My boyfriend and I really like popcorn chicken, calamari and a couple of drinks that we like. I told my boyfriend to get me some lollicup as he was around the area which I request for Avocado Smoothie. When it came to me it looked like a GREEN JUICE and when I tested the drink it was not closer to an avocado there was no hint of avocado was very disappointed.

My favorite boba place. I love their passion fruit flavor. This time I decided to try their beef noodle soup. It came with free green tea. Didn't take too long for my order. I noticed the beef is missing so I asked where's the beef. He came back with the beef in no time. The soup, noodles and beef are good. Not salty. The place is clean and quiet. There's plenty of parking. I'd still come back for the boba.

The employees here are awesome hard workers who go above and beyond for each order. The food is cooked to perfection and it's so juicy and tender each time. Even when delivered the food always tastes great. Thank you for your amazing service and hard work and delicious food

Ppl already waiting, and no one at counter to take my order

Service issue. Came on wanting to order slushy and popcorn chicken. No one at counter for 9 minutes and people waiting for orders already sitti g down. As I waited for a counter person to show up, more people came in to order. Got the stuff which tastes good, but if I have to wait like this again, im going elsewhere.

Don't ever order for dine in because they take longer than if you take it to go . I thought we'd have plenty of time to eat a snack before my kid has to work a few doors down in same shopping center. The place was empty. 25 minutes for popcorn chicken and 2 drinks. It took forever for the guy to bring out the chicken. And then he puts it on the counter behind the half wall. Just hand it to me dude! Clearly we're in a rush cuz I switched it from dine in to go So I'm standing there another 5 minutes. Meanwhile we haven't at least gotten our drinks. The guy kept taking orders, letting drinks back up. The usual guy will make drinks as he takes orders so they'll go out faster. So,my kid didn't get to eat. Or even have her drink. It's a smoothie w boba If I put it in the fridge it's just gonna be nasty by the time she gets home. We stopped going here for a long time because of bad experiences. Guess it's time to stop again.

Super slow service. Took at least 20 minutes for 2 drinks. The honey milk tea was watered down. The Rose milk tea tasted like I was eating a whole bouquet. Way too much syrup. Half my cup was boba. Didn't notice the B rating upon entry. One and done.

I don't know about you but be warned, we saw a rat in this establishment.

While, the drinks we ordered were ok. I threw my drink in the trash after seeing a rat running across near the ceiling of this restaurant.

    1. The smoothie was blended well as it was not watery! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes with few seatings! 3. The service is basic, and my drink took about 5-10 mins! 4. There is a lot of parking in this shared lot, but it would get crowded on the weekends! Note: There is a single bathroom for customers! Photo: Matcha Smoothie

The shop itself is pretty small and only has seating for around 10 people, but that didn't stop people from hanging out, which honestly made the place feel really cozy and welcoming. You can either order at a self-service kiosk or with an employee, which is a nice option depending on what you prefer. Even with how crowded it was, the ordering process was quick and our drinks came out pretty fast. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with both the regular boba and the mini boba, and it was a 10/10. I loved the combination of the two different boba sizes--it made every sip more fun, and the different textures worked so well together. The brown sugar flavor was rich without being overpowering, and the milk tea balanced everything nicely. This is definitely a drink I'd order again, and it's earned a spot in my regular rotation. There were also quite a few other drinks on the menu that caught my eye, so I'll definitely be back to try more in the future.

My 85-yr-old mom tried their new Passionfruit drink that dropped last week. She likes it sweet, so we kept it as-is. The sour balances it out perfectly. Still, it's nice to know this place remains a reliable go-to whenever I'm craving a good drink. One thing I really appreciate is how creative they are with their seasonal menu. It feels like there's always something new to try, and there is always a drink I want to try. This time, I ordered the seasonal High Mountain Paradise with 50% sugar and lychee jelly. It was absolutely delicious, and the 50% sugar level was perfect. It was just sweet enough to bring out the flavors without overpowering the tea itself. The mango and guava notes were a bit subtle, but they paired wonderfully with the delicate oolong tea, creating a refreshing and well balanced drink. The lychee jelly was also a great addition, adding a little extra texture and sweetness with every sip. I'd also say this jelly was softer than the typical jelly I've gotten, which I really liked. The shop can get pretty busy, probably because they really do offer a little bit of everything. Besides drinks, they have a food menu that seemed surprisingly popular during my visit. I saw plenty of people ordering snacks and meals, and everything coming out looked and smelled amazing. I'll definitely have to come back and try some of the food for myself next time. The space itself is on the smaller side, so finding a seat during peak hours can be a bit challenging. That said, they do offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which helps.

I wondered why they hadn't cut the avocado into smaller pieces, but when I took a bite, I realized it was because the avocado was still hard. I brought the drink back and asked if they could remake it since the avocado wasn't ripe. The cashier was very apologetic and immediately agreed. I mentioned that I'd rather order a different drink if they didn't have ripe avocados. She checked with the kitchen and came back right away to let me know they didn't have any ripe avocados. I ended up ordering the Jelly Coco instead. It was my first time trying it, and I actually enjoyed it. The coconut water was refreshing, but it didn't have many toppings. Aside from the coconut meat and basil seeds, there were only a few pieces of lychee. I do wish they would temporarily remove the Sweet Avocado from the menu if they know they don't have ripe avocados. It would save customers from ordering something that can't be made properly.

Sad to to say, this location is probably the worst one I have been to. Actually, my experience here was one was pretty bad compared to most boba shops. Why may you ask? Let me tell you a little story, You may skip to the end if you don't like reading. So this happened last weekend. Just had a wonderful Easter lunch and was spending time with family who I haven't seen in a couple months. Was having a good afternoon and wanted to treat everyone to nice boba treat. Lucky for me, they were running a promotion of a BOGO if you did a coloring page. I had spent the previous night coloring a masterpiece! Recalling back all the coloring skills I had back in elementary school as well as my collage art classes. Fighting through hand cramps and stress from using only a basic 12 color pencil kit to make my multicolor work of art, needless to say, I was looking forward to presenting my work to get a well deserved delicious drink bonus. Already had my eye on their Dubai chocolate frosty drink. Sunday was going great, feelings running high, until my GF and I walked into this place. Got up to the register/kiosk to order. The kiosk had nothing about the BOGO so we had to get the attention of the lone worker to help.. If help was the right word... We rang the bell and waited for a bit before the worker came. Long story short, he said he was not trained for it and had to text his manager. He just left and continued to make drinks since there was a lot of people waiting around for theirs and I could see the online orders printing out, adding to his work load. So we waited, 5 mins, 7 mins, 10 mins. nothing. No acknowledgement. No communication. meanwhile a small line had formed behind us, and I was feeling the social anxiety. I got the workers attentions and asked if there was any progress? He said the manager hasn't responded. I asked if he could call her instead of texting. He said he was too busy and left us there... W.....T......H.... At this point, we stepped to the side to allow people to use the Kiosk since we apparently weren't helped. We waited like chumps for another 10-15 minutes, no acknowledgement, and at this point I got Hangry.. So I made a joke with my GF that I could probably order a pizza and get it before this guy helps us. Hahaha.. funny joke right? EEEEHHHG! wrong... since that's exactly what happened! I ordered domino's pizza. We kept asking for help but the workers basically didn't do anything. When my app said my pizza was ready, that's when I knew we just wasted our time. 45 ish minutes for nothing. On our way out, my girl friend was nice enough to let people know who had the coloring pages in their hand that the worker doesn't know how to apply the discount, and that we waited for almost an hour. We considered going to the Fullerton location but at this point my Hangryness was at peak. I'm over it. So we left frustrated, angry and disappointed. I had to let my family know that there was no Boba for anybody. Much disappointment since everyone was looking forward to a nice tasty, frosty drink. Made me feel like a big L. Why would management run a promotion and not train workers for it? Why was there only 1 worker on a busy Easter Sunday? Talk about bad planning and training. Ironic thing is that they had the advertising for the promo right next to the Kiosk! SMH. They should have called this place "SunWrong DMV". Nothing going right, no help and long lines. They almost ruined my day, but at least the pizza didn't let us down. -- So in conclusion, be wary if you come here especially if there is a promotion, order online and expect a wait during the weekends.
