I had the triple decker club with crispy seasoned curly fries. The club was very good. I had good service. The waitress was nice. I really like there colored tortilla chips and their salsa is so good.

This place was not on my foodie radar but my friends told me to try it. It was ok. Nothing to extraordinary. The service was really good. The food was good but the portions were just ok. The meat was seasoned a little different in the taco's almost like if they used taco seasoning from the store. The green chile was not hot. Idk if I'd eat here again. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great.

This is my first visit to Los Amigos. I went with several of my co-workers for lunch. The thing that impressed me first was the restaurant is separated into three main sections. The first two were very nice. We sat in the third section, furthest from the door, nearest the road. Our table was a white folding table and our chairs were white folding chairs. I wasn't impress with that, but perhaps that was due to our being a large party so it is probably the best they could do, under the circumstances. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in this case. The other sections looked much nicer. I had the Carne Adovada Platter which came with pinto beans and Spanish rice. It was delicious! The free chips and salsa were great. My dish didn't come with a sopapilla, but one of my co-workers did. There are three things that impressed me about Los Amigos' sopa's. (a) they are the largest sopapillas I have EVER seen! (b) They had the thinnest dough of any sopa I've ever seen. I have no idea how they achieved that, but its quite an accomplishment. (c) They were the most bland tasting sopa's I ever tasted. (My co-worker allowed me a taste.) Even those I had some drawbacks, because of the quality of the food I believe this to be a really good restaurant. Well worth your time to visit.

I would have given this restaurant fights are review. The only thing that stopped me from doing that is the fold-out tables with the plastic chairs in the back room. I love their green chili more than the red chile. Service was excellent. When I asked for a refill on chips they immediately brought me some more. I never had to ask for refilling tea. you get a good amount of food for your price. I had the blue corn enchiladas with two tortillas, I added chicken to mine you can add beef to yours if you so incline. I will definitely be back. my son and I enjoyed the food here more than the shed.

I really like this place. There's consistency in the food and the salsa is great. I go there often and have never had a bad experience.

Just call it mango juice because that is what it was. The only bright spot of the entire meal was our waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely great. I ordered the barbacoa plate, which came with four incredibly tiny tacos and beans. For $22, I was honestly shocked at how little meat was in each taco. Maybe a tablespoon at most. On top of that, the barbacoa had so many burnt pieces that they completely overpowered the flavor. I could barely taste anything besides char. I only finished it because I was starving. The beans were somehow even worse. They tasted like plain boiled beans with absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt. My girlfriend ordered the chicken enchiladas with mole for $28, and they were just as disappointing. It was basically two tiny rolled tortillas with the chicken sitting next to them instead of inside them. It made no sense. The mole sauce was decent, but it leaned much sweeter than savory. The only thing we left talking about was how disappointed we were. For the prices they charge, the portions and quality were nowhere close to worth it. We actually stopped at the Valero down the street afterward so I could grab a Milky Way ice cream because I was still hungry. That ended up being the best part of the night. Restaurant was beautiful too I guess.

That classic "Christmas style" combo that hits on every level. The masa was soft and flavorful (not dry like you get at some places), and the filling was generous and well-seasoned. As we pulled up, it looked pretty crowded, a few families waiting outside. I checked on the wait time for 3 & was told 20-25 minutes. We don't consider that an excessive wait time any time we go out. And being from out of town, it would've taken us at least that long to find another spot & probably would've had a wait at any other restaurant. There was plenty of space to wait in front of the restaurant, it was shaded and the weather was nice. I don't know how long we waited for a table, but it seemed to be less than quoted. Once seated, we were served drinks right away. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered blue corn cinnamon pancakes with a side of bacon. The bacon was cooked crisp, just how I like it.
