Milk and honey pedicure w/ ice cold Corona

I have been coming to this salon on and off since 2024, and this is not a review I wanted to write because I truly wanted to continue supporting this business. I finally found a technician I absolutely loved--Angel. Angel did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and I was so happy with the results. Angel even recommended that I get a brand-new acrylic full set instead of a fill, so I trusted her professional recommendation and spent around $90. Unfortunately, the very next day, two of my nails broke. I called the salon politely to ask if I could come back so Angel could repair them. That was not a complaint--it was simply asking to have a brand-new set fixed after only one day. Somehow, my call was apparently relayed to Angel as though I was complaining. When I arrived, Angel refused to see me, and I was passed to another technician instead. I was honestly shocked and hurt because I had never been rude or disrespectful. After that, I was scheduled with Nina, and I have to say Nina did an amazing job. She shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted them. However, I was charged over $100 for an acrylic fill with a French design. My issue isn't paying for quality work--it's that none of the additional charges or add-ons were explained beforehand. Customers deserve to know what they're being charged before the service is completed. Clear communication about pricing should happen every single visit. Another disappointing experience happened during a later appointment with Nina. I left work, expecting to be gone about two hours. Instead, I waited an entire hour before anyone even acknowledged that she was running behind. No one informed me of the delay until I asked the front desk. They kept saying, "Just a few more minutes," but those few minutes turned into an hour. Then the appointment itself took about another hour and a half, making me several hours late returning to work. Had someone simply communicated the delay when I arrived, I would have happily rescheduled. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. The final straw happened yesterday. I called to schedule another appointment and specifically asked for Nina. The receptionist offered me multiple available appointment times, including 12:30, 1:30, 3:00, and 3:30, so I booked the 12:30 appointment. A few hours later, I received a call saying Nina suddenly couldn't take me because she was "booked back-to-back" and that I should see another technician instead. That explanation simply didn't make sense. If she truly had all of those openings just hours earlier, how did they suddenly disappear? Then I was told they didn't want me waiting if she ran behind. I explained that Wednesdays are my day off and I didn't mind waiting a few minutes if necessary. I even suggested they call me when she was almost ready. They still refused. At that point, I couldn't help but feel like I was intentionally being kept from booking with her. After being passed from Angel to another technician, then having this happen with Nina, I honestly felt singled out and unwanted as a customer. Whether that was the salon's intention or not, that's exactly how the experience made me feel. The biggest issue throughout all of this has been communication. Customers deserve honest communication about repairs, pricing, scheduling delays, and appointments. Instead, I was repeatedly left confused, dismissed, and disappointed. Because of these experiences, I will no longer be returning to this salon. What's especially disappointing is that I've referred at least 10 new customers here over the past several months, many of whom continue to visit. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend a business that made me feel so unwelcome. I sincerely hope management uses this as an opportunity to improve communication between the front desk, technicians, and customers. Great nail technicians deserve a salon that communicates just as professionally as they work.

Honestly my favorite nail salon! I literally drive all across town to come here. Everyone is very friendly and they do an amazing job on my services (usually I get gel x or fill & gel pedi). I've gotten services by Vivi and Ava and they always pay attention to detail and always give great results :) The salon is very clean, pretty and girly who wouldn't want good music, mocktails and come out with cute nails

I've been coming here for years,yesterday I walked in cause I tried to make an online reservation but,found out my favorite technician moved to the new location. Really needed my nails removed and didn't want to go there nor wait longer,so Trinity did my nails,and I really loved her work. This place is very professional and good technicians overall.

Really loved this nail spa! It's one of the only ones open early, at 9am. I thought that it wouldn't be very busy at 9am, but there was quite a lot of other customers. I came as a walk-in customer at 9:15, there was no wait despite being quite busy. I got one of their gel pedicures, and it came with a complimentary drink of choice. I chose the Vietnamese coffee. The pedicure took about an hour and ended with a hot stone leg massage. Overall service was great and very relaxing! I would definitely recommend them.

For context, I used to be an avid gel x girly before getting a new job which required them to be removed. I have not done my own nails for quite sometime. So, I decided to get them done by a technician this time around. ART/DESIGN : 5 Design came out amazing and I wish I actually took a photo of how cute they were. My nail technician was nice and I didn't mind the price at all! PREP: 1 My problem with my experience was the rings of fire. I did not notice them until a day later as they blend in with the border between the install and nail bed. You could see them even before removing the nails. In the photos, I have clipped the nails down to start the removal process.

Lots of great nail techs like Ava, Quinn, and Liliee. Been coming here for a while now, and every time I'm satisfied with the service. The staff is nice and accommodating and the place is always clean.

Two nails came off in 23 hours then more came off later

Im upset 24 hrs later two nails came off and it costs 94 dollars wth this never happened before when the owner did my nails. I haven't been here in a while, but maybe things changed. This is crazy. I don't even have a lot of time and they just told me oh well just come back in the morning to fix it like I have all the time in the world.

I absolutely love this nail spa! I adore my nail tech, Tiffany! She is the absolute best! I highly recommend booking her as your nail tech! She is very gentle with your nails and very accommodating with whatever you may need. She also helped me pick a color that matched my current nail color! Before the service, she asked if I wanted a drink, as it comes with your service! I attached a photo of the options! I love that this place offers this! Now, regarding the nail spa, I appreciate the cleanliness and how bright it is in this place! I was planning on getting a regular pedicure but realized that since I'm going to Hawaii, I should do gel so it lasts longer so Tiffany did a pink gel on my toes! Which came out amazing! Lastly, I am so happy that it doesn't have a strong acetone smell like many nail salons I've been to. This nail spa has an upscale feel with a relaxing touch! Can't wait to come back again and making this my monthly self care thing I do! P.S: They have many many color options and also so many different services you can book!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Although the owners are skilled, they are not ensuring that their employees are of an equal caliber. I made reservations here in advance telling them that it's my wedding, and I want the best person to do my hands and feet. They gave me a beginner despite requesting several times for the best. The lady messed up my nails, started all over and messed up again. It ended up that the owner had to take over and finish my nails. But this whole spiel took them five hours. I left this place at 10:30 PM, and my wedding was two days later. I ended up crying my eyes out because i never got what I really wanted for my wedding. After all this, The owners were shameless to charge me full price and offer no discounts. I will not go here again and will recommend everyone to be careful before they go here. read more

It was my first time here and when I called in to make an appointment the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice so that's a plus for me. I showed the receptionist a Picture before hand and she put me with a guy named Eden who actually did the nails I showed her on the picture which I grabbed from Yelp and let me tell you Eden is great and will do his best I would highly recommend him if you want something like what I got and the shaping was great super friendly! read more

I have prom on Saturday so I got dip powder with KATIE and she was amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she wasn't afraid to take the time to find the perfect color! She made sure the powder wasn't a bubble on my nail and equally spread. LV Nail Spa has a huge variety of colors. They are very patient and take their time with applying polish. Very friendly and accommodating. After hopping around nail salons in Henderson/Vegas, my sister and I finally found a place we'll come back to. read more

I'm live in Summerlin and I drive 30 minutes to come here every 3 weeks. Kim has been my girl for about a year now and I absolutely love her work and energy. She has done everything from holiday nails to my college graduation nails. She really takes her time when it comes to acrylic gel sets and I love how thin and sharp she makes it each time. Her sets can last a really long time and I have pretty long nails. I received a lot of compliments about my nails each set and I always suggest this place to go to her. Kim is different than other nail techs that I had in the past because she really cares about the status of your nails, making her one of the well known and booked techs here. I have really small nail beds and she is always careful when it comes to drilling. I had nails techs in the past that have cut my cuticle area but I never had that experience with her. I also appreciate how she makes sure that the gel cures completely before you leave. She always willing to do anything to make sure that your nails are to your liking. Beyond her work, she is very open and welcoming. I'm always excited to get my nails done because she is always in a happy mood and I can talk to her about anything. She really gets to know you as a person and always ask how I'm doing. We're pretty close in our age so it is easy for us to connect. We even talk about what hair products to use since both of our hairs are colored. I used to get my nails done with my friend before she moved and even Kim always ask about her too. You can tell that she really cares about her clients. Kim is also super nice to the staff she works with and she communicates well with them as well as her clients. I always look forward to seeing her! read more

I love it here. Everyone is great. The front desk staff is excellent and friendly. The place is clean, newly remodeled, and spacious. They always carry the newest products and colors. I've tried a dozen others spots nearby until I came here. Now I won't go anywhere else. Tiffany is my nail tech but you can't go wrong with anyone else. read more

The customer service provided by Lycah the technician is terrible. She is not the friendliest of persons but does a good job at pedicures. She has canceled on me about 5 times and I get noticed 5 minutes before my appointment or like today I got there at 1:15 when my appointment was at 1:30. I checked in they said she will be right with me and 15 minutes later the receptionist says oh she is backed up and can't see you, she has to cancel her appointment with you. The male guy which I believe is a manager or maybe an owner was there and he didn't seem to care. I think 5 times of being canceled on is more than enough opportunities to give a location or a person. read more

Brought my niece and she loves her nails. I appreciate so much the precautions they take during these times of covid, there are partitions between you and your tech, and to the left & right, pedicure stations have partitions to the left & right, the do social distancing. My hubby gets his great pedicures by Tiffany, And Steven also does my long coffin nails & pedicure. We have been coming here for years. Mark & Amy are great owners, and welcome all they're clientele. I called a little before noon and booked an appointment for 1:30pm. It was quick and easy. I got there around 1:25pm and checked in with the receptionist. She seemed a bit preoccupied and just told me to pick a nail polish. Since I was a first-timer, I informed them that I didn't actually know how their system works, so they told me I could pick a shade from any of the ones they have on the wall collection. I wasn't sure whether I should put my name down after speaking with the receptionist, and if I should take the bottle of the shade I chose. I'm not sure if it was because they were busy, but as a first-timer, my first impression was anything but welcoming. I have been a new customer to a lot of establishments for a few weeks now, and majority of the places I have been to are particularly welcoming and helpful to their customers -- may it be a new one or a returning one -- so it was sort of disorienting to me. I was honestly tempted to leave about 15 minutes into waiting, for I didn't know if I was gonna be helped or whatnot. There was no "we'll be right with you shortly" nor "please take a seat while we wait for the next nail tech available." Still confused, I decided to take a seat and keep my ass as patient as possible since they seemed a bit behind schedule. I did come up to the counter again after a few minutes just to make sure I was going to be assisted. As soon as I sat on the waiting area, I was offered a complimentary bottle of water (by, I'm guessing, the manager; good way to cool my head down) I was assisted to my nail tech about 25 minutes after I checked in. Tiffany was my nail tech, and she was very attentive. As I didn't know I was supposed to take the polish bottle, Tiffany offered to take the gel palette for me to browse. She asked me what shades I prefer and gave me a variety of choices. For I haven't had a pedicure for about three months now, I opted for their Deluxe Pedi. To cut it short, Tiffany changed the impression I had. She made sure I was satisfied with her work, and I was. She offered painting extra coats on my nails, since I chose a pretty translucent color. She did great on my nails, although I was expecting a bit more exfoliating on my heels. Upon checking out, the receptionist seemed to be a tad bit more pleasant. She offered me to sign up for their loyalty program (only needed my name and phone number.) It wasn't explained to me how it works, but at least she offered and I feel better than when I first walked in. I wouldn't judge yet, we all have our bad days anyway. I would perhaps be back; hopefully I'd book an earlier appointment and see if I would be better assisted on my next visit. read more

Literally just walked out of here 5 min ago. Although my nails turned out fine I did ask for coffin shape, when I went to pay and was told I paid an extra 5 for length and 8 for shape I explained the girl did a decent job but I didn't feel like they were coffin shape. They still insisted that I pay the 8 dollars or they would fix them, I told her I did appreciate she would fix them but I did not have the time and I didn't think they were messed up just didn't feel like they were coffin shape. Also don't see how they're charging for them being long length, but whatever. They really try to rack up the price wherever they can. read more

I recently relocated from California and left my nail tech who I had seen for over 10 years. So of course I was in search for the best. When coming to Vegas, I tried several places and couldn't find the quality that I wanted. I do not like thick nails and I like them to look natural, all the same length, and for them to be trendy. Well I finally found that with Windy! So happy with my new nails. She took her time and checked in with me several times to make sure they were what I wanted. We had a great talk as well! My wife goes here and loves it. I gave it a try with her. The girls upfront were very welcoming and nice on the phone. The place is extremely clean and sanitary. There is a girl who works there at the desk all the way to the end by the bathrooms who sharpens her nail file and makes it cut into your skin as she files the side of your nail. Then she says, "oops, my nail file cut you" (continues to sharpen nail file) I wouldn't let her touch my nails and definitely not my eyebrows or eye lashes. read more

Windy is absolutely the best! She is so friendly and will pay attention to you and make sure your needs are met. She has an amazing work ethic. This nail spa has been so beautifully designed and you'd think their prices would be outlandish, but they're not. Very well ran business and never a bad experience in the 2+ years I've gone here. I love all the nail techs, but I'm partial to Windy, she's my favorite (sorry other employees, you guys rock too!) I would highly recommend this place, they always do a great job! My nails have always lasted, Amy did dip powder for me, I've had a few people there do my nails and trust me I'm picky, but all the times I've got my nails done it has always been amazing! I moved to California so I'm in town and decided to drop by, love the new paint color! Everyone there has there own personalities but they love what they do, and will try their best to take care of you. Their color options are beyond! So many to choose from! They have water or Vietnamese coffee for you if you like! Many types of pedicures. read more

I went into this salon about one week ago and the receptionist was very nice, everything was sanitized and beautiful but my nail polish, only one week later is turning brown. This could be that my nails were cured in the light too long or the polish has gone bad. I am disappointed! I wish I could change the color but I don't want to have to pay $30 for it to be redone, only for it to happen once more at this salon. read more

Called to make an appointment for today 4/30/22 and was placed on hold for 20 minutes ,maybe even longer if i didn't hang up and call back. When I called back, Amber your receptionist responded to my call right away. When I asked to make an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure today she tells me that there's an opening only at 4pm. Is really how you treat your loyal customers where you put them on hold for 20 minutes or even longer yet if someone hangs up and calls your salon back you forget about the person you put on hold? Instead you service the person after me? She claims she didn't anything wrong. Really? She works in customer service. I would think you would know better and treat your loyal customers and new customers with respect because that's how your company is bringing in revenue. If it weren't for your customers you wouldn't get paid! Remember that! On top of that she had the audacity to tell me if you are a loyal customer you would know how busy we can get. No $*%# Sherlock I know how busy you folks can get. At least accommodate for an earlier time. I worked in customer service before and I know not to treat customer's that way. I don't care if there's only two of you answering phone calls. There's NO EXCUSE, make it work. Shame on you for your bad attitude and poor customer service! Mark, your receptionist Amber needs to be retrained on how to treat and talk to new and loyal customers. For that, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been going to them for 3 months and love them! I'm a powder dip French manicure snob and spoiled from going to Julie at Charming Nails all the way out in Summerlin (and I live in Henderson). But now that I work from home, I needed to find someone equally good in GVR. Here I usually do a powder dip french tip manicure and my main go-to is Phoebe, and for gel pedicures I go-to Laura. Phoebe recently tried Gel X on me and I'm totally digging it! This is Gel X in the color Morbido. So I just moved to Vegas about ten months ago and after going to the Same nail salon for six years do you know how hard it is to find a quality nail salon in a new City? Let me help you out!!!! Also save you the wasted time and effort and money looking and trying new places.....,I went to five places before finding this gem! Tiffany does an amazing job on my nails, I've also had Michael, and Windy and they all do a fantastic job! It is a little pricy, but your paying for the quality! I can read without feeling rude, and the pedicure (with regular polish) lasts 3-4 weeks with nary a chip. My brother's wedding is this weekend, so on Friday I decided to get gel cat eye nails in addition to my regular pedicure. The pedicure was amazing as always, but the manicure was just awful. She didn't take me back until 30 minutes after my appointment time, so maybe she was running behind, but there was a visible gap between my cuticle and where the polish began. I thought I could just deal with it, but when every person I met over the next couple of days pointed out the gap, I knew I had to get it taken care of. Luckily, Social Nail Bar has a 7-day repair policy posted in the waiting area, right? Nope. Every technician I showed the nails to said that's how it's supposed to look and refused to fix it. I finally just booked a gel color change to get my nails looking presentable. Don ended up fixing my nails today and explained that sometimes the cat eye polish shrinks up, and recommended some polishes that wouldn't shrink. He took extra care to ensure that my nails looked good, and was overall lovely. The front desk lady tried to help me get a discount on my services, but management refused. She was also lovely. I ended up paying $120 for a basic gel manicure and a beautiful regular pedicure. Plus, the $30 in tips because I'm not going to stiff the manicurists just because managment sucks. If they had just admitted it looked bad and offered to fix it, I would've been fine. Everyone has an off day. That's what the policy should be for. Not to mention, I asked for a repair multiple times, was denied, finally agreed to the color change, and then was told upon checkout that since I got a different service, they couldn't comp the service. Anyway, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place any longer. Which is too bad, because again, Michelle gives the best pedicures ever.

The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.

Mark, I called the following day to address the matter, yet it seems you're attempting to discredit me, further validating my concerns. As I previously mentioned, I often work across state lines and am frequently dispatched out of state for months at a time. I flew out the day after receiving services and called promptly the next day. I was informed that the manager requested I return to the shop to resolve the issue. Upon my return, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, as if I was seeking to exploit your services, which is far from the truth. I had recently moved to Las Vegas when I visited your shop before leaving for a four-month business assignment in the Midwest. I returned home just two days before Christmas. To my knowledge, I have never spoken with you directly. However, your staff's unprofessionalism and inconsistent work quality have left a lasting impression. The only service performed to satisfaction was my pedicure, completed by an elder staff member. After paying for services and leaving tips via Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash to the four individuals who assisted my son and me, my total came to nearly $550. I have attached my bank statement reflecting payment for services, excluding tips. While I was initially satisfied with the results, that feeling quickly faded as the quality of work proved subpar. Upon my return to the shop a few days ago, I was neither offered a refund nor treated with basic respect. Instead, I was provoked by your staff, who appeared to mock and antagonize me. Then, I came across lv nails and their groupon and read reviews and there wasn't a single negative or partially negative review. Since the new management that is. I purchased the groupon at that time and made my first appointment. I walked in and was in love with the look of the salon. It's very peaceful. I was impressed with the polish selection. I love that. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Doris Frida and let me tell you, she is truly talented. Not only did she give me a beautiful manicure and pedicure, but she also went above and beyond by creating intricate Bluey artwork on my nails that I requested on the spot! Doris took the time to carefully paint detail of Bluey and Bingo on my nails, and the result was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and the characters looked so realistic. Not only is Doris incredibly skilled at nail art, but she is also a joy to be around. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The whole vibe from Doris, and the environment was top notch. 5/5 Stars LV Nails & Spa exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely extraordinary. Victoria at the front desk was amazingly friendly, professional, welcoming, and made us feel valued from start to finish. I brought my girlfriend in for a manicure and pedicure, and they truly treated her like royalty. They even offered her a complimentary drink, which added a luxurious touch to the whole experience. The staff was attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure she was comfortable throughout her visit. I'll be honest, it's a little on the pricey side if you're not a boss, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. The quality of service, professionalism, atmosphere, and overall experience made every dollar worth it. I visited a nail spa in Henderson with my mom and niece for a post-massage spa day as part of their Mother's Day gift. The place is quite large and definitely busy, but we were pleasantly surprised that we only had to wait about 5 minutes even as walk-ins. One nice touch is that they offer complimentary drinks, which made the experience feel more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was generally efficient, and we were all able to get our services done without much delay. The only downside was that my mom wanted her nails shaped either square or round, but she was told it would cost an extra $8. That felt a bit unreasonable for such a basic request, so she chose to skip it, which was disappointing. Overall, though, we had a nice time. It's a bustling spot with good service and a relaxing vibe--just be prepared for a few unexpected add-on charges. read more

I've been coming to this location for the past two years and I'm always impressed. I leave happy, and satisfied with my nails, the setting is bustling and always busy but it gives off such a great vibe. It's a clean, modern and beautiful spa. I appreciate the quality that the nail techs at this location provide, but my favorite is Vivian. She's so personable, sweet, pays attention to detail, asks me how I like my nails during our sessions so I have the chance to say if I'm not happy with them or not, I love her so much! I always look forward to getting my nails done now, because I know I'll never be disappointed. I always get dip powder over my regular nails, and gel polish on top. Now go book an appointment! After reading all the 5-stars reviews from other Yelpers' i had to come in and give this salon a try. They were not wrong, i LOVE this place. As i walked in, i was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, she offered me refreshment, then helped me pick out the gel colors for my mani and pedi. They truly have a lot of colors to choose from, the place is immaculate clean, upscale, with soft relaxing music to make me feel right at home. My nail tech was Amy, and she did amazing job on my mani/pedi. friendly and attentive, took her time to service me. 100% the best Nail Salon in town. As a man, my feet are nasty (obviously), but after this place is finished up with my pedicure, my size 13 feet look like perfection. The experience is extremely enjoyable and the hot rocks is so soothing on the feet after a long day on the feet. LV Nails really out does their competition, every time Ive been, they are very detailed with the pedicure and make sure every part of the pedicure is done perfectly. My nails love to get ingrown, but these ladies make sure to take care of the ingrown nails. Other places could give 2 shits, they burn and turn. LV Nails spends over an hour on just the pedicure!! Hi I have been going to LV Nails and Spa for about year or so now. Excellent customer service upon arrival, greeting clienteles and provided bc other service to the clients satisfaction. I've been known Jenel for three years and one years of service at LV Nails and Spa. She is my Nails Tech for full set and pedi's, as well as brows. I Love Love Love this place! Wonderful environment. Any type, style of nails and even 100 charms! I just moved here and this Yelp Is much deserved, I may be the pickiest girl about nails that I have yet to meet. Kim does my nails and she does such a BEAUTIFUL job! Even I am REALLY IMPRESSED! Stopped by with my Mom to get her nails done. It was our first time here and last. She got a gel mani. Her cuticles were snipped but not manicured. Please look at the pictures you'll see how her cuticles look and this is after two days. Her polish is not smooth & it has bumps. When she addressed it with her nail tech she seemed unconcerned. Strangely enough, everyone there suddenly became less friendly after that. Girls go somewhere else where your dollar is valued and they appreciate your patronage. For $35 you should get way better treatment and service. read more

I look forward to my appointments at LV Nails. It's my me-time and self-care time. They have a great selection of colors and it's clean. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager, and have been to many different nail salons and some have absolutely missed the mark and I have never returned. Jenel is my absolute favorite! She is patient, I never feel rushed with her and she listens to what I want as a customer. Monica has done my pedicures for over 9 years and her ability to make you comfortable and relaxed is unmatched! i have always had top notch customer service! The Spa is extremely clean with modern decor!!! Recently I have decided to do my nails and have manicures. Amy has taken the Best care of me and my nails have never been done so well that they last 3-4 weeks!! You feel like family here and the personal touches make you feel warm and welcome!!! I went here about 2 weeks ago and I was so appalled at the service. I was sat down by a lady and she never even introduced herself, then she started cutting my cuticles until they were bleeding on my right hand and when I asked her to be gentle she didn't listen and kept being rough. I asked for just a pink topcoat and they only painted part of the nail and it was bumpy and looked awful. Too expense for such crappy service and nails. I don't recommend going here. Overall a very bad place to go and I do not recommend. read more

I have been going to LV nails for many years now, won't go anywhere else. I'm big into nail art, they have a wonderful, huge selection of colors always adding more, as well as all the glitters and crystals and add ons you can imagine. The service received, quality of products, salon ambiance, and knowledge and friendless of techs can't be found anywhere else. I see Kim. I went to get a poly fill by Amy, she suggested hot get and said it is stronger. She burn my nails filing them down, wasn't too happy with my service that day. A few days later my nails began to crack, even after haven been told hot gel is stronger. I went back for a repair and was serviced by Jordan. He filed my nails way too thin, those same nails cracked again a few days later. Tiffany is my usual and I love how she does my nails, Steven is good as well. read more

This is the best place ever!!! The owners are the sweetest people ever and the people that work for them are great!!! Always talk to you and interact with you. I found this place through Yelp. They have over 50, 5 star reviews, so I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I absolutely love this place because it is very organized compared to other salons. It's also very clean, they are very careful when doing your nails and don't rush you. They also have over 100 colors of gels to pick from. Ever since my first nail job, I haven't gone anywhere else. It was $42 for the standard all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. $62 for the gel all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. The massage chairs were nice. They all wear gloves which makes the massage part less relaxing and I think my daughter may have not gotten the "extra massage". They have a stamp to save money but they don't give you a stamp unless you pay cash. They give one stamp for every $40 in cash. Next time I think I may just try the classic and not the all in one.
