Terrible experience. I needed to get a fill and Lynn's nails was open, so I gave them a try. Bad idea. I went to Lilly (I think that was her name, in the front on the left) and I think it was her first time ever with a customer, so she had no idea what she was doing. I had to tell her what to do, and she still didn't do it right. She glued down my peeling nails (which traps bacteria and gets infected...) Fast forward 3 days, my nails are already lifting and the paint is peeling, so I go back and a different girl fixes the paint. 2 days later, they're falling apart, so I go back. As she starts to fix one of the nails, I see that my real nail is green. I was SO mad. I asked why it was like that (I already knew but wanted to see if she knew) and she said she didn't know and tried to cover it up. I told her I wanted them off and a new set and as she was doing it I discovered that 5 of my nails were infected! And then they tried to make me pay to get them fixed after I just paid a week before for infected nails? I don't think so. Absolutely the worst experience I've had and I would stay away. Very rude. I had to walk out before my service was complete due to the utter disrespect from the entire salon. After I stated I wanted regular polish the nail tech continued to ask me the color and whether I wanted regular or gel over and over. Originally, I meant to get just white nails with butterfly designs on my ring fingers but I misunderstood what was said so I accidentally got the pink glitter ombré which i'm personally not the biggest fan of. Stumbled across this nail salon based on the Yelp reviews. It is in the same shopping center as WinCo and Dollar Tree. My 4 stars are for the customer service. However, the nails straddle between a 3-4. Upon entering, my sister and I were greeted and seated immediately for a pedicure spa. The spa treatment consist of your choice of gel polish, scrub, parraffin wax, and hot stone massage to the foot. Special designs are $5 extra but for the spa treatment alone, $45. The service was great. I have no major complaints. The technicians went straight to work with little stop in between. My only complaint and the reason why it's not a 5 star place is because the finish product is a bit sloppy. Remnants of nail polish can be found around the cuticles and the nails that are cut were not filed down to a smooth edge. Is this minor? yes. But when you pay $45 to have this done for you, you shouldn't need to remind them or have to come home to take care of there minor mistakes. read more

You know that the job is good when you cant stop looking at your nails! I went in yesterday and I cant stop staring at them.. I had to wait, which sucked because I had an appointment but it was totally worth it. I've been kinda hopping along from one shop to the next with different techs and finally stopped back in here. This place is legit, the ladies are pros with the shaping. When I went in I was debating on whether I should get tips or not because I really wanted to do coffin style, and Cindy was able to work with what little nail I had to give me the perfect shape. I love them. They look so good it looks like I have tips. Also she didn't overdo it when she was taking off the dead skin around the cuticles and I really appreciated all the attention to detail with the polish. The worst gel mani I have ever got. Was in the area and had time to kill and stopped by here. I asked for a neon green color and got a piss yellow color. My cuticles were all cut up. As she was rushing to do my nails she wiped it with the alcohol at the end and had to redo my pinky nail because it wasn't completely dry. Took almost an hour and a half for just a gel mani. I live only a few blocks away from this one but had (Had) a loyalty to another salon across town...but when my normal stylist went back to school I was lost!! I got my gel manicure done twice here with Vivian and both times I left disappointed. She did not polish clean- there was polish on my skin and cuticles!! The first time it happened I thought maybe it was her bad day, so I came back again to see if she could do better. I was wrong. I won't be coming back here again! My nails didn't even last one week without it chipping. Again. Another thing I didn't like was the wait time. The second time I went I understood how long I had to wait since I went right after everyone got off work. I waited that 30-35 minutes. However, the first time, when I had an appointment, they made me wait 40 minutes!! Why bother having us make an appointment when you can't even honor it? As we all know Cindy is one of the best that works there and I only go to her. She is very nice and does her job very well. I was also very happy that she soaked my nails instead of ripping my acrylics off like other places. I have had nightmare experiences with people taking the short way out or unexperienced while doing my acrylics. But, with Cindy I never worried about my nails not coming out right they lasted for 1 month before I needed to get a fill again. She also did my toes with a french tip and those also lasted for an month. Very good quality and skill level. Just a few tips: ALWAYS BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE 2nd you may have to wait if Cindy is still working on a client before you, even if you came at your appointment time. That is my only con that you may have wait but it's worth it for Cindy spending time on each nail to perfection. read more

This was my first time coming to this nail place, so my friend and I called in before hand to ask how much a fill in would be, they told us over the phone it would be $20, once we got there they switched it up to $25 because my nails were long, which isn't a big deal, miscommunication but the worker who did my nails had an attitude the whole time, I asked her if she could shorten my nails and she didn't reply so I asked if she heard me and she nodded and give me more attitude FOR SERVICE that I asked her to do from the beginning. Usually once filling your nails they tell you to wash your hands, since there's white powder all over your hands but she just dusted it away which then caused the paint job to be terrible. I still have nail polish from the time before which shows she didn't even try to attend to take it off. So I went back and asked if she can please do something about it since I was really upset about the results of the nails and asked if maybe we can just do them over again and instead she just put more nail polish on top of them. Now I'm going to an important event with chalk nails, uneven nail, Unfiled Nails, and the white dots you see on my nails ARE NOT sparkles it's DUST. I'm super upset and suggest no one to come here. I can't even believe that this place has good reviews. I had the WORST manicure and pedicure I have ever had here. Firstly, limited selection of gel nail colors. I was almost tempted to say I'd changed my mind upon seeing this (which I wish I had) because nothing really appealed to me but I settled on a pink color eventually. The lady who did my nails did not introduce herself so I don't know her name. When she began my pedicure I was immediately nervous because she was so rough in how she went about removing the gel I already had on. After removing this, she left me with my feet in the water for approximately 10-15 minutes. No reason given, she just said that she'd be back and left. During this time, there were two children running around the nail salon really loudly. One was the child of an employee who somewhat tried to control him. It wasn't exactly creating a relaxing vibe! My pedicure was finished finally and we moved on to my finger nails. During the awful removal of my previous manicure, the lady doing my nails broke the nail on my right index finger so badly. It was broken really low down and half way across and throbbing, also bleeding quite a bit. I pulled my hand away in shock and pain. She apologized and then said, "You still want a manicure?". Well, considering my nails were now looking absolutely horrific after being scraped and abused, of course I needed something done with them! She attempted to glue my broken nail back together and said that it would be fine once she'd painted over it. It didn't feel fine! End result, nail polish on my cuticles, on the skin beside my nails and one bloody, battered nail. A few days later, the polish on another finger chipped. I usually have gel polish on for three weeks without chipping so that was disappointing. I went to this salon at 40 weeks pregnant hoping to have some chilled out me time before baby but instead I sat on edge hoping not to be injured for two hours and left with the ugliest nails I've probably had in my life. I almost wish I hadn't paid for this service it was that bad. read more

I went in for a fill and the person who did it for me did my nails very well but when my nail broke, I went in to get it fixed but the person who fixed my nail did it horribly and filed my real nail down really thin and when she added the acrylic in top, she did not shape it well at all. When she got to my accent nail she drew 3 random lines and smudged it off a little bit and tried to pass it off as marble. I let her try 3 Times and she couldn't get it. I would've wanted to get rid of the white nail and have the full set be the same pink color but she urged that glitter would fix the white nail. I felt like she just wanted to get rid of me and did not want to spend more time on my nails. I also asked for almond nails and I don't really think these are it. My cousin was with another nail lady and was interested in the marble design also. Her nail lady was honest and told her that she couldn't do it. I would've preferred honesty from the start. This place is always packed; everytime I come here I always have to wait at least 10 minutes. If you're looking for a new set, this place really does a great job. I love their style of keeping the nails as natural looking as possible. They don't make your nails look super big and bulky but clean and conservative, which is definitely my style. They make the white nail tip at a small-medium size and not thick like all the other nail salons out there. I'd say get the gel coating on top also because not only does it last longer, you don't have to sit there and wait for the polish to dry!! read more
