Food station was by the entrance and wasn't covered or clean. The server was very reserved and serious. It was afternoon and was very slow almost empty. Cart trays were left out full from clearing tables. My first time there. Just out of the hospital and wanted to try a new sit down brunch spot. Complimentary concha before we ordered were dry and hard. Food was hot brought out quick. A little bland. I ordered a large concha fresh to take home. This place is well known for their conchas. Got home and took it out of the box. Mold all at the bottom. They closed at 4. So I called the next morning and asked for the manager. She said she was the manager and I asked for her name. After the 4rd time she said her name. She knew that I bought the last concha and that I wanted a pink but took the white one? Before I even told her anything about the call/complaint. The manager said she apologized her server had to know something since the server had to box it??? She said she couldn't refund over the phone and didn't need the food proof. Then she told me she'd talk to her supervisor and call me back. The manager called me back to say she needed the concha for proof. I called corporate left message Friday night asking for full refund. I was refunded cash for the concha. Sounds all too suspicious I'd want a paper trail and if manager,I'd log everything and refund by computer credit card refund. Cash?? And wanted the concha back??? Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! The pancakes perfectly cooked, chorizo and eggs were flavorful and just enough spice! The beans and rice were so delicious my youngest was having a great time getting through that. I was so happy with the service and the music was early 2000's throwbacks which is right up my ally. The silverware was spotless which is sometimes hard to come by but very much appreciated 10/10 customer service and food quality. My daughter got the Nutella and strawberries crepe mini combo in the picture along with a Nutella shake. Loaded Cafe looks a bit run down on the inside and outside, but it is so delicious!! They have an extensive menu from breakfast through dinner which features both traditional and unique items. A lot of the menu is heavily Latin-influenced and they have a couple dedicated sections for it as well. The breakfast stackers are fun and they make their crepes well. Not only are they tasty but you can get one free with Yelp check-in which is a great deal. Portions are gigantic so even though we went on a hike after this, I didn't need to eat again until dinner. The Crunchy Asada Chilaquiles Stacker was phenomenal. Chips that stay crunchy through the whole meal are stacked high with scrambled eggs, tender and perfectly seasoned grilled carne asada, homemade chilaquile sauce, plenty of shredded mozarella cheese, chives and grilled onion. All of this is served with a side of hash browns so it's really carb-o-licious and fully delicious. I was already full at the halfway point but couldn't stop eating until I finished. My bf had the Chicken Spinach Alfredo Stacker which was unique for a breakfast item and fun way to bring a popular dinner dish to the morning. We enjoyed it. For our free crepe we went with the Dulce De Leche because it's topped with both fresh strawberries and banana slices. The crepe was soft and it was a nice way to top off our meal with something sweet. I can't possibly go over the menu because there's so much variety, but that means that everyone should find something they like here. I definitely have to come back to try more items. read more
