I have supported this Pizza place for a couple of years. Initially, I was stuck on eating their antipasto salad; unfortunately, I had open heart surgery and could no longer eat green veggies. I've ordered from them few times now. The food has been very hot when it got to my door and the pizza is good. I love that none of the pizzas I've ordered have been drowning in sauce- it's usually just a light layer, which is exactly how I like it. The delivery person made sure I had everything I needed before I left and was very good at customer service. It took 35 and 25 minutes on either delivery, so I've never had a problem with that. My only thing would be that I ordered potato skins and they were just hollowed out potatoes with cheese on them. Even the picture when ordering showed more than that. They still tasted good, but for the price they should've had more than just cheese. The rib tips I ordered another time were kind of fatty and their BBQ sauce is way too sweet. The pizza has been great both times though. I usually order the small since it's perfect for two people instead of having to buy a big ol' thing that's going to leave us with leftovers for days. LW Pizza rocks! First off, I absolutely love their cheese. Whether you get extra cheese or not, the ratio to sauce is always perfect and it just tastes fresh. Their online ordering is really easy, and I've never had a late delivery. The only disclaimer to my review is that I've never had their pizza at the actual establishment, only delivered to my front door. They have people deliver menus and put them on your door. The Hispanics that do it I have personally seen pick avocados from front yards they walk through. They also walked through my neighbors planters to get to the front door. He seems to hang it on whatever he sees he can hang it on like flag pole mounts and nails and occasionally the door. It seems that if you put your name on something, it shouldn't be an annoyance that gives you a bad impression in this way. This falls into the same category as junk mail to 90% of the people who get it. Just save your money and buy a bigger sign to put in front of your business so the locals can see it. The guy didn't put one on my front yard because I was in my truck and he saw me. I am assuming he has had a lot of problems in the past. I have been ordering from LW pizza for quite some time. Today I ordered from their website for delivery. I ordered 3 pizzas. Two of them were delivered COMPLETEY wrong. When I call to ask what we can do to fix the mistake I was told "Contact eat 24" we make what we are told....really?! However, this is not the case anymore. Your marinara sauce is different. Your crust is different. You don't have as much of the FRESH veggies on the pizza as you used to. We love everything from here and the customer service, but we don't like the pizza. The salads are fresh and yummy, the hot wings are flavorful, the sandwiches and pastas are great! I'm kind of confused by the reviews for this place.. They have a high rating but I wouldn't rate them any better then average.. I would give 2 1/2 stars if i could. The pizza was pizza hut quality.. Maybe I am partial since I am from Chicago?? The wings were below average, fatty and not spicy. The lasagna had no ricotta in it , it was literally just noodles ground meat and cheese-- no flavor. Rib tips were fatty, greasy and lacking sauce. The best part was the cheesy garlic bread that came free with the lasagna.. Plus they quoted me an hour For delivery called at an hour and they said my food was just coming out of the oven and showed up 30 min after that. I live 1.7 miles away..
