This was one of my first experiences at a Logan's, and it was a wonderful experience. Great steaks! Sad that they don't have any in Chicago.

I am going to start off by saying I am a server and have been for years. I am more understanding than most and rarely have complaints. Our server, Ashley, was extremely rude and short with my boyfriend and I from the beginning. We ordered a beer each and she sent the manager over to get a second look at our ID's, which I totally understand. But after the fact she wouldn't even stop by the table long enough for us to tell her what we needed. We asked for extra ranch for our salad, lemon with our water, and an extra orange slice for our beer when we ordered. None of which were brought to us. She rarely checked up and when she did she was extremely rude. When we finally paid out and we're finishing our beers, which took all of 10 minutes, she stopped by the table 4 separate times to try and take her tip slip. That was the most attention she gave us all night. Our steak was also super dry and chewy and way over cooked. Not the servers fault but overall a bad experience. read more

Our waitress was somewhat subpar. I think she was trying to impress by not writing our order down. The outcome of that was a steak being over cooked. Ruined that particular meal. Other than that, probably slightly below average for the chain. Not many chain options in this area so the location likely benefits from brand recognition. I would never go out of my way to dine there but it will do in a pinch when their are no options. read more

AS far as Logan's Roadhouses goes this one is top notch for the most part. Do not get me wrong I have had bad experiences here before in the past (hence the only 4 stars), but there has obviously been some major improvements. I've had 2 great meals here recently after saying I wouldn't be back before. Thanks to my gf for persuading me. Their broccoli has been on point every time. Steaks cooked as ordered. read more

Ordered to go and they were very friendly. Sat down with me on the bench so I could take a break from carrying my baby while I looked at the menu. Then the guy even offered to call me when the food was done so I could leave in the meantime, instead of making my baby just sit there all bored while waiting. We ended up leaving, and sure enough about 20 minutes later my phone rang and the waiter was all polite to tell me my food was ready for pickup. And of course it all tasted amazing. So disappointed in our experience at this Logan's. From the unfriendly hostesses to the scattered way our server tried to take care of us... There wasn't anything to write home about here. The beer was half poured. We never got our bread. Just not a relaxing dinner with family. I wouldn't recommend eating here. read more

This place is horrible. The service is ridiculous. We got a table sat there for 15 minutes and never got our drink orders even taken. We had to be put on a waiting list just to even get a table because the hostess said they didn't have enough wait staff to serve the tables they already had. Absolutely useless. Do not waste your time. This is a fairly new restaurant but they have had enough time to work out the kinks. They really need a new manager. I mean come on. There were a whole section full of empty tables and a front area full of hungry people!! And why?!?!?!? Because there were not enough wait staff to tend to to the tables. Yet, there were 3 hostesses on duty and 2 waiters talking idly up front with the hostesses with the manager just standing there. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! read more

Awful experience. Visiting for a few days and did a carry out order on a Thursday set for "ASAP" since we had a cranky, sleepy toddler. Get there 15 min later and they say the order hasn't even been put in yet. Over 45 min later we have our order and take it to the hotel to realize that they didn't even give my husband his side salad. My salad didn't have blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, or walnuts as advertised. I also found a hair in it and one of the chopped up tomatoes still had the produce sticker on it. When we had got back to the hotel we had to get my daughter to sleep since it was way past her bedtime and we were so hungry and didn't want to have to drive all the way back there and probably wait another 45 min for them to try and fix things. Arrived on a busy Friday night around 7, tired from traveling and hungry. Receptionist said 25 minutes. No problem, I've waited this long... Seemed like we had been there 20 minutes or so. My husband had to take a phone call and was gone about 20 minutes. Tons of people were going in but our name was never called. After the phone call, he came and sat down and I said it's been too long please go check. He did. The girl had our name checked off and said she had seated someone saying it was us.....can you believe that stuff. They need to get into the 21st century with a buzzer...that way no one can take your name. After eating, the steak was not that great either.... read more

I'm only giving them a one because they don't have a zero. This has got to be the worst Logan's in our area for getting a steak cooked correctly. This will be my last time in this location . This is my third trip here in less than a month and the steaks have been cooked wrong every time. Medium well does not bleed like it was just killed. 5/20/16: giving them one last shot to get it right but not starting out very good. Who runs out of a popular appetizer at 7:00 on a Friday. Been here for an hour already and no food yet. Finally got our food and it was cooked right be steak was cold as ice. Manager isn't charging us for it but never offered to fix it. I've never given a 1 star before so this is a first. First of all, the service was exceptionally slow. Our server was very friendly but really didn't know what was going on. It took 15 minutes before we were asked for our drink order. We asked for unsweet tea and received saccharine sweet tea. It was awful. The restaurant was out of many basic items, including lemons, butter, mashed potatoes and hamburger. So no lemons for my tea. And I never got one single refill despite us being there for almost 2 hours. When our food finally arrived, the vegetable skewer was stone cold, my husbands sandwich was soggy and they completely forgot my son's meal. Multiple servers came by and offered us the wrong item. It was like nobody knew what was going on. We ordered dessert since it was my daughter's birthday and it took almost 30 minutes for us to get it. read more

We have been to quite a few Logan's Roadhouses and this is the only one that let us down. Server (Tami, according to the receipt) arrived with two plates, took our drink orders, arrived back with them and took our order. We assumed the bread rolls would arrive shortly but they never came nor did she. We watched other servers bring the rolls with the drinks. Eventually a different girl arrived with our meals and I suggested she take the two unused plates as we never got the usual rolls. She offered to bring the rolls but we pointed out that it was too late now that our meal had arrived. As was custom in other branches Tami never waited to my husband cut his steak to make sure it was what he ordered. However, part way through the meal Tami asked if everything was okay and we told her we had never got our rolls, my husband asked her politely "did you just forget"? Instead of admitting the truth, she got very defensive and said that she never forgets?? We would have accepted someone forgetting (not good service though) and apologising but to argue that she never forgets just was rude. She just walked away and later came back with the bill, never spoke. My husband had finished his water but was never offered it to be filled up again despite replenishing other tables. Luckily I had enough left to do me. We put our credit card in the payment book, again she came back and lifted it without a word. Brought it back and said "have a good night"! Her rudeness and lack of service meant we would not give a tip. I don't often write a review but on this occasion I felt that this poor service should be brought to someone's attention. Just to explain, we are on a road trip in USA from Ireland and Logan's Roadhouse has been one of our favourite restaurants in different cities, such a pity that one person not concentrating on her job let this Logan's down. read more

They Close whenever they feel like , they don't care about the business hours that posted online, they just stay open only when they make money, you might have a bad surprise when you arrive and see the door locked during the business hours they advertise. read more

One star was probably too many... hostesses were confused & there was no wait...server was sweet. Waited forever for food, which had obviously sat a while ... it was like warm... bathroom was filthy, no toilet paper paper towels and very wet floor! Trash overflowing. read more

They really need to teach their hostesses how to host. We were second there and nobody was around then all the workers come after about ten others come in and they sat all of them first! And then looked and acted all goofy when we walked out and I told her they need to learn to do their jobs and quit playing around. Very unprofessional! read more

Our family is from out of town. The last time we ate a Logan's was in 2011 at the Gallatin location. The food was great, but the service was horrible. We vowed never to eat there again. We went on a mini vacation with our children to Chattanooga and thought we would try Logan's again. Not only was the service horrible, the food was of terrible quality. I understand that being a popular destination, this particular location could be extremely slammed. However, I would expect with a number of out of state or out of town customers, the servers and host would have a more friendly demeanor. We were not greeted. The host was too busy looking at his iPad. When he finally looked up he asked us "how many" in a very rude way. It felt as though we were inconveniencing him. From the moment I saw this young man, I knew we should have turned around. As the first person being seen at the door, I would have expected a friendlier face. Also, there was a server standing next to him ADJUSTING/PUTTING ON CLOTHING UNDER HER SWEATSHIRT! It was very, very inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It was very clear our server did not want to be there and did not want to wait on us. I understand being busy, but she was not. She never smiled, couldn't converse with us, and obviously did not understand the meaning of hospitality. My husband ordered his steak medium. It was grossly undercooked. When it was returned by, we assumed a manager, she put it in front of him and asked him to cut into it. He told her it was still undercooked, but better than before. He was so hungry and tired of waiting he told her it was fine. She didn't offer an apology or thanked him for waiting. read more

Bad service and food quality. Manager comped us for it but still poor food quality. You could tell it had been sitting for awhile before delivered to our table. The baked potato was cooked several days ago and reheated in the microwave. The kids mac and cheese is now Kraft? Why would I want to pay $5 for a meal I can make at home for $1. Ate here twice the last couple evenings since it's right across from the hotel. The food is really really good for a chain restaurant. Reason for only 3 stars, the service is horrible!! The wait staff and host were all great, we give them 5 out of 5 stars. The food, however, was a disappointment. We each got a steak/shrimp combination. The sides were good. I had to return my overdone steak, with they did without hesitation. The second steak was cooked properly, but the flavor was lacking and the quality was poor. For a place that specializes in steaks, we find it inexcusable. Doubtful we'll try another one. read more

The food was good. Steaks were made to order. We have eaten at several different locations. Chain restaurants should be consistent, this one was not because: My steak tasted "Smokey," like it was an added flavor. It wasn't bad, just noticeable. We ordered the "top shelf Logan tea". I watched the drink being made and more than half was a mix. Usually one "tea" is enough, but not paying the price for sweet & sour mix on ice. Will go back for dinner, NOT drinks. Drink was definitely NOT consistent with other Logan's. It took a little bit to get salads. Had to search for waitress to get sour cream I ordered w/baked potato. Bartender got it, then waitress came to apologize. No big deal there, but I guess she should've checked on us when food was served. read more

Visiting TN, and stayed at Best Western next to Logan's. My fiancé and I had dinner two nights in a row here. Great deal M-W all day for two meals for $14.99. The grilled meatloaf topped with brown gravy with onions and mushrooms was very yummy! Comfy atmosphere and friendly staffs. read more

Ordered the 20 ounce prime rib and received the prime rib combo. Good lord that thing was salty - I couldn't eat the outermost part because of the salt. The waitress wasn't very good either. Took forever to get drinks, then an additional wait to get rolls. She put the wrong order into the system and then never brought one of the side items. Kid's steak tips were overcooked. We had been traveling for hours. Stopped for a quick bite. Wish we had just kept driving. Food arrived after awhile but came in "shifts" and was cold. Had to send the steak back to be cooked more. Food was not the best I've had compared to other Logan's. Server was sweet but kept forgetting things we asked from her. She also made excuses for every issue. Should be time of the year where flies are for the most part, gone. However, there were plenty gathering here. Wrong time and wrong place to give too many stars. My husband and I got take-out as we were traveling with dogs. I ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfect! The butter was delicious, a pesto garlic butter taste. The vegetable skewer was a little skimpy and the Caesar salad didn't look great but it tasted like fine. Good rice and soft bread. Hubby got the Buttermilk Chicken and it was very tender, cooked to perfection just like the Salmon. We were pleasantly surprised that it was very affordable! read more

My family visited your establishment 30 minutes ago. The hostess tried seating us in a disgusting table. My wife asked to have the table cleaned. The hostess complied, but left the table completely wet, and disregarded the seats. When I asked the hostess to dry the wet table, she told us that Logan's didn't have dry towels. At that point, my wife walked into the bathroom to retrieve dry towels. By the time my wife returned and dried the table herself, I d decided that Logan's was not an establishment that deserved my hard earned money. First impressions are very important. read more

at logans i had roadys originals witch is a steak Burger it comes with three and it has a pickle and cheese mine came out but my dads did not but we did not say two so are fault .for desert we had the Mississippi browny witch is a browny with ice cream on top it was awesome other than the fact they did not give my dad his but again are fault 4 stars read more

Ordered a marguerite. It came without salt. Waitress took it and never brought its replacement. So we went and picked it up off her stand and drank it. Platter was supposed to sizzle. Didn't. We ate here while on vacation a couple of weeks ago and the steaks we ordered were excellent, as was the service. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The salad was very fresh and the "brewsky" onions were different and had an interesting flavor. The food was so good, we ate here on the way to our destination and then made sure we were in the Chattanooga area on our way back home so we could stop there again for lunch. At that time we had burgers and they too were very good. The sweet potato fries are to die for and among the best I ever had. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly as was the rest of the staff. If you are in Chattanooga, I would highly recommend you try out Logan's Roadhouse. read more

Was staying at a nearby hotel and ate here with a group of 8. A few people had the Roadhouse salad with steak and the reviews of that were good. We had the fried pickle apps and they were fine, but too greasy. A couple of others in our group had the ribs and brisket. The ribs were not that good. Not fall off the bone at all and much tougher than i would expect. The brisket was not what i would expect either. It was very thinly sliced and mostly fat. Chicken strips were good as was the peach tea. Service was very good but we'll skip this place if we come back to town again. read more
