Great service. Concha's are complimentary when dining in, and they're fresh and warm. However (even though not pictured). I found a hair in my food. If I saw that it was an air fuzzy as some called them, I would pick it out but it was a whole long strand of hair so I had to say something. My waitress did not hesitate to take it and have them make a new one. However, it takes from the experience. I got the chilaquiles omelette with carne asada (mild green sauce). Although mild, I expected it to be flavorful but I was mistaken. The carne asada was the only good thing about the plate. The strawberry hibiscus was okay. read more

It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and then after only 20 minutes, they brought us the bill without asking--while I was still eating. My family of 5 got there on a Monday around 12:15pm. We didn't get seated until 1:10. Our food did not come until 1:40pm. I'm not sure if they are short staffed but it was the longest wait I've ever had to do for a restaurant. Especially on a Monday. now for pros, the staff are friendly, the food was 7/10. My husband got the chilaquiles with asada the flavor was good but there was hardly any tortillas. I got the chile verde which was a standard taste nothing good or bad. My kids got the usual pancakes, and chicken and waffles. According to them they give it a solid 8/10. Food was good but not enough to make me withstand the bad service. I waited about an hour to get in . Then waited another hour for them to take my order. Not only that i ordered a shake at the beginning of the order and they served all the food an we ate mostly everything and they brought the shake as we were already ready to leave. I refused it an lady looked all mad at me . I just dont understand so many servers and yet the service was really bad. It was busy, short staff, and it was a wait time for my party. It was around 40 min. I've always thought you shouldn't settle for a perception, maybe because it wasn't the best day (i went to another location of the loaded cafe and it was not good), so I dare to give second chances. I got surprised. I can tell people working as a servers, it's like an art but this guy, he was the artist. Since the moment that we got sat everything changes on my mind with his attitude, knowlegment for the menu. He gave us a couple of recommendations about drinks and plates and we got delighted by the plates he proposed to ask for. It was incredible the way that he was completing his tasks not only for our table, for the whole restaurant even the people that were waiting on the front to dine in. Definitely i'll comeback and i'll let my friends know about this place, specially this location. Lucky you if you are going to be taken care of this server. Super slow service. It didn't feel welcoming and everybody who worked there had zero personality. It took long to get our drinks and towards the end of our visit nobody checked up on us. we had to flag the host down to pay. On top of that, the food did not look like the pics on the menu. We were fooled by the chilaquiles. Mid. Nachos had no flavor and the asada was like chewing rubber. They also charge an additional $0.50 per egg fyi. A side of salsa is also an extra charge. Our party of 4 all agreed the food was 3/10 and service was bad. We trusted tiktok and what we heard from others but tried for ourselves and were really disappointed. It's also super crowded inside and can get pretty hectic. Not worth it. Update- we realized later on today that they charged our card extra for a non cash fee of over $6. We aren't cheap but why is the customer footing the bill for the business being cheap?! Nobody told us about the additional charge for using card which I assume happens to many customers. The wait was absolutely terrible and long. I always give the benefit of the doubt because i do appreciate the hard work servers provide. Nope got worse! It was my husbands bday breakfast and we ordered our drinks did not receive them until almost 25 min after we ordered. We were charged .50 per egg and when our fooos arrived we had no place setting. I embarrassingly had to get up and keep asking for forks, napkins , butter for my pancakes. I ordered chicken fried steak oh boy by far the most disgusting thing ever. First time getting conchas as a little free appetizer like bread or chips at other restaurants- loved the uniqueness. They were warm and tasty. Our group got a wide variety of items and everyone liked what they got- carne asada fries, steak and egg breakfast, chicken Parmesan sandwich, lemon crepes, and menudo... so many options! And then I got the horchata cold brew and Nutella concha. Very good, no complaints. The cold brew was great as well. Will definitely be going back to try some other items. Service was friendly. This is our first time coming to the Loaded Cafe in Lonn Beach. But our first time eating at the Loaded Cafe was in Bellflower we enjoy the food at that location. We decided to come to the Loaded Cafe after visiting at the Pike at Long Beach but we were very hungry. We arrive at the restaurant but looks like a IHOP restaurant my wife tells me it does. We waited for couple of minute for being be called finally they call our name we went in the restaurant to the table. The waitess brought us the menu got our drink order. We were looking at the menu decide what to order from the menu. My wife order the chorizo torta and my father in law order the the burrito but can't remember the name of the burrito then I decided to order the chicken enchiladas with salas Verde. Then the waitress brought our meal to our table my chicken enchiladas was really good full flavor and chicken was tender and season well and salas Verde was was good little bit spicy. My wife enjoy her chorizo torta she say full of flavor in the to torta We enjoy the food and the service they were friendly and nice. We need to come back again. read more
