The service was miserably slow. They brought our toddler's entree last, which is a very bad predicament to be in. My wife's order was wrong, therefore we resubmitted the order twice. We asked to speak to the manager, and the server stayed to listen to our complaints about the epitome of poor service we received. This is one of the worst restaurants I bee in in a long time. The restrooms were dirty early in the day. Looked like no one ever cleaned it before the restaurant opened. Walked by the kitchen it was filthy. If we had not already eaten we would have left. The yeast rolls were the best part of the meal. They were hot and buttery. The bowl of chili came to the table cold. The peanuts were all stale. The potatoes were cold, mushrooms were okay, the rack of ribs okay but not very hot. Waitress was pleasant but not very apologetic for the meal. I would recommend not eating at this restaurant. There are many others in the area. We will not go to this chain again. They did give a military discount which was appreciated. However the food was not good. After seeing the restrooms and kitchen conditions we decided that management would not be a good choice to voice our opinions to. read more

Bathrooms were absolutely filthy! Garbage overflowing, toilet paper on the floors. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like, saw 3 people that looked like managers, talking the entire time my family and I were there. Not helping clear tables, sweep floors. Bartender was no where to be found, I guess that is why our drinks arrived when we were already done with our salads. The best part of our visit...when 2 of the waitstaff, actually stopped clearing a table, fix their hair and then proceeded to take selfies!!!! Seriously?!! read more

As the rain poured down, we were reluctant to even go out. We decided to anyways and we were rewarded with an awesome experience! My wife was met in the parking lot by a hostess with an umbrella (incredible personal touch)! Our server Paige was friendly and outgoing! Let me start by saying that I have never been to a worse restaurant in my entire life! Started off when my wife stood at the hostess station to check in and the hostess was on the phone for about 2 minutes talking to another employee (obvious from the conversation). When she got off the phone, the girl immediately said, uh, your table isn't ready. My wife said great, can I check in though? So fast forward to the table. Mother in law asked for a cup of hot water and the waitress brought out a coke glass full of hot water. I ordered the bone in ribeye med rare, my wife ordered skewers med, daughter ordered sirloin med, my youngest ordered steak tips med, and my son ordered chicken fried steak. Let me tell you, my steak came out well as did all of them. My son's chicken fried steak came out as such a glob of breading that another table's waitress came over immediately and said that it was not supposed to look like that, and we gave her all our meals back. My steak came back raw...yes raw, the rest of the family's came back ok...not right, but ok. A manager came by and said that she would take care of our meals for the problem, and I gave her back my steak and said that I didn't want anything else. Another manager that calls himself big Jim came over and made a joke of our meals and asked why I didn't want a new one. He said my steak probably came back out raw because he knew exactly which cook it was and he doesn't like being told he's wrong. He then said he would discount our meal $15 for the problems. I also explained that the other manager said that they'd be taken care of. He then proceeded to walk through the restaurant talking out loud about how we are picky and all we do is complain and just can't eat a good meal. I flipped at this point! This location just does a huge disservice to the Logan's brand. Every experience that I've had at this location has been negative despite the repeated complaints. This location frequently gets my order wrong. And I mean every single time regardless to the fact that I order the same thing each time. And the staff is very rude and management does not care. I ordered two salads once in January --one with tomatoes and one without duue to my husband having a food allergy. I called my order an hour in advance for pick up and was told it would take twenty minutes but I knew better. I ended up waiting an hour-and-a-half for my order to still be incorrect and the very rude pregnant hostess argued with me on the phone saying it was my fault the order was wrong and then finally told me that the best I could do was drive back to the location for replacement. I received no apology and no offer to improve the situation. I've worked food service before and never has my manager ever encouraged me to a) argue with a customer and never to b) blame the customer but apparently that is the training that Logan's has for their employees. When I complained to the manager told me he would mail me a $20 giftcard for my trouble. That gift card has yet to be seen and this incident happened back in January 2017. Today I of course decided to give Logan's another try and was told a 15 minute estimate on my food. But of course I received by food after 45 minutes and it WAS STILL WRONG. What am I missing here? I pay my money like other customers so can you tell me why I cannot receive respectful and accurate service like other customers? read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place a negative -35, I would!! Waitress was wonderful, but aside from that the food was HORRIBLE. We waited over an hour for our food. We orders steaks, chicken salad and a burger. Steaks were HORRIBLE. Tasted like they were frozen and reheated. We ordered both med and mine was overcooked and tasted like shoe leather. I sent it back and got a steak that was a big fresher but still while it was cooked med it was still like shoe leather. The other steak was cooked med but was tough and chewy. Chicken salad was horrible. Rubbery chicken with no flavor. Sent back and given a bowl of chili free which was served ice cold and wasn't eaten. The burger was okay. But my son grabbed the ketchup and out poured a huge liquidity mess into his burger. Yuck! We couldn't wait to leave. Then we got the bill and the chicken salad was still on the bill that the manager said she'd take off. So more waiting. I told the manager it was disappointing and the food was horrible. I was met with a blank stare and nothing else. We left and will never ever return to a Logan's again. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place!! read more

To start, the hostess tried to seat us in a giant booth for 2 adults, 1 young child, and a baby needing a high chair in a completely dead restaurant. Not totally bad but chasing a toddler around a booth while attempting to eat doesn't sound like something I want to be doing while eating out. We asked for something smaller and were then taken to a disgustingly sticky booth where they tried to give us a high chair that sat on the booth bench. Not a good idea since it was beyond wobbly. The high chair and booster seat were both so filthy and gummy. I wiped them off and the baby wipe I used was brown, I know child seats are usually pretty gross but these were just nasty. We moved to another table so we could actually use a high chair, thankfully...although this shouldn't have even been an issuer in the first place since there was about 3 other guests in the entire restaurant. Also, 30 mins plus to get 2 burgers and 2 kids Mac and cheese seems like a very long time with the place being so empty...just not a good experience overall. The only good thing was that the waitress was very nice. Overall this restaurant is completely dirty and we will not be coming back. read more

What a horrible place all around! First our server had the personality of dirt. She was rude, unfriendly and clearly hated her job. Second I ordered a mango margarita, all they did was take premade frozen lime margarita and add mango flavor...it was awful! Then our meals came....my steal looked like a shriveled hokey puck, my baked potato was the size of an apple, burned and cold and my sauteed mushroomed were cooked til they were like paper, almost as if the mushrooms had dried out, gotten old before they cooked them. First time at a Logan's. Experience was pretty good. Would definitely return. We have small children and went to dinner around 5pm. No wait and plenty of seating through out. Staff was pleasant when arriving and our waitress was very attentive. Food was delicious. The only complaint was the table .... sticky sticky sticky. I think it was the texture of the table because the whole table was that sticky, not just one spot. That aside, experience was super and wouldn't hesitate to go back if given the opportunity. read more

Okay. The food is good. Here are my gripes. As a former general manager, i know what should be done and how. The hostess station was ran by a manager. There were 5 of us and it was a really slow Saturday. He said just a minute while they get us a table. When it has become 4 minutes we look at him and he looks for the girl he sent to get a table. We could see a dozen empty clean tables but she was to clean us off one. Instead of seating us ASAP, he goes to find her and returns to the seat chart and does nothing. Then i ask when can we sit and he takes charge and sits us down. We HATE the previous customers peanut bucket on our table or the trash bucket sitting there. Such a health inspection fail. Today was better and the buckets were clean. Maybe a change or they were only open for an hour. Anyways a nice change. The "anything and everything salad" my wife ordered didn't have everything in it. She notified the waitress which told the manager. Waitress returned and says "the manager said what do you want me to do about it" to my wife. Really? The manager apologetically brings a proper salad and makes it better. The waitress stands the check book on the table between my wife and I after about 5 minutes of eating. Really? Don't sit the check on my table until I am almost dine. It's just rude and gets me pissed. We always tip 20% but not today. 10% is what we left today. For all the new places on Pooler Parkway, your restaurant should be top notch. There is a lot of competition opening daily and I can spend this money elsewhere. On the positive, there is no carpet to hold the stinky spilled drink smell like at Longhorns. read more

We had a large group of 10 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had some kind of problem with there food. When asked about the seasoning that wasn't on their fish that should have been on it, she was told it didn't come with it, it just says that to make it sound fancy!!! What!!! Went to Logans for a good steak. That was where we made our mistake. Salad came out fast, that was where the good service ended. It took 35-40 minutes to get our food, my salad plate sat empty until we left. My boyfriends food came out WRONG and the chicken came out half done and raw inside. Took ten minutes to get ahold of a server that wasn't even ours. The manager showed up and took care of the problem, the waitress followed quickly with the water pitcher and didn't even bother to offer to refill our drinks. We only saw her 3 times in the hour we were there. Worst experience I've ever had. We will not be coming back and I would not suggest this place to anyone else. Disappointing experience. I told the hostess we did not want to be seated near the bathroom so she sat us right by the kitchen still near the bathroom. It took 10 minutes before our waitress showed up to take our drink order. When she came to take our order she plopped herself down in the booth and then started telling us how she had dyed her hair that day. Total fail. If your too tired to stand up and take my order then go home. I had the classic New York strip which had no flavor and was tough. The only saving grace was the grilled vegetables and grilled mushroom skewers. My wife had the onion brewski steak which was disappointing as well. The only way should could eat it was with all the toppings that were on it. I have not lived in Pooler for a long time but I am learning if you go to a restaurant on Saturday night and get seated right away the place is not worth eating at. read more

Not impressed! We seldom go out to eat because we have 2 very young kids so when we do it is a treat! No lunch menu, food boring and nothing exciting, and our waiter just didn't seem to care. Me, my wife and my 4 yo son was at a Pooler today for some kids activities at a YMCA, evening was great and after it's been a very long week at work, after done at Y, we decided to finish our pleasant evening at a nice steak dinner at Logan's Pooler, since we love the one on the Southside Savannah, this was our first visit to this not so fine establishment, but sure enough is the last one. When we arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm on Friday night (10/16), we were really surprised that there were no wait and we got sited right away, waitress arrived promptly and took our drink orders, appetizer and entree orders, all that was done by 7:10pm, and then the waiting begins, appetizer arrived at 7:20 and was not the best, but still OK, after finishing an appetizer and overhearing couple other tables complaining about long wait, finally at 8:35 pm I asked to get a check for our drinks and appetizer, since our food has not been brought out, my son is complaining that he's tiered and hungry and wants to go somewhere else, me and my wife very aggravated as well. So our waitress brought us our check and told us that her manager apologizing for a long wait, he asked a waitress to say sorry on his behalf, did not had a pair of balls to come out and talk to a customer face to face! We felt very bad for our waitress, unfortunately didn't got her name, because we talked with her for a second and she looked like she's about to cry, she told us she was working at this restaurant for a week already and kitchen is always extremely slow like that and it's definitely hurting her, because customers are angry and not tipping her. We paid our bill and left her a tip and was on our marry way, and would never ever comeback to this Logan's again. Part that made me most upset is that my child went hungry tonight because of the kitchen at that restaurant, we stopped by some fast food, that I will not name, because it's not important, and got him something to eat, but he was so tiered that he fell asleep without eating anything but a few fries. read more

I have been to this location a few times over the past 2 years still hoping a change would occur but, sadly it hasnt. I don't particularly like it when I'm being seated with my friends who are all service industry to tell the hostess they aren't taking the table that she's too busy. Granted, she might be. I know the feeling. But could you at least have waited till we were out of eat shot? We ordered cocktails, beer and wine to which the male bartender, Blake, Brad, Brian, whomever, wouldn't even pay attention to server well. We could see ask this happening because we were seated in bar area. My server had to get a manager to make the drinks. Sad, really. My food was tasteless and on the cold side. One person at my table never even got one of his sides. My server was very pleasant, smiling. I know she cane fron another section to wait on us because the other server just couldn't do it. But she only had 4 other tables. I'm a veteran. I work for a different corporate establishment and I also work bar with tales. It's how I make money. NO ONE WOULD EVEN CRACK A SMILE. But yes, my server did. I'm glad because everyone else looked completely miseable. I worked for Logans in Savannah 99/00. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing managers. Upon arrival, we waited at the bar for a seat because the entire bar area was dirty. We waited about 5 min for the bartender to even show up from the kitchen or wherever she was. My girlfriend and I noticed that almost half of the tables were dirty with dishes and not cleaned off, even though there was a small wait of people to be seated. Actually, 3 tables that were around the bar remained dirty and UN-BUSSED the ENTIRE length of our visit. When we ordered draft beers at the bar, they were so disgusting we had to send them back, and the bartender said it was because she hadn't poured many today and it was beer that was sitting in the lines. Ha, we ordered chips and queso and they came out stale. Blah.. You're a steakhouse "Logans" but bartender notifies us that they are out of Prime Rib, Filets, Meatloaf, and CHOPPED STEAK. SERIOUSLY! ?!?! Nobody around seemed like they were getting waited on. Server after server walked out of the back, and not one tried to clean off a table or seemed to have a sense of urgency at all. Two of the six tvs were turned off around the bar. The neon restrooms sign was broke or not turned on. One server came out and was on his phone texting!! Not once did we EVER see a manager of any kind, and honestly, if I was him/her I'd be too embarrassed to show my face too. Terrible service and food. Even the bartender agreed that it was "kinda bad here" as she was leaving for another restaurant next door. Before I left I needed to use the restroom. Another fail. It looked more like a truck stop restroom on a desolate highway. And I KNOW they had hot water, because I about burned my skin off using the sink, but apparently they don't use it. read more

Last night was the worst experience ever. I was told the wait was going to be 20-40 minutes with four or five groups ahead of me and my wife. As we waited for a table we observed at least 8 groups leaving. While we were waiting I observed the hostesses and when I saw they were just standing there I asked for some peanuts while we were waiting. The younger of the two told me that she could get me some when she got a minute. I felt it was rude and way off the mark. When we were finally seated I counted 15 open tables! I worked in the food and beverage industry for years and I know that there was no call for a wait of 20-40 minutes and that we were being treated very poorly. When we were finally seated the server came up with a bit of an attitude and so I explained what had happened and she changed her attitude quickly and told me she would talk to the manager. The service was good after that, but the food was par and I never saw a manager. I will never be going back to this place and certainly will be telling people I know to stay away! read more

I generally don't write reviews but this one is well deserved!!!! Sorry but they don't even deserve 1 star but unfortunately I had to give them at least one in order to post this. This was the worst experience I have EVER had at any eating establishment! Most of our party got their food about 15 minutes after the others! When the food arrived, my Mom ordered a ribeye and fried shrimp. She got grilled shrimp and ribs! My husband order the pulled pork and brisket. He got pulled pork and ribs! They must have cooked too many ribs and trying to get rid of them!!! When my husband said something, they finally brought him the brisket. They never even offered to bring my Mom her corrected order! The ribs were tough and dry. I NEVER leave ribs but half of these were left on my plate along with the ones they brought my husband in error. They brought unsweetened tea instead of sweetened. When we complained about that, the waitress said she was sorry but they had ran out of sweet tea and were having to make more! Really...South Georgia and you run out of sweet tea! We had to ask for our sides that were not delivered with our meals! One of them being baked apples which they also ran out of! I was going to complain to the Manager but then decided there was nothing that he/she or anyone else could do to convince me to ever step foot in there to eat again!
