My family and I devoured our plates. The food we ordered was largely portioned and delicious. I got the garden omelette with a side of country potatoes and was not surprised with how stuffed I got. The amount of cheddar cheese was perfect and the potatoes had a nice crisp yet soft in the middle. I took a couple bites of a pancake which was made with sweet cream and that easily could have been split between 3 people. My dad got the chicken fried steak and although I didn't taste it, it was gone within minutes. The breakfast altogether had zero complaints and came out within about 15/20 minutes. I would recommend coming here with friends or family. The wait can be long depending on the day but definitely worth it. My family were lucky to only wait a couple minutes as we came at the end of the morning. Next time, we might even get one the pies displayed in the windows at the front. read more

It was busy, but they sat us right away. My friends and I must have timed it just right! When we left there were several groups waiting. I had the awesome Lumberjacks Mess! It's a whole lot of food! Arrived at Lumberjacks with my husband in a wheelchair. Struggled with the door while two female employees watched and never moved to open the door. Then one of them took us to a table - 2 chairs and half booth. Left us in the aisle without moving a chair to accommodate the wheelchair. Was ready to leave at that point, but another employee came to the rescue. Food was mediocre and prices were high. I got roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, all smothered in gravy, plus vegetables and a fresh-baked roll. For only $10.99. Kellie was absolutely stellar as our server. It was so good I actually went twice last time I was in Vegas. I've got my favorite go-to off strip breakfast spots in Vegas, but we were staying pretty close to Lumberjacks, so we decided to stop by. We were a pretty large group of 11 people, with several kids, but they handled this without any issues. We didn't wait very long to be seated, and once we were seated, our waitress took our drink orders. I believe the waitress was Jay. She went above and beyond both times were visited, and provided absolute top-notch customer service. The first time I got the California omlette , and the second time, I got the Big Jack's skillet. The California omlette was very good, and the potatoes it came with were nicely seasoned. The Big Jack's skillet that I got, the second time I went, was excellent. It was rich and hearty and had incredible flavor. This will be my go-to order moving forward. I read some of the previous reviews and was a bit hesitant to try Lumberjacks, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. If you're looking for a fancy place for breakfast, this is not it. If you want good food, then come here. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent. I will be back next time I'm in town for sure. read more

Got seated fast. But our waiter needs to switch to decaf. Poor guy was running around. He started to give us the wrong food, before realizing it was the table infront of us. When the food was delivered it was fresh and warm. The hamburger I had was good sized. You could taste that it was cooked on a grill. The fries were ok and a good portion. I had been curious to try this returns due to the large lumberjack outside and it did not disappoint. Our server was very friendly and attentive and was well versed on the menu. We went on a Sunday after church and the wait was minimal. We were able to order and dine in a very short time span. The breakfast was a little pricey in comparison to mom and pop type places, but it was definitely worth the money. Asked for shelled eggs or you will get powdered ones. This place has HUGE portions. And that's about it .flavor is non existent(Cracker Barrel status) I ordered the breakfast sandwich that comes on a biscuit with sausage,egg,and "crisp" bacon. It's listed as CRISP bacon on the menu. I asked for extra CRISPY...stay with me,this should be beyond "CRISP". But only half of one of the 2 bacon slices was even decently cooked, it said CRISPY even on the receipt. The biscuit was crumbly and fell apart at the first grip. The restaurant was not busy but we had to wait on a coffee refill that was offered . I was told I could have more bacon, but that wouldn't solve the rest of the sandwich getting cold and biscuit being crumbly. Cause it takes how long to make crispy bacon? My food would have been STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN.im highly disappointed in the meal,the ambiance and overall service. My in-laws like this place so, it is a stable whenever we visit them. They are all in on their theme, don't judge for that. You can find all of the usual breakfast fare and the portions are large - you aren't going to leave here hungry. The real standout is the service, it is consistently good, in the three years of visits we have never had bad service. This morning was different and in the best way. Service is amazing and all employees are wearing masks and gloves. Restaurant was very clean. Take out and dine in . There are no condiments left on the table so that they cannot be touched by many for safety purposes. First visit was nice. Had a great waitress who took great care of us. The food was decent and the portions were HUGE. First impression upon entering was that they were struggling to keep the place staffed. There was a hand written note attached to the register that said something to the effect that you cannot make to-go orders due to low staff count. Despite the first impression, and the sign, after eating, we were able to take to-go plates for our family. Apparently, if you dine-in, the sign does not apply. Anyway, second visit scratched this place off the breakfast list. We were charged a la carte prices for refills, and other items that we were not charged for the first time. We remained polite, but the server, who stated he was new, immediately asked the manager for assistance to explain the extra fees. An older woman approached our table, introduced herself as the owner, and proceeded to explain that our first waitress gave us freebies in error and that if we recognized her, we should rat her out. HA! Stop it lady. Why would we ruin someone else's day who clearly took better care of us than the gentleman server we had that day?? Visited July 27 Servers are excellent but my 3 egg omelet not the best for the price. It was basically a fried egg cooked hard with the veggies shoved inside. Due to the price $9.99 hesitantly ordered coconut cream pie to go and it was horrible. The filling had no flavor and left an after taste. Wow. I could really kick myself for not stopping here earlier. My wife and I stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. While they were busy, there was plenty of seating. All the staff smiling and we had oj and coffee before we knew it. I got my standard order for a place, chicken fried steak with gravy. The misses got eggs Benedict with sausage instead of ham. The orders came out quickly and hot. My steak was perfectly cooked. Very crispy coating and the meat was tender, juicy, and hot. The gravy was perfect and the hash browns were cooked to perfection. I looked over and my wife had a big smile. She said it all tasted great and the sausage was some of the best she had ever had. All the while our coffee cups were kept full. One server had such a captive smile I had to tell her how much I loved seeing it. Overall it was probable the best breakfast I have had in my 3 years here in Vegas. We will be going back.
