Do not recommend! Ryan, the manager as he presented himself over the phone, very rude, unprofessional and totally disrespectful, saying no and hanging up the phone the moment I told him my offer. I called back trying to understand what happened, only to learn that his tone did not change still angry, rude and disrespectful, and told me that " my offer (as a customer) insulted him " reason why he hang up. At no point was I rude or disrespectful or any of that, he could have respectfully declined and countered with an offer or explain the situation instead of abruptly cutting off the conversation and hanging up. We purchased our Subaru in 2019, and been going to this dealership since then. Hardly ever had a good experience, to the extent that we eventually avoided taking car to this place. Issue is not the Subaru, but this dealership place is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude staff, and most importantly they don't do the job right. We started having problem with dashboard/audio unit for few months and finally decided to take to them for fixing. As always, nobody was available for a long time to check in, the service was not timely, after initial servicing car was kept for more than a week for diagnosing the dashboard issue (which they eventually could not), and they could not get the replacement part either, so after more than a week we bring our car back as is... not really 'as is'... they didn't even bother to clean their sticky handprints off the inside of dashboard/audio unit cover while placing it back. Now the initially not working unit is 'broken & filthy', which btw we can't clean because the prints are from inside. I had tried providing feedback to them directly before but sadly never heard back from them. Worst dealership place. read more

She was very helpful in regards to answering all my questions. No sales talk, upsell stuff just an honest sales rep. Thank you for that. The 2nd review is for their sales financer I believe her name was Sharice Mc Donald. If i could give this place no stars I would. Right before I signed my paperwork to finalize everything she stated and quote "My son was supposed to get this car, I put it on hold I don't know why they still sold it. Someone's gonna get chewed up in about 5 minutes" I can understand shes upset but to be so unprofessional and passive aggressive towards me just because she didn't get her way is ridiculous. You even went out of your way to tell your coworkers that MY car was supposed to be your son's car right before I even left the door. With all due respect if you really wanted that car you would have bought it prior to me buying it. Very good experience at this particular dealership. Pros: I made it very clear that I was months away from purchasing my next vehicle and was in the research phase, but even after making that clear to my salesman Ron, he still spent the hour assisting me with test driving multiple cars, determining which model was best for me, and ensuring me I would be in good hands when I'm ready to purchase. Never rushed me or pressured me & told me to give him a call if I ever had any questions regardless of where I bought the car. Kindness goes a long way and I still can't believe how patient he was while assisting me even after I made that clear. A complete 180 of my bad experience at the Subaru in Fremont where the dipshit salesman just told me to "come back when you're ready then" and walked away mumbling. Hands down giving my business to Livermore when the time is right. Cons : dealership is a bit small compared to the others I've been to but the staff and service DEFINITELY makes up for it. Friendly but inefficient and inconsistent. Sometimes, they go above and beyond. Sometimes, you get less than the bare minimum. Appointment times are not honored and communication can be spotty. And every time I bring my car in, I'm told they will wash it--and they never have. This last time they even left the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat from the service in my car for me to dispose of. So... maybe it's going downhill? On June 2, 2022, I dropped off my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek with the service advisor, Katie, and I had a great experience. First, Katie asked if I wanted to wait for my car because they had some extra time and could service it quickly. I agreed and the service was done in less than an hour. Katie saved me a lot of time, plus she was friendly. Subaru has gotten their act together again! I'm pleased because I didn't want to have to switch to Walnut Creek! I bought a 2015 Forester from Livermore Subaru with around 65,000 miles on it a few months ago. I was told I would get similar MPG, but slightly less due to it's slightly heavier weight, as the 2015 Subaru Legacy I had recently sold which got 28 to 33 mpg. I was actually getting 22 to 24 mpg so I took it in to see if it had a problem. The Dealership told me it was overdue for it's 60,000 mile tune up and they would be happy to tune it up for $1,200 +-. When I complained that they, a dealership, sold me the car in need of a tune-up, they basically gave me the finger. To add insult to injury, I had also purchased a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty, (The term I used when buying it and the salesman acknowledged it), for just under $4,000. I now have lost respect and most importantly, trust in this dealership. I will be getting my "Tune-ups" elsewhere. My regular mechanic will do it for $800.00 and he is honest and fair.
