Ordered from Door Dash on 08/13/2019 at 7:30-ish in the evening. Menu was clear and easy from which to order. Food was delivered well within 45 mins, and I live in the north part of Fontana. Wife's meal was good, as expected. Not totally awesome but would order again. My Apple/Walnut Salad had 3 slivers of apple, a minuscule amount of nuts, and very, very few cranberries. The cheese was a giant blob in the middle of the salad. The salad was very tiny. I could've done better going to Ralph's and buying a kit to build my own. Two stars because the salad did have a great flavor, there just wasn't enough of it, and its ingredients to make the entire salad a hit, or worth the $10.00 I was charged for it. Driver was on-time and very pleasant. Sorry Luna, but I won't be ordering salad again. It's super tiny for $10.00. read more

It's my first time trying Mediterranean food but a friend recommended here. I ordered the family meal for 6 (beef and chicken) and added salmon and kabedeh as a side. The food is delicious but was super disappointed with the veggie kabobs that the meals come with. It was so burnt. I was looking forward to eat as I'm not a meat eater. And sadly the pita bread was dried. Hummus was good. Salad can't go wrong and the meat is flavorful. I was expecting more considering it cost me over $100 for the order. read more

The food was good enough. Pretty pricey, but may be the way of it in all these chain restaurants these days due to the food worker wage hike. As price increases will be passed on to us customers. The three stars are given as the person at the register and taking orders looked like she was hating life. Not customer oriented and couldn't even crack a smile. Not very forthcoming with answers to questions on menu choice and because of her we won't be coming back. Management needs to put someone on the front counter who can be a good representation of their business! read more

I am a Luna Grill fan and am happy that they are expanding their footprint throughout LA and surrounding. This location has an updated interior, friendly service and most importantly- fresh and tasty food. My husband was the one to pick up & he said they didn't say they had to substitute bc they ran out nor did I get a call -- so that means that the person putting the order together failed to look at the order & pack what was ordered. When I said "Danielle" he said "oh that was yours, the guy just left." He kind of looked at me like it was my problem to fix, so I took off after the guy and the employee followed me. Thankfully, the guy didn't get very far because he was verifying the order, so we made the exchange. Whew! I ordered the charbroiled chicken shish kabob with extra grilled veggies and a side Mediterranean salad as well as the hummus trio with sliced cucumbers instead of pita bread. The chicken kabob meal was delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the option to add on more veggies was much appreciated! I was really excited about the hummus trio, but sadly I found it to be lacking flavor. With the 3 options of regular hummus, spicy red bell pepper and edamame, I was definitely expecting a flavor explosion, but it fell flat for me. I'd definitely come back to try more of their main dishes. Seems like a great little spot to dine in.

This is where the disappointment came. Our new server rarely checked in on us. Within the additional hour of our stay we only ordered one round of beers ( had she come more often we would have ordered more). But the biggest upset was that our table was touched by 3 separate people an no one cleared our table. We sat for over an hour with our hot beers an a completely filthy table. Needless to say we paid for our 2nd tab an our table still remained with our plates from our first tab.

I've always enjoyed the food at Luna Grill, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a family meal, and several items--each costing $10-$15--were missing from the order. When a meal is marketed as feeding four people, the portions should reflect that. Instead, the zucchini included was barely enough for one person, let alone a family of four. To make matters worse, my salad, which was supposed to include Parmesan cheese and arugula, had neither. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a meal only to have it fall short of expectations, especially when the restaurant is clear about what the meal should include. While the quality of the food is generally good, it's disappointing to feel misinformed about portions and ingredients. For a restaurant at this price point, attention to detail and consistency should be a given. Wow, I was blown away by my first experience at Luna Grill! I've heard great things about it but didn't get a chance to visit until this past Sunday. I've enjoyed Mediterranean food before, but Luna Grill tops them all--not just with its flavors but also with its service. Ana was particularly helpful; she made it easy to choose from the menu, recommending the Chicken Kabob and Koobideh Kabob, both of which were incredible. The pita bread tasted like it was freshly baked, and the hummus was simply delicious. To top off a great meal, I tried the baklava for dessert, which was a sweet end to a delightful visit. The service I received went above and beyond what I had expected the workers Ann and Ana were very sweet I had come in a few minutes before closing and they helped me out despite it approaching closing time which definitely made my day. Usually restaurants turn people away for something like that which is understandable but they welcomed me and took my order with no problems and gave me a few free sauces as well. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing, definitely a good place to sit and eat in during the day and both Ann and Ana were very kind and patient and made sure that the order was exactly as I asked those two are definitely few of the best in the food industry that I've had the pleasure of meeting! The restaurant is always clean and staff is quick to freshen the tables after each visitor leaves so the experience is enjoyable all the way through. Last but definitely not least is the service! I'd give a no stars if I could! Good is great but the service is a negative 5. Employees are screwing around not attending to their responsibilities or customers. One is actually wearing her headphones listen to music. Place was maybe 25-30% occupied and several table were dirty. Took them 17 minutes to prep a simple bowl and this was at 2pm. Not the lunch rush. I've posted poor reviews on this same location in the past a few years ago. My mistake to think they may have improved. It's no secret that the Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest you can get and Luna grill definitely checks that Mark for me. The service is always excellent especially from Alexia and Sophia who are always amazing. The lady behind the counter was neither friendly nor welcoming, and she allowed our food to sit at the station for about 6-8 minutes, which made it cold by the time we received it.
