Food was not good. Not fresh, no flavor. The service was horrible. Waiters unaware of menu items. 50 cents more for each egg on a breakfast plate that already costs $22. Food was good. We had pancakes that were really good. The chilaquiles were ok. The bean and cheese was very good and the coffee and free conchas also good. Our server was Richard and he was excellent. Friendly and great service. We would return to try some plates that we saw others order. Great service. Concha's are complimentary when dining in, and they're fresh and warm. However (even though not pictured). I found a hair in my food. If I saw that it was an air fuzzy as some called them, I would pick it out but it was a whole long strand of hair so I had to say something. My waitress did not hesitate to take it and have them make a new one. However, it takes from the experience. I got the chilaquiles omelette with carne asada (mild green sauce). Although mild, I expected it to be flavorful but I was mistaken. The carne asada was the only good thing about the plate. The strawberry hibiscus was okay. read more

There is a very strong and disturbing odor of deep-fryer oil in the air. The food was full of oil and I could only eat 1/4 of my crispy Asada Chilaquiles plate because of it. The hashbrowns were swimming in oil and the Chilaquiles were super soggy. My friend's pancakes were oily as well. I notified the waitress of the issue, after I paid, so hopefully they will make the necessary changes to improve food quality. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

This is our first time coming to the Loaded Cafe in Lonn Beach. But our first time eating at the Loaded Cafe was in Bellflower we enjoy the food at that location. We decided to come to the Loaded Cafe after visiting at the Pike at Long Beach but we were very hungry. We arrive at the restaurant but looks like a IHOP restaurant my wife tells me it does. We waited for couple of minute for being be called finally they call our name we went in the restaurant to the table. The waitess brought us the menu got our drink order. We were looking at the menu decide what to order from the menu. My wife order the chorizo torta and my father in law order the the burrito but can't remember the name of the burrito then I decided to order the chicken enchiladas with salas Verde. Then the waitress brought our meal to our table my chicken enchiladas was really good full flavor and chicken was tender and season well and salas Verde was was good little bit spicy. My wife enjoy her chorizo torta she say full of flavor in the to torta We enjoy the food and the service they were friendly and nice. We need to come back again. read more

Got the chilaquiles platter at Loaded Café and... yeah, they were giving microwave energy. Not horrible, but definitely not the flavor bomb I was hoping for. You can find better chilaquiles literally anywhere -- even your tía's house on a random Sunday. The drinks were okay though, I'll give them that. Overall, mid vibes with a decent beverage. First time trying after driving by and wanting to check it out for quite some time. Went with a group of 5 and were quickly seated and brought a basket of mini conchas free for the table. First time getting conchas as a little free appetizer like bread or chips at other restaurants- loved the uniqueness. They were warm and tasty. Our group got a wide variety of items and everyone liked what they got- carne asada fries, steak and egg breakfast, chicken Parmesan sandwich, lemon crepes, and menudo... so many options! And then I got the horchata cold brew and Nutella concha. Very good, no complaints. The cold brew was great as well. Will definitely be going back to try some other items. Service was friendly. Not overly quick and we did have to request water refills but no big deal. It was a good experience overall. read more

It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and then after only 20 minutes, they brought us the bill without asking--while I was still eating. We weren't offered extra napkins or refills, and despite asking three times, we never received creamer for the coffee. This was at the Long Beach location. read more

My family of 5 got there on a Monday around 12:15pm. We didn't get seated until 1:10. Our food did not come until 1:40pm. I'm not sure if they are short staffed but it was the longest wait I've ever had to do for a restaurant. Especially on a Monday. now for pros, the staff are friendly, the food was 7/10. My husband got the chilaquiles with asada the flavor was good but there was hardly any tortillas. I got the chile verde which was a standard taste nothing good or bad. My kids got the usual pancakes, and chicken and waffles. According to them they give it a solid 8/10. Overall I think I would've given this place more starts if we didn't have to wait almost 2 hours. read more
