This is basic customer service. Put a lid on the drink. Use cups that don't collapse when someone tries to put a lid on them. And if your own setup causes a customer's drink to spill, replace it. It was delicious and well constructed, with toasted sourdough, thick bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, some red onion, and a very yummy garlic aoli. They offer packets of hot sauce and other condiments for folks like me who want a bit of heat. I'm not a big pastry person, but their pasty case look really good with a wide variety of options.
