They're not only found the tiny wire inside a very, very small cable that I have broken, they showed me a picture of it and gave me a complete tutorial. then they went on to explain why my printer wasn't working anymore. It had smeared printing because over five years, I've been using aftermarket toner on an HP printer. I then asked for a recommendation on a high volume printer for home use. That's in between category between home desktop and large office printers. They said they didn't know but they researched it and called me back a couple of days later with really excellent advice I took and purchased the printer they recommended! Then one day I was nearby installed a large projection system and didn't have a long enough power cable. I went in and explained and they gave me a 10 foot power cable for free. Using Yelp Projects, I filled out the repair request, and the bids came pouring in! YY Computer offered to do diagnostics and software install for $100. YY Computer is in Oakland Chinatown on Jackson St. I made an appt, and dropped by in the morning. While I was there, they did a quick check and found the hard drive (HD) to be damaged. They repaired my PC and upgraded my HD to 1 TB. It took about 2 business days. When I went to pickup my PC, they switched it on and show me the new HD. I'm very pleased with my experience.
