WOW!!! Amazing-- came here because of the reviews and it was just as promised! We got the Falutas plate and then the queso tacos with no hot sauce! Falutas was definitely the highlight ! Super crispy and light delicious! We got the beef shredded meat and it was so good! Everything seemed homemade and very fresh! Queso tacos are good but seemed similar to quesadillas with choice of protein and then onions and side garnishes! Super yummy too, but the Falutas is the go to dish for sure! Lastly we got a side of Guac-- super fresh and clearly homemade! I'm very picky about my Mexican food and this place was delicious! Absolutely delish. Starting with the chips and salsa,,,the salsas are so fabulous.....very impressive. Horchata had a great cinnamon flavor. Hubby had two tacos one carnitas and one ground beef. He loved them but the ground beef was a clear winner. I had the vegan mushroom tacos. WOW! So tasty and filling. The service was perfect from the owner himself. Chris is a first class businessman. I so look forward to going back and also catering a small family gathering soon. That's one of their specialities I am told by a family who has used them on several occasions. Vegetarian review - This place has one of the best customer service I've seen. The food was great, it was burrito night for us so we stuck to a vegetarian burrito and a Chile relleno burrito (wet). Chile relleno usually is good but that in a burrito was a first for me and it was a very flavorful and pleasant surprise. We asked for it to be wet and would have liked for to have some more sauce but that can easily be added on. The veggie burrito was simple and tasty. Nothing was missing or overdone. Came here for the chorizo breakfast burrito and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Wrapped in a flour tortilla containing fresh made potatoes, chorizo, cheese, eggs and green onions. it was perfectly rolled in foil, you could feel that it was fresh off the plancha. The salsas are very fresh, the green one was my favorite! They're both spicy (which I love) so if you're not into spicy stray away from the green one. The burrito came with fresh corn tortilla chips which was another added bonus. Altogether the meal was $12. My fiancé and I split the burrito so it's a decent size for two! We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in! He took our order and he had great hospitality. We're visiting from LA and he gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see. Today was my first time here and definitely won't be my last. My boyfriend and I decided to try this little gem spot and we left very satisfied. My first thought when looking at the menu, was it seems kinda pricey but let me tell you NO!!! It's not! The flavor and quality of everything exceeded my expectation! This is by far the best Mexican I've had in a long time. My boyfriend ordered a super shrimp burrito and ordered 2 carne asada tacos with a horchata. Their homemade salsa is sooooo good! The horchata comes out of a fountain which I was surprised to learn after complimenting the owner, he told me it's the only thing they don't make. He even gave me a sample of their jamica drink, I really appreciated that kind gesture. The restaurant is small and super clean. Their bathroom is super clean too! Let me also mention how everyone was so friendly! I really like how the owner walked over to out table towards the end and handed us a to go menu and let us know they also have breakfast. We go here often for breakfast burritos but I have been there a couple of times for lunch and dinner. The breakfast burritos are our favorite and we can always share one but tend to get 2 so we can share one the next day as well. They are loaded with meat, eggs and potatoes. I noticed this place on Facebook when I was trying to look up a restaurant in Mexico with the same name. After following and seeing photos and videos and reading raving reviews, I had to try it. The owner served us. He is so nice and it's easy to tell he loves what he does. I ordered the fish tacos. I prefer not to have fried fish so I was happy that it was steamed white fish. There was a generous portion of fish and it was so good! The tacos had lots of fresh chopped lettuce and grated cheese. My dining companion had the carne asada fajitas. She was happy with the portion size and was able to make 2 Meals out of it. Everything was delicious! I'm not in Santa Rosa too often but I will return to eat here. read more

Stop by on our way to our son's baseball game. Thanks to other Yelpers we have discovered a great breakfast stop for Mexican food. We ordered huevos divorciados, 2 breakfast burritos: bacon and chorizo. The person helping us was very friendly. We sat outside to eat. Chips and salsa were complimentary. Fresh chips and 3 different salsas provided. It was delicious. The red one was full of flavor, I had to ask for more. Food came and burritos were big. Huevos divorciados looked delicious. I had the bacon breakfast burrito. I have eaten different breakfast burritos and this was delicious. The eggs were scrambled with the meat. Sometimes the ratio of fillings are imbalanced. This had a good portion of each. Filled with potatoes, bacon, egg, cheese and some salsa. I could only eat half because it's so big. My son and husband enjoyed their meals. I tried a little of my husband's Huevos Divorciados. There was green sauce one side and red on the other. Both were equally delicious. The beans and rice had a good flavor to it. Friendly service, careful covid precautions, and the best breakfast burrito I've had in the last three years. Make no mistake, I have inhaled a significant number of breakfast burritos in my career. San Diego, Orange County, LA, and Ensenada. Although each burrito has its charm, many are over oily, stuffed with rice and beans to bring down costs, don't keep well, or have the wrong ratio of ingredients. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo which normally would have sauce dripping down my arm but instead was perfectly packed into a burrito that was large enough to save about a third for later, but not oversized where you wouldn't finish it in one sitting if you were extra hungry. The tortilla stayed perfectly in place while I ate the burrito, and the three sauces--one green and two red, including the "Diablo sauce" perfectly complemented the eggs, chorizo, and house potatoes. The potatoes were soft but not mushy, crispy but not over-fried. My first bite I exclaimed "oh my god" and got a perfect mix of flavors. I ordered takeout on a Sunday morning and there was no line, but there should be with a burrito this good. I ended up eating about 30 minutes later after running some errands and while I was expecting some sogginess, the burrito was as fresh as it was right off the grill. Great job, los arcos. I originally had planned on trying the Thai place next door, however there was zero customer and no one greeted us after a few minutes my daughter and I decided to come here. From the moment we walked it there was a very warm and friendly hello from behind the counter and I will be right with you. The lady was smiling and just so sweet. She was very busy and handled it with ease. We ordered our food to go and when we got home we're pleasantly surprised with our new favorite Mexican restaurant! The food was BOMB!!! Everything tastes fresh and the meat didn't taste like mock steak that other places try passing off as real. I believe this may have just become my new favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Sonoma county. Though this was 11 miles from my house in Rohnert Park, I will easily make it my new go to for amazing Mexican food. The avocado salsa is spicy but super good.... I give this place 10 stars, and I like to think of myself as a Mexican food critic with growing up in San Diego where all the Mexican food is great!
