My family and I were in this restaurant on Saturday, December 10. We were in town visiting with my husband's parents with our 3 children, including 2 little ones (a 2 year old and a 9 month old). The restaurant was hardly busy (it was about 1:30 p.m.), with plenty of open tables, even considering we were a party of 7 plus the baby. They initially tried to seat us at a long booth which wouldn't normally be an issue except that we were not permitted to place a high chair at the end of the booth due to fire hazard (completely understandable), so they gave us booster seats to place on the bench of booth, which was made of that soft, bouncy material. There was no way to secure the booster seats at all, which is completely unsafe for small children. Looking around the restaurant, we noticed several open tables that could accommodate a party of our size. After the server assigned to our table disappeared for what reason I don't know, I went to the hostess and asked to be seated at a large round table in the corner since it was lower to the ground and would permit us to use full-sized high chairs. She seemed quite offended and responded, "I guess you can, but your service is going to be slow." What? The restaurant was hardly at 25% capacity. Now, to the credit of the server in that section, our server was wonderful and attentive, and wait for it...timely. No delays whatsoever, despite the fact that she did have a couple of other parties of 5 or more people. The food was good as well. Honestly, had it not been for the initial encounter over the seating arrangements, I could probably offer a higher rating, but the hostess's attitude and that of the server at the first table were just atrocious. read more

horrible mangers especially the manager Jazmine. she treats her employees awful and talks to the disrespectfully. food is average. Servers are AMAZING and the Bar staff is amazing to. Food was ok but customer service was horrendous. I was traveling for business so ate at the bar. Staff kept coming up to the bartender and they both were constantly complaining about work and customers. Please and thank you were non existent. My order was wrong and I was told "ok". Come on in for your free Veteran's meal on Memorial Day. Sounds like a great plan. I was worried we would have to wait because of turnout. I was wrong. We walked right in. I should have been worried about the service right then an there. A well known restaurant chain is giving veterans free food. Why isn't this place packed? Now I know. Why is this place still in business? This had to be one of the worst dinning experiences I've ever had. If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. The only thing good was the food. I knew it was going to be trouble from the start when they told us it would be a 20 minute wait and the restaurant was 1/2 empty (and remained 1/2 empty all through our meal but it still took them 80 minutes to deliver the food once we were seated at our table). Our waiter was running all over the place due to his workload (I think he was one of 2 or 3 service personnel working) but he forgot my wife's drink (for 30 minutes), my tea (for 15 min), my Caesar Salad never did arrive, my daughter had to wait till the end of her dinner to get her second glass of Dr Pepper. Trying to make the whole ordeal tolerable, I asked for the TV channel to change to show the golf. After asking over 6 times, the waiter finally did it himself, only to have the manager come back in 5 minutes and change the channel over to the basketball game. I was so mad at this point I no longer cared so I said nothing. The best thing that the Logan main office could do for this place is get a new manager for the place. I don't think this one has any idea how to run a restaurant. Better yet, the place should be shut down because I don't think I would go back even if the paid me. The food is good, but it's like prying teethe to get food. After waiting 50 minuets. Watching a table who sat 20 minutes after us get their food first. Everything was marginal at best. Our server Sasha was nice, but nothing was seamless everything had an issue. We have always like Logan's but not today. My cold fries stayed on my plate. read more

Terrible! The food took a LONG time to come out and then the steak was cooked WELL and not medium like I had ordered it. They cooked another steak for me and when it came out it was prepared medium but it was so chewy that I could not even eat it. The ribs, however, were really good! Don't come here when you are in a hurry. My group of 7 called and asked how long the wait would be they said 20 min all the others had wait times of hour plus! We sat down nice and fast when we arrived. But that's when it started waited 30 min for beer and then 45 min after that to get the food the place was not busy at all other tables that came in and sat down the same time as us got food the same time we got beer. And for was way below par I had a medium steak and and it's was so over cooked and cold not worth it at all every one at the table had the same experience STAY AWAY! read more

I am a big fan of club sandwiches and I must say I was very disappointed.. First the bacon was paper thin and only two very small slivers on each quarter.. Horrible horrible service. Waited 15 minutes just for a server to come up to take our drink order when waiters were passing by at all times. Ordered nachos as an appetizer. The chips were stale and the cheese and chili on top were disgusting as if it came out of a can. There were multiple tables around us that were dirty and stayed that way the whole time we were there. The wait staff looked clueless as if nobody cared about anything. After waiting for another 15 minutes just for refills, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I went on an early Saturday evening around 4:30 and wanted to sit in bar area and watch sports. I was told by the hostess no because she has to rotate. Once We sat down the server was rushing us to order our entres. I overlooked her eagerness and picked an entree. I was very disappointed in the flavor and presentation of the rib and chicken combo. I know I'm in a steakhouse but the steak selection did not sell me. The server then proceeded to bring our check before we were finished eating and without asking if we wanted dessert. Terrible staff that is very undertrained Waited for wrong orders to be corrected for an extremely long time. Dirty bathrooms when more than enough staff was on duty that could have cleaned them. Had mentioned a birthday that was never acknowledged and when manager was told about dissatisfaction didn't seem to care and just said have a nice night. Just an overall really bad experience. Needs all staff training and a new manager that cares about the fact that his staff reflects the company as a whole. We will not be returning. read more

The slogan on the wall stated "we will keep your seat warm and your long neck cold" while that may be true unfortunately our meal showed up cold as well. The Meal Was Sent Back And The Meat Came Back warm... The Shrimp That came with The Combo Meal Was Also Undercooked Both attempts. My meal was supposed to come with a Ceasars salad... that never showed. Maybe our meat was cold while it waited on the staff to finish eating my salad...Nothing was compensated nor anything offered. It took a few minutes for the server to greet us, Lillian was very nice when she came to the table. The crab cake appetizer was good. While sitting there waiting for our food to come to the table another table of 3 gentlemen got sat not far from us, as soon as they sat down they were wrestling with each other and being very loud, the next thing I know, a shoe came across the table and landed on my drink! When the server finally returned I asked for my drink to be replaced and she took it and got me another one. Someone stopped by the table to check on us and apologized. Our food finally came out without my husband's salad, that we had to ask for, which should have came out before the meal. Our steaks were suppose to be med rare but were more med plus. The whole incident ruined our appetite and the mood, we really thought the manager would come check on us or offer some sort of discount. There is a reason why the reviews on Yelp are so bad and I'm the latest victim. Simple order of tilapia with veggies and rice to go. 10-15 minutes I was told. Get there 20 minutes later and wait about another 10 since they had a few big tables sit down right before I came in. Looked around and hardly saw big parties and overheard one family complain about how long the food was taking to get out.-common theme here. Comes out and 10 minutes later I am enjoying my fish and very small portion of vegetables. However the rice is hard and dark in color and went to the trash. How does someone serve this? They knee the rice was bad and yet send it out. Inexcusable. I generally like Logans but this didn't work out so well. Kudos to the bar tender who could not of been nicer. read more

If you enjoy your food ice cold then this is the place for you. Sad part is I only went because I'm a regular at the Logan's in Savannah (way better service and food) and I thought it'd be just a good. I was in for a rude awakening. Can i not give them a star i would horrible, dont waste your money or time. Slow service wrong food and than they argue with you. We wont be back . It took an hour to get a salad, we left the oven must of been broke because the rolls were still cooking for over an hour. We always tip good so the table how came in after us had rolls. No peanuts. And salads came before My appetizer. Hello. They make homemade chips and queso now, something new wanted to try still cooking. The service was good and so was the food. Did not take long for our food to be done. Food had lots of flavor and you could tell the mashed potatoes were real and not from a box. I would prefer the moonshine glazed steak its not big but its really good. read more
