It was a place we did really enjoy since it was close to home, Loaded Cafe Orange location. Unfortunately it has gone downhill. What was once a solid spot has become disappointing on multiple levels. The service has hit an all-time low, including management. Staff seem disengaged, and the overall experience and food order is careless compared to before. Order to go, constantly missing something if not condiments the the food order was wrong. There are plenty of other eateries right in the same plaza, so it's getting harder to justify coming here when the quality and service have dropped this much. If the owners don't turn things around soon, this location is headed for a downward spiral. The online ordering system is especially frustrating and feels disingenuous. They advertise a 20% discount, but then force you to add extra items you don't want or need. It's a lame tactic that corners customers. Why not just be transparent? Most people would be much more receptive if the business was upfront instead of playing these kinds of games. I really hope they improve soon, until we see ongoing better review. There no coming back to the orange location for us. read more

We've been waiting forever for this restaurant to open. We were so excited that today was the day. My husband and I came for the free grand opening pancake special, plus we ordered a couple of other items. It was fairly early so it wasn't crowded yet and their was no wait to be seated. The free conchas that they bring to the table when you arrive is a nice touch. The pancakes were great. My husband ordered the ham and egg melt and I got the taquitos. Those items were ok. The biggest problem we had was after we left. Our check was $25.39 and we paid by card and we always leave a cash tip. I told my husband to be sure to hang on to the receipt until the charge clears the bank. I sure am glad I did, because by the time we got home, we got a notification that our card was charged for our bill plus we got another charge for $43.27 (I'm assuming someone else's bill). We called immediately and they said they would correct the issue but it may take a couple of days. Now, I understand that this was the grand opening, but this careless mistake on their part was very disappointing. read more

We were excited to try this place and it didn't disappoint. Sugey took care of us and made sure we had a good meal. I had the classic breakfast with the cookie butter crepes and the value was great. It came with 2 eggs, 2 crispy bacon, hash browns and 2 crepes. I also got recommended the dulce de leche latte and it was great. Very sweet. The ambiance is great here as well! read more

Well where to start we went here to celebrate me and my sisters birthday with our family we've been meaning to come try this out since we've been seeing it everywhere .. the service was good enjoyed our servers were super friendly and kept checking in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything . We got served one concha cut into 4 and we were a table of 7 .. When we all ordered our meal , let me say it was not what we expected to be and look like . The loaded fries was very disappointing the chilaquiles we ordered was neither spicy and did not look like how it was suppose to look like . Both chilaquiles we ordered was super salty mazapan latte did not taste like it super bland no flavor. the only best part of the cafe was the panecito we got for our children. read more

First timer at this location, checked in and host said it would be a 20-25 minute wait. Over 30 minutes later we saw several tables available so we asked how much longer it would be, we were told it would be an additional 15 minutes.The host seemed dismissive and careless to the fact we had already been waiting for some time. Overall wait was approximately an hour. We left at this point. Host should have been more honest and reasonable with actual wait time. Needless to say, if considering this cafe expect to wait much longer than what you're told. read more

Great food and service. I don't think I've ever finished an entire meal before, but today I had no problem doing so. I had the asada chilaquiles (which I recommend trying) while hubby had the chicken enchiladas. Both were delish. Oh, and cant forget the complimentary panecito (sooo good) and our waitress, Sugey was sweet enough to offer us our drinks to go. Not bad for our first visit. Came here on a breakfast whim as a pick me up from a bad night before. The wait was 20-30 minutes but was well worth it. Definitely will be coming again. Service was great, was offered a complimentary sweet roll. I had ordered marzipan crepes, and a horchata iced latte. I cannot believe how good the food was. Soft, airy, sweet, absolutely delectable. The iced latte came in a glass mug with lots of foam, delicious and very appealing to the eye. I was sat outside so I didn't get the full experience unfortunately. I meant to do this review the same day I got my order. I placed the day before and I pick it up next day which I ordered 3 Roscas de Reyes I get there and the person was in the front first didn't say anything then she gives a drink to a customer and asked me what would like to order? Not even a good morning! So I tell her I'm here to pick an order I placed last night so she asked for the receipt and I give it to her and she says where is the other one and I said which other one? I told her that's all they gave me and they said would be under my name, and my phone number very rude she says is not like that so I told her again that's what they told me and she comes back with a little receipt with my name and number and said oh is this one and I say yes so she turns around put the roscas in a box and gave me the box in such a rude way didn't say anything else and I was shock to received such a terrible customer service she looked overwhelmed and at the same time looked like she hates to work there I didn't get her name but she had so much make up on that's the only thing was very noticeable. This was my fourth time there and my last one ! I was so disappointed and bother to received that service when it wasn't my fault they don't have a system in place and that they're not in the same page! Hope they set a better system or train their employees or select the employees they hired better. read more

So many things looked amazing on the menu! It was so hard to decide. I want to try the birria tacos next. I got the chilaquiles and they were really good! I got red sauce mild but they brought a little of the spicy red sauce to try. The spicy tasted better with a little more complexity. They did have a kick though so get it if you can handle a little heat. The complimentary pan dulce they brought in the beginning were the best I've had. There was one that tasted like churros that I need to get more of. There's a cute little store on the side that sells them along with a ton of desserts and things. Everyone was so nice. The Service was so so. We were seated promptly and then 15 minutes passed before we had to ask for something to drink. Once that came we ordered food. I ordered the stake and eggs medium rare, it came well done I sent it back and it came back medium well. I just ate it. My friends food was cold. We went around 2 pm on a Sunday, the 14th of September. Parking was easy, we then had to wait to be seated. We were told it would only be a few minutes, turned into more like about 15, but even that was ok. They only have a very small waiting couch and a famiy of 3 promptly offered their seats to us (I assumed cause we're olderly!) We graciously thanked them and they were shortly whisked away to their table. After being seated, our drink order was filled promptly and our food order was then taken. We were graciously served a basket containg 3 Mexican sweet breads. I ate one and it was warm, soft ( few sugar crumbles) and delicious unlike any I had eaten in the past - great start to our meal! Our food arrived in a timely fashion and was cooked to perfection. We havent had hashbrowns cooked so delightfully in ages. Seems they are always undercooked or burnt. These had the perfect outside crunch with the tender insides! The rest of our food was equally good and we were checked on regularly by Mariana as our drinks were also refreshed. We couldnt find anything to complain about except for the small waiting area which I'm sure could become a bit crowded at busy times of the day! Congrats to this restaurant for their service and food - we will definitely return anxious to try something new! Highly recommend. Did not see any big tables in the area where we were seated so recommend parties of 4 or less. Perhaps there were bigger ones in another area of seating! read more

We went here for breakfast on a Thursday recently. Staff was friendly but service was a little slow. We cut slack because they just opened and are all new. The Nutella waffle was delicious. So were the hash browns, nice and crispy. The complimentary pan dulce they served us was delicious, some of the best I've had...didn't even have to dip it in my coffee because it was dry. It was very soft and fresh, perfect not too sweet. The machaca burrito was mediocre though. It really lacked flavor. Menu said it had cheese but there was none in the burrito, maybe it was melted on the outside of the tortilla? Anyhow they need to put some salsa and pepper/salt or something inside the burrito or season the meat more. It was pretty bland. I don't need overly spicy but I had to add hot sauce in order for it to be tasty. We will definitely give it another try, hopefully the new chef gets at the savory stuff. read more

We came in today for breakfast at 9 and had a good experience. We got seated right away for 4. Our server Sugey was really helpful with recommendations and great with the kids. We ordered the chicken crispy enchiladas and the chips came out really crispy even under the sauce, which was really nice!. When you sit down, they give complementary conchitas that were still warm. We really like them. Great local place and will probably be back. Seems like folks like to get takeout from here too. read more

The carne asada chilaquiles are a popular dish, unfortunately, for myself they were not. The sauce they used for the chilaquiles tasted like the ones that come from a can, no favor at all. The beans tasted like they came from a can too. I also ordered the coffee flight, and it was watered down, no taste or sign of coffee. Our server checked on us once we were done with our meal, didn't come to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks, or anything. The only good thing that came out of that place was the freshly baked conchas. I let tik tok convince me of this place, and felt for the hype. Overall food wasn't the best, nor was the service.
