Worker lady told me she had to give me a new cup if I wanted a refill yet one of the workers from the neighboring business Leslie Pool supply came in with his own cup and literally put the cup so freaking close to the ice/water dispenser! I came in here today to meet Hubby for lunch, it's a nice little restaurant within the Target area strip mall.. At first I was going to give 3 stars because Hubby's gyro wrap had really tough and dry meat that it wasn't quite tasteful and edible, but after he told the waitress the issue they didn't hesitate to make a new one for him and it was wayyy better, with nicely cooked gyro meat, so now I upgraded their Yelp star rating to 5 stars Good place to eat if you are craving Mediterranean cuisine. read more

For the second time, I ordered delivery and something went wrong with the logistics. Last time, the kitchen was already closed and this time the order ended up being for pickup for some reason. Tonight we ordered Flat Cut Chicken plates, we are doing so asked for no rice. When we asked for hummus I was told on the phone we could get that. When I picked up my order it was ALL salad. No offer of any substitution for rice and not an apology. so I left with a VERY expensive chicken salad and when I got home there was no Tzatziki in either order. I absolutely love Luna Grill but this location takes the cake for idiocy and rudeness! Every single time I go to this location my order is wrong. I make sure they understand before I pay and still they don't follow directions. I am allergic to the pita bread and tell them NO PITA I HAVE AN ALLERGY. Every single time I have pita on my food. Can the cooks not read? Maybe put "NO PITA" in Spanish so they do understand? When I wait 20 minutes for my food, having the pita touching my food prolongs me getting my food to 40 minutes plus. Do they give me a sorry? NO the female manager or supervisor with long dark hair in a pony tail just gives me dirty looks. MY ALLERGY IS NOT A PREFERENCE AND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY! I now purposely touch the food with my dirty fingers when it's wrong so they can't reuse it. I have seen them reuse my plate a few times. read more

My wife got me try Luna grill, it's my third time eating here and haven't been disappointed! The food looks fresh, has great flavor and the customer service is great! An employee walked around sanitizing the entry/exit door handles and who appeared to be the manager or owner walked around asking customers how they were doing and if they needed anything... this is how restaurants should conduct business! We tried the wraps for the first time today and were disappointed. The lavash wrap was hard (stale), dry and falling apart. We couldn't eat it and just ate what was on the inside. On the inside there wasn't much dressing so it was pretty bland. I would not recommend the wraps. read more

I really like Luna Grill in what they do. Placed an order through DoorDash tonight. Order would have been an hour and 45 minutes late. Would've been faster to pick it up if I had known DoorDash couldn't perform. Luna Grill should drop relationship with them. I judge companies by who they partner with. DoorDash is bringing them down. Trying to make it easy for me and my 94-year-old mother to have dinner ended up not getting food at all. Unacceptable. Door dash has smooth talking customer relations people. They're not capable of making any difference. DoorDash cannot handle the volume that they have they don't have the drivers I will not use them again and will temper my relationship with Luna Grill based on my experience itheir bad choice and partners Heard from Mgt. The restaurant is a huge asset for Poway. The food is delicious and always freshly prepared. It is also very healthy. I like the flat cut chicken plate and my wife like the salmon plate, but everything is outstanding. You also must try the lemon chick soup. They have beer on tap and wine. In addition to the great food the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Jessica and Robbie were particularly helpful the last time I went. I forgot to get my receipt (which gives you points) and Robbie went back and printed it out for me. Jessica took the time to explain the menu and everyone brings stuff to your table right away if you need it. (But you order the food at the counter.) I have brought friends and family here and it has never disappointed. And if you have kids 10 and under they get free kids meals on Tuesday. Also, there is outdoor seating, which is very nice. Since they prepare the food fresh sometime it can take a little while for it to come out when it is crowded, but it is worth the wait. Please try this place. You won't be disappointed. read more
