The service is so friendly, the staff are putting in the effort to make their opening the best at this Moorpark location. The food has been great each and every time. For a chain, I'm very happy with the portions, choices and flavors. I am not one to order a salad when I'm out but the salads are as good as the bowl options. This evening, my husband and I went to Luna Grill to enjoy another delicious meal and just as I was telling my husband how nice all of the employees are, especially the manager, Juan, I noticed a patron angrily having words at him. He was very professional, kept his composure and when he asked if she wanted his name, she stormed out of the store as she said she didn't need it. In my experience, every single time I've been to this location, the staff have always been very pleasant and do their jobs efficiently. Juan, specifically, is not only super accommodating to the patrons, but he appears to treat his employees with the utmost respect. Nothing Juan could have said or done warranted the overreaction of this particular patron. My family and I will continue to frequent this establishment not only for the great food, cleanliness, and prices, but also to support the hard workers who make it happen! read more

The food is very fresh and large portions. Their build a bowls are amazing. They give you a lot of protein (falafels and chicken). The chicken is moist and the falafels were not dried out. The staff were very friendly including Joseph and Ashley. Their pita bread is also very good. Not the kind you get at a store. There are many sauces to choose from. Especially love their taziki. I have eaten here a couple times now and I'm very impressed with their food. Build your own bowl is the best! I order my food on their app and it's ready when the app says it will be ready. This last time I ate here I ordered on the app with the intention of eating at the restaurant with a friend. We ended up staying for a long visit and all the staff was very friendly and came by several times to see if we needed anything else. Juan and Phillip made their rounds often to make sure that all the customers were taken care of. The interior of the restaurant is very relaxing, inviting and very clean.
