars, tons of time, experiencing lots of hardship, etc. & None of them care at all. I'm starting to just be at a complete loss of what to do and it would be very silly of me to continue to remain at the whim of this highly unprofessional, shady dealership for all my current vehicles service needs. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE HERE.

It's…read morenormally a stressful thing for some, but for us, it's always a joy since we always knew what we wanted and the prices we're willing to pay. We did our research before we start looking for the ones we liked to buy. Most of Audi dealers are very professional from North to South California. Last month, we wanted to get an Audi for my son going to college next year. Originally we we're going to get a new A5 gas for him, but after looking at all these Audi models and he seemed to like the Audi Etron GT. The 3-4 year old ones with low mileage would cost almost the same price as the new A5, so we decided to find a good one for him. We went to see many cars from various dealers in the Bay and we found this 2022 Daytona Gray at Livermore Audi, a little way from our house but we went to see. We went there first with just my wife and I and we met Adil, the sales professional, he's extremely polite, patient and professional while showing us the car and explained all options of the car. We test drove the car and promised to bring back our son for the final decision, no pressure there. On the weekend, we took our son to see the car. He really liked the beautiful establishment, quite new and modern with many nice Audis in the show room, the water bottles, the coffee machine that I liked. There are many Audis different models to choose from new to used. The car was sold to my son as soon as he saw and test drove the car, he didn't even want to look at the newer A6 EV parked next to the Etron GT. The color Daytona Gray is the one that made the decision for us between the 2023 Black and this one. For us, 2023 Black one deal is better for the money, but the deal is only good if we liked the car and my son really likes this gray one, he could careless about the year. Audi of Livermore gave us 4.5% on the loan which was great. The car was missing a part and Adil promised us without any written promissory note. It's trust. We got a 5 year/75k miles Audi Platinum Warranty for the car to make sure my son doesn't have to worry about fixing the car if anything goes wrong. While we're waiting for finance, Adil created Audi accounts for both my wife and son to the Etron GT on their iPhones which was very beneficial and informative. It was a great experience buying with Livermore Audi, it's worth the long drive. A great deal is when everyone is happy regardless of dollars and cents. When I came to pickup the part ordered, a nice young man Rayon showed me an Etron Q8 which I may buy when my son took his car to college. We do like Audi EV now, extremely comfortable and Luxurious just like our Audi A8L.

This time, they quoted me $330 for the diagnostic fee on the software issue. Sensing something wrong, I called Audi USA and confirmed that my car is under standard warranty until July 2026, which means that Audi Livermore should NOT be charging diagnostic fees at all. Two times in two months of misleading and shady practices. I will be taking my Audi to another dealer going forward. Contacted another local east bay dealer, confirmed my car is still under manufacturer warranty and not charging any fees like Livermore tried to twice.

He told me they could "make those numbers work," but that I needed to come into the dealership to make it happen. Based on those conversations, I drove to the dealership after work believing we were essentially in agreement on the numbers and just needed to finalize the deal. There was also another issue that concerned me. The CARFAX showed that the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident. I was told that this vehicle had come to this dealership as part of their purchase of a neighboring Porsche dealership. Because of the accident history, I specifically asked to see the repair/work order so I could understand exactly what damage occurred and what repairs had been performed. I asked about this paperwork multiple times and was repeatedly told they would get it for me before I completed any paperwork. However, by the end of the visit, I was told they couldn't find the work order. Considering the vehicle came from a neighboring Porsche dealership that they had acquired, I found it concerning that the repair documentation they had told me they would provide suddenly could not be located. On top of that, I spent about two hours at the dealership. They asked me to fill out a credit application and ran my credit. Given our multiple conversations and the fact that I had confirmed my offer before coming in, I believed we were proceeding based on the numbers we had already discussed. Only AFTER running my credit did they come back with a price approximately 20% higher than my offer. This is the part I find most frustrating. If we were actually that far apart, why wasn't I told that during any of our phone conversations? Why ask me to drive to the dealership after work and run my credit if the dealership was nowhere near the number we had repeatedly discussed? Had they simply told me their actual number beforehand, I would not have made the trip and certainly would not have authorized a credit inquiry. To be fair, everyone was courteous and professional in person. My issue is not with how they spoke to me; it is with the lack of transparency throughout the process. Between being told several times that they could make my numbers work, running my credit before revealing that their price was roughly 20% higher, and being unable to produce the accident repair documentation they had repeatedly said they would provide, the whole experience left me uncomfortable and feeling misled. In the end, I wasted nearly three hours and ended up with an unnecessary credit inquiry without a deal. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealership. If you negotiate a price over the phone, get the numbers in writing before making the trip or allowing them to run your credit. And if you're considering a vehicle with an accident history, I would also insist on seeing the repair documentation before moving forward.

Joe went out of his way to follow me to Dublin and take me back (on a bus!!). I was recently offered a 2026 GT3 Touring. They asked me $50K over MSRP to "start building a business relationship." I heard those familiar, luring words all over again. They apparently forgot that I've bought multiple GT cars from them, paying more than $50K in markups on each one. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable with the markup, but they still asked me to come in, so I agreed to have a dialogue. During the negotiations, I reminded them of my history with the dealership, including how many cars I've already bought and the nearly $200K I've paid in ADMs over the years. Their response was, "Its new ownership, and you need to give us something." Apparently, my entire purchase history was wiped out the moment new ownership took over. They obviously want my business, but only under their terms--and, in my opinion, those terms are sketchy. I'm actually glad they approached me at a time when I don't need to buy from them. Nevertheless, I would always consider buying a cool car. I hope this review helps some Porsche enthusiasts who are excited about building a relationship with this dealership, as well as people like me who may be seriously considering coming back.
