I ordered the Koobideh plate and it came with salad and pita bread. It was very filling, delicious, and healthy. All the ingredients were fresh and the meat was very tasty. Good service. Clean restaurant even though I got my order to go. I will definitely come back to try more stuff. read more

Granted, we had it catered for an event I was in attendance at, but consistency and presentation did not disappoint. The food was delicious and everyone at the event thoroughly enjoyed their protein and all the mix ins. It was a crowd pleaser and this was the first time I had eaten it as well. No only that, everyone was raving about the cookies too, which were a pleasant surprise. Can't wait to go in person and try it! read more

Here's to consistency from location to location, and a fairly light meal whether choosing beef or chicken kabobs, a gyro plate, or something else. This location enters from the parking lot off Foothill, and features a well-lit interior with lots of seating. The staff are friendly and it's still reasonably priced although prices for everything have climbed since 2020. We popped in for lunch and the beef kabobs were our mutual choice. Because their plates come with small pita wedges and no hummus, the protein and salad keeps it light in the belly. I only wish the pita was larger so I can make mini stuffed bites. The beef was cooked a solid medium so there was still some life and flavor left. I love basmati rice and theirs, although plain, is cooked perfectly. All-in-all, this is a solid restaurant chain for the money. read more

10/10 recommend Luna Grill's Chicken Kabob Plate with added sirloin koobideh. I want to emphasize that this is a LOT of food and Luna Grill is very generous with their portions. Everything I ate was incredibly rich and tasty. I really wish they had a garlic dip, that would make the experience so much better. My son also had a kid's chicken plate with fries (not pictured), which he loved. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and came to our table twice to ask if everything was going well with our food. The store is kept clean and fresh, a little too cold for me but I'm anemic so it's probably perfect for everyone else, lol. Great restaurant! read more

We do really like the food, but the service has been just terrible as of late! Yesterday we orderd online, my husband (super patient guy) went to get the order, waited and waited, past the due time. FINALLY asked if they had our order, they said oh we made that forever ago, someone else must have taken it or switched it. No sorry, no heres some baklava, nothing, just we will remake it now. So OVER an hour after our order time (I missed my meeting) they gave us the food. And then the extras we paid for and ordered in teh orginal were NOT even included. And I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but we have had a lot of issues with this location. Totally would not have gone there had we known it wouldve been like this and nothing even done to say hey sorry that is pretty sucky or anything at all! Darn it. When I said "Danielle" he said "oh that was yours, the guy just left." He kind of looked at me like it was my problem to fix, so I took off after the guy and the employee followed me. Thankfully, the guy didn't get very far because he was verifying the order, so we made the exchange. Whew! I ordered the charbroiled chicken shish kabob with extra grilled veggies and a side Mediterranean salad as well as the hummus trio with sliced cucumbers instead of pita bread. The chicken kabob meal was delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the option to add on more veggies was much appreciated! I was really excited about the hummus trio, but sadly I found it to be lacking flavor. With the 3 options of regular hummus, spicy red bell pepper and edamame, I was definitely expecting a flavor explosion, but it fell flat for me. I'd definitely come back to try more of their main dishes. Seems like a great little spot to dine in.

I've always enjoyed the food at Luna Grill, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a family meal, and several items--each costing $10-$15--were missing from the order. When a meal is marketed as feeding four people, the portions should reflect that. Instead, the zucchini included was barely enough for one person, let alone a family of four. To make matters worse, my salad, which was supposed to include Parmesan cheese and arugula, had neither. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a meal only to have it fall short of expectations, especially when the restaurant is clear about what the meal should include. While the quality of the food is generally good, it's disappointing to feel misinformed about portions and ingredients. For a restaurant at this price point, attention to detail and consistency should be a given. Wow, I was blown away by my first experience at Luna Grill! I've heard great things about it but didn't get a chance to visit until this past Sunday. I've enjoyed Mediterranean food before, but Luna Grill tops them all--not just with its flavors but also with its service. Ana was particularly helpful; she made it easy to choose from the menu, recommending the Chicken Kabob and Koobideh Kabob, both of which were incredible. The service I received went above and beyond what I had expected the workers Ann and Ana were very sweet I had come in a few minutes before closing and they helped me out despite it approaching closing time which definitely made my day. Usually restaurants turn people away for something like that which is understandable but they welcomed me and took my order with no problems and gave me a few free sauces as well. The cheese they used was amazing and stretchy. I wasnt a fan of the buttered chicken just because it was a bit too creamy for my taste but my boyfriend loved it. He loved the chicken, said it was full of flavor and loved the French fries in that buttered pizza. The beer was a good surprise, very smooth, like an IPA, 6.8% alcohol. Paired well with our pizzas. I came here four times, and the last two they messed up my order. The last order from last month I…read morewas served frozen shrimp and fish curry. I didnt even complain just thought it was a fluke. Came back again a few days ago to order their lunch special again and was missing my third item. I had to go all the way back to my office to discover that they didn't give me my entire order. So already wasting all of my lunch break, I went back to get my money back, and the incredibly rude woman said super condescendingly that the missing saag was behind the counter. I replied how would I have known, its not in the bag, and you handed it to me, so why be so rude? When I told the owner about how rude the interaction was she then claimed that she had replaced and remade my frozen food for me. What is she talking about? I never complained about frozen food this time, just about my missing food, and the fact that she mistook me for another customer just proves how often they mess up orders. So despite me not even complaining about the frozen food, they regularly give customers undercooked food to the point where they cant even keep track. Avoid this place. Overpriced, small portions, rude service. I can see why this restaurant is always empty with no one waiting for food, even at the height of the lunch rush.
