    Shrimp quesadilla
    Annabelle R.

I came across this food truck at the 4th of July celebration in Redwood City, and decided to give it a try. The long lines for all of the food trucks at this event were to be expected. But Los Tolucas' service wasn't bad, and wait times weren't horrible, just 10 minutes in line to order and 20 minutes more for my food to be ready. The shrimp quesadilla was loaded with yummy grilled veggies and seasoned shrimp, an addictive taste I really enjoyed, memorable for sure. And their menu has more unique offerings than the typical taco truck or mexican food stand, more meat options, fajitas, and burrito bowls. I would definitely return for more.

Friends took me to this food truck for lunch. It's in the parking lot of a Lowe's store. They have canopies with tables & chairs so you can eat freshly made food on the spot. I got taco de lengua. They did not skimp on the meat. And the meat was soft & flavorful. My friend got the chicken burrito bowl. It was huge! Also had great flavor. Highly recommend this place.

My friend from San Diego said these tacos are legit so you know if a San Diego person says it. It's good. I was skeptical since it was just a food truck parked next to the lot near my office. But DDAAAMMMNNNN MY TASTEBUDS DANCED A HAPPY DANCE! It was fresh and flavors on point. They had a wide selection of offerings. The salsas were bomb. It was spicy but not crazy spicy. And I LOVED the onions you can add to it. I'm already craving it again as I type this.

I passed by this truck and couldn't help but notice the pleasant aroma here. So I made it a point to order from here on my lunch break. Located in the Lowes parking lot corner you'll find tons of parking. There are also a couple of tables, chairs and trash cans in case you want to enjoy your food on the spot. I did an online order via yelp/grubhub which told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I noticed there was no update on my order status so I went to the location hoping my food would be ready. I showed the gentleman my order and that I had paid already and he said they never received it and to order in person and cancel online. That sounded like more trouble than I was hoping for but I paid again and the food was ready in minutes. Very impressive on the turnaround time and even more so the quality of the food. My nose hasn't failed me yet lol. I ordered al pastor which had a not so common cut or texture but the flavors definitely checked out. Kinda seemed like think cut steak with the al pastor flavor, a bit of kick and so much to make you enjoy it that there was no reason to look into any issues. Great customer service and grub hub actually called me while I was eating in my work truck to tell me they dropped the ball and would give me a full refund. All without me having to go out of my way for their mistakes. The truck employee told me they were having issues with grubhub quite a bit so maybe that's why they were so quick to fix this dilemma. Nevertheless a successful lunch mission completed. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for some good food

How can a taco truck at a gas station get a 5 star rating?? When you employees who have a passion and are committed to their craft....when you see the courteous staff in clean uniforms and put together ... when you see the truck that is spic and span...and most importantly when the food is deliciosa!! That's how you get a 5-star rating! PS - They have some tables under a tent if you want to eat there.

Legit taco truck located in Sunnyvale. They have all the updated prices on the sign right outside the truck. Really wished I could have tried out the breakfast burrito...But I went with the tacos instead. Pollo and carne asada are bomb, and come with all the fixings. Be forewarned about the salsa verde: it is hot (but so delicious). Be sure to tip this awesome taco truck crew!

Got there a few minutes before they closed at 2pm on Saturday. Our food was ready in 5min. This place always has spot on flavor, and it is a great filling meal. I could only eat half of my quesadilla in one go, but enjoyed the rest for later.

Tacos Descrived in one word. Delicious

The sticky pork shank was tender and fell right off the bone. I made lettuce wraps with the pork, pickled veggies, and sauces provided - wow, everything tasted so delicious! However don't overlook how good their food is. We tried a few of their specialties and my daughter had her usual cheese quesadilla with refried beans. The server was great and very helpful. I ordered the Shrimp Al Tequila. I've never seen a dish like this on a menu, so I thought I'd try it. It has a very, very warm spicy heat to it. You can taste the flavors from the tequila and the capers and olives. It's a wonderful dish, although I wish there were more shrimp on it! My wife had the Pollo. Al Xocohoqui (I know I'm misspelling that). The sauce here is rich, mild in spice, creamy and nutty. My daughter's quesadilla was actually one of the best I've ever had. The cheese blend is just really good and the tortilla is perfectly fried on both sides. The real star though is their flan. Holy moly was this incredible. The tastiest combo we got out of it was loading the chips and salsa with rice and beans, and any part of our main entree. Sort of a nachos-like bite. The food overall was really mediocre. The strawberry margarita was so disappointing, very ice slushy and watered down. Not boozy. No strawberry flavor either, despite looking the part. Uneven pours for the table. Unfortunate.
