Supposed to be medium Rare. It's medium at best

Only getting 2 stars instead of 1 because our waitress Jamie was awesome. Can't say that about the food. Steak borderline over cooked ZERO TASTE crab cakes at least that's what they call them. Way undercooked just gross for lack of a better word. The garbage they put on them. Is a glorified thousand island dressing. Hey Logan's keeping in the bottle it doesn't belong on undercooked crab cakes. Trust me it didn't help the taste at all.

Food

Food, service, drinks, ambiance. Everything was great! Thanks JENNIFER. Moved from California. Moved to Trenton GA and I will come to Logan's often

Well this was a late dinner in Tennessee before an all night drive to Chicago from Clearwater Beach Florida. We stopped at this small family owner roadhouse restaurant to try it because according to my friends searching it has good reviews. Well I am glad we did stop here because the food was delicious. Their bread rolls they are famous for lives up to their menu description. Warm light and honey buttery. The French onion soup had the right amount of melted cheese and was not too salty or heavy. The salad I ordered was ok. The wood fired chicken was delicious as well as how they cooked the broccoli. The broccoli had the right texture and seasoning to eat . 3 out of 5 stars for the service because my friend as for another glass of water from sky our server. Ambiance was that usual log cabin roadhouse to give it that in the woods country feeling Anyways do come here.

3592 Cummings Rd., Chattanooga LOGANS... We have gone here for several years, and unfortunately continue to watch it decline. Finally, this past week around 2pm in the afternoon, my wife had to use the bathroom- if it allows me to post pictures I will- it's not that it wasn't cleaned that "day" it's that the women's bathroom hasn't been fully cleaned in months. I understand if the food handlers don't want to be scrubbing floors- then get a service to do a deep clean at least once a week. If you don't care about public bathrooms, it stands to reason you don't care about cleanliness- we both walked by the kitchen doors, and when they were opened, the floors were just as disgusting as the bathroom floors- we probably won't be coming back to this particular logans until we hear things have significantly changed. The sirloin was marginal as good sirloins go- the salad had a lot of white/ and wilted pieces- and a lot of substitute by using the purple lettuce- we did not get sick (thankfully) but knowing now what I know about the lack of cleanliness, again- we probably will not be taking the risk by going to this Logans anymore.

Deep fried pickles

My 62 year old husband got carded for his beer here. I joked with our server that she was just fishing for a good tip by making him feel young, but we noticed a sign as we were leaving that said all alcohol sales would need ID. So much for THAT thought. Not feeling very hungry I ordered some fried pickles. The pickles were chip style and were very good. My husband ordered a mushroom burger with a side of waffle fries. I had a couple bites of my husband's burger and it was real good. I had a couple of his fries too and they were great dipped in ranch. I know it sounds like I'm a mooch, but I really can't eat much so I rarely order a full meal unless I can take the leftovers with me. We're traveling right now so taking leftovers would have been difficult. Nichole was our server and she was very attentive and personable.

The team was incredibly welcoming and shared that they're part of the same restaurant group behind Easy Bistro and Little Coyote, which immediately raised my expectations--and they delivered. For our picnic, we were sent off with a fantastic selection of cured meats accompanied by mustard and giardiniera. The combination of savory meats, tangy mustard, and the bright kick from the giardiniera created the perfect balance of flavors. I love businesses that take simple ingredients and execute them exceptionally well, and Main Street Meats does exactly that. We had two glasses of wine and finished off the meal with their chocolate gelato. I'll be raving about this meal to anyone who chooses to visit Chattanooga. Very great service, indoor and outdoor seating, and no wait (waitlist available if there is).

It was also a beautiful day so we sat on the patio. I love that they work with local organizations for fresh vegetables and meat! Our waiter was very nice and fairly attentive. But the food... For the good - the crab cake was delicious. It was like all crab meat with no filler and was very tasty. The pimento cheese was also SO yummy. You could tell it was made fresh and had a great flavor. The pita it came with was fine, a little over-grilled. I was not crazy about the fried okra. I wish the pieces weren't just cut in half, because to me they had that slimy okra texture inside. My gf said they weren't THAT bad, but I really had to push myself to eat them. The rosemary fries have a great flavor and were crispy (I prefer thicker fries but my gf enjoyed these). I LOVE mac and cheese and was super excited to try theirs. It was very creamy and had a good flavor but there was way too much cheese for the amount of noodles. Like the ratio was pretty off. Now for THE issue. My gf ordered the Filet Mignon, medium. It came raw and without the blue cheese compound butter. By the time the waiter came to check on us, I was half done eating. He took the steak to be put back on the grill and brought it back with a bowl of crumbled blue cheese. It was still raw inside. He brought us extra fries, but by the time it came back I was done eating. She asked for it to go and it was STILL RAW. She had cut it, so it was super obvious if you looked. The manager came and talked to us and they took it off the bill, but for a $40 filet mignon it should not take 3 tries to cook it right and it still not really be right. She said there are cold spots on the grill and they're training a new line cook, but it was not a good look... I'd maybe give more of a pass if they were packed, but there was no one eating inside and maybe two other tables of folks outside.

Not far from where we were parked we found the Wooden City conveniently across from it all (dare I say a brisk walk's worth) with Mellow Mushroom and Ben & Jerry's establishments at both corners. We were given the options of staying inside or being placed outside and we chose (biased a lil) the opportunity of eating outside. We were taken care of accordingly by Jonathan, who is a perfect example of someone that makes tourism worth it, we chitchatted back-and-forth and came across some great options on our appetizers and drinks. While we waited for drinks, we were served water with ice as the weather outside was pleasant but a little too hot for the afternoon... When the appetizers arrived, we were greeted by not only demonstration, but taste above what I've had as of recent. Wife enjoyed the freshness of the tomatoes and cheese whilst I was mesmerized by how subtle and uber smooth my Old Fashioned was. We unwinded and talked about our day here in this city and then our next meal plates arrived. I had the very unique and well presented Beet Ravioli and the wife had the exquisite Spicy Lamb Rigatoni. Immediate upon arrival to our table my wife and I exchanged a bite of each other's plates to give a chance for our taste pallets to experience one another. The Beet Ravioli took back my wife to a time where she made something of similar taste and the Rigatoni took me back to California when I tasted something familiar then.
