We've eaten here before and it was pretty good. Went back for a second experience and it started out good. Seated fast in a crowded place. Received drinks right away. Then... a mouse ran through the restaurant and we left immediately. 85% of the staff are very young and really had no idea how to treat the situation. So gross. This could be the worst steak place in Texas. I mom for mothers day well after the peak rush. Ordered our APP during our drink order, 30 minutes later it was still not there. Once we got it was good. Then came the meals. Ordered two chicken salads, one 8oz steak, and a sweet baked potato. The steak came MED WELL when ordered MED RARE, very different. I sent the steak back, it could not be cut. The sweet baked potato was sent back. It looked like it came from a fast food place. For the salads, one was dry and tasteless. When dressing was asked for twice, it never came. Only one salad was good at it was the Kicken Chicken. If you do go do not sit in Matt's section not a good thing. The management staff has no customer service skills. Eater bewares! read more

Their bread and butter is heavenly!! And it's easy to fill up on that alone. I have been before and had a steak it was decent but I haven't had one lately. Last time I went I ordered the appetizer sampler with chicken strips, potato skins and fried pickles--those were really good. Potato skins were great and fried pickles are always amazing. Next time I go I'll try something new to add to this review. They seem to have good special pricing on Mondays and Tuesdays but if I'm looking for a good steak I tend to go to Saltgrass. read more

We went in last night after a year to give the place another chance. We got there at Approximately 8:30. The peanuts were old. We ordered and it took 20 minutes to get a house salad. Then dinner finaly showed after 45 minutes. We got 10% off but never saw a msnager. Steaks were good but not worth the wait. read more

The service at Logan's is always so so but the food is good. The rolls are awesome and I really like the moonshine chicken. My husband usually gets a sandwich that is served "open faced" so if you want a second piece of bread you'll need to speak up. Overall, not the best place ever, but you'll have a good meal. read more

My wife and I ate at Logan's today. When they first opened, we went there and the service was so horrendous we walked out. I am happy to report that our revisit today was a very pleasant surprise. Our waitress Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She checked on us at just the right times and has a fantastic personality. And the 20 oz. ribeye I ordered medium-well was very good. Awful Service! Took forever just to get a to-go box and bill! Food wasn't spectacular.

Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a 12oz ribeye with baked potato add a 1.00 for sour cream and cheese. Complimentary salad with entree, very delicious. Manager brought out our steaks and asked for us to cut into it and make sure it was to our liking. I enjoyed this place very much. read more

We eat here once a week for the Monday/Tuesday special. Can't beat the price. Kitchen struggled during a couple visits but usually very good. Salmon & chopped steak very good. Friendly service. Patron Margueritas have been good. Grilled veggies & baked potatoes excellent. read more

Customer service: Hostess looked at us when we walked in and never said a word. She went and did something else and came back in about 3 minutes. By that time there were about 4 other parties standing there waiting. The waitress did a great job with filling drink glasses, but was as outgoing as a rock. Food: Really good food. The food is on the mark for a franchise restaurant type but service is hit or miss. Visited this location occasionally for lunch or dinner and sometimes it's in/out in 45 minutes other times you spend 30+ minutes waiting on your food. Not good when you only have an hour lunch. read more

I have had no problems with the wait staff or getting what I ordered to perfection. The steak is good and cooked the way you like it but the wood fired grilled salmon is my favorite. read more

My hubby & I were craving a nice steak dinner so thought we'd give them a try. We went on a Sun mid-afternoon so there was no wait. We both ordered the $12.99 sirloins with salads. My Caesar salad was good but my husbands house salad was rather sad. PROS: Fast seating, gluten-free friendly, good sweet potato, good service. CONS: Both steaks were slightly burned on the outside & pretty tough. I think that's a quality control issue such as poor quality meat or lack of marinating; my side of broccoli was overcooked & just fell apart. All-in-all, we won't be back. SO DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went with my parents because they wanted to go again and give it another try, because the first time they went it wasn't that good. We got there and it took 15 minutes for anyone to just take our drink order, and it wasn't our waitress that took it it was the manager. And then the waitress finally took our order 20 minutes after we got our drinks. I told her specific lol I want my burger medium (cuz I wanted medium rare but she says they don't do that). When I finally got my burger it was well done. So she took it back and I had to wait another 15 minutes. My parents were done with there food by the time I got mine. And it was the worse burger I have ever eaten, well top 5 worse burgers. We all had to brush our teeth when we got home it tasted horrible. We have tried so many steak houses and were pleasantly surprised! This beats those $160 plus hands down. The whole experience was very nice and comfortable. This was the best Filet mignon Steak l have eaten in years, I cut it with a fork. My wife kept carrying on about how delicious the ribs are and they were just falling off the bone. We visit this restaurant often, but last night was the worst ever. We had to get our own peanuts and silverware even after asking two servers for them. The were way understaffed and it took a long time to order. Their "bowls" of soup are so small that they look like a cup. Their Chili was nothing more than spaghetti sauce with beans and microscopic meat. Their "Cobb" salad had no "Cobb", it was a chefs salad with meat. We will probably not return there. read more

My boyfriend and I went here hoping for the best. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The fried pickles were WAY too greasy, to the point that I had to blot them with my napkin. I got the filet and mashed potatoes. The potatoes tasted like cardboard. I did have to get my steak cooked a tiny bit more as it was pretty rare. This is no big deal because steaks can be tricky. The problem was that I had to wait an additional 10-15 min to get my steak back. My boyfriend had almost finished his by this time. Another unhappy experience at this place. Wanted to get a quick bite to eat and do some shopping. Didn't happen! Turned down a dirty table...actually had dirty dishes and the waitress' pitchers of tea and water on the table. The place was pretty empty. Asked for a booth instead was immediately told we would have a 15 minute wait. I was looking at 2 empty tables and 2 empty booths. There was no other customers waiting! NONE!
