My family and I went to this restaurant for the first time, and never will again. We ordered 2 butter noodles, 2 house burgers ,beef stroganoff, turkey sandwich and a flatbread. The house burgers were 17 dollars each for a the meat to be overcooked and not seasoned. The beef stroganoff was plain and lacking seasoning. The flatbread crust was rock hard and lacking toppings. The sandwich was tasteless and dry. The best tasting item was the kids butter noodles. Everything was bland and needing something more. In the way out it isn't a good look when the manager is drinking a beer. read more

My second visit here visit to M3, and I must say am Impressed. It's a beautiful facility and warm inviting decor is noticeable the moment you open the door. With a extensive menu, they have some delicious for everyone. This visit I was just looking for something simple and tried there cheese burger, with fries. The ground sirloin on a whole wheat bun was cooked to perfection. With the quality of the cheese and bacon made this a pretty amazing burger. My date had the Chicken Piccata and the chicken just melted in your mouth it was so tender, there mashed potato favoring was just perfect, as were the zucchini and other veggies. Our service was equally as impressive as the food. Very responsible prices with a warm inviting atmosphere makes M3 a place I will have to enjoy more often. This is a pretty nice place for lunch if you have time for a leisurely meal. Not a place I'd recommend for a quick lunch. Also, this is not a vegan friendly place, unless you'd like to order a salad and ask them to add beans? The black bean burger contains egg, unfortunately. Would love to see even one vegan dish called out on this very large menu! We arrived at noon on a Monday, and we didn't get our food served till about 1:05 PM. Everyone agreed the food was pretty good, and the price point is very reasonable. We had good service while we waited, getting checked on very well for drink refills. Parking may be easier for dinner hours, but our party had to hunt for parking spots in this shared lot. This restaurant was quite busy and it shares the lot with several other businesses. read more

I cannot find enough praise for M3. The atmosphere is awesome for a date night or for a casual night out. They do an AMAZING job of following COVID protocols as well, which was incredibly important to me. Staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and gave great recommendations. Their BBQ burger is EXCELLENT and believe me you do not want to miss out on the bun itself. Do yourself a favor, upgrade to their sweet potato fries, they pair well with the burger. I've been to M3 once before and remembered it being good so we decided a date night here would be perfect. There was plenty of parking and the restaurant was quiet. We were quickly seated and our server took a drink order right away. Their wine list prices were decent and I went with the house Cab. We started our meal with the stuffed risotto balls, deep fried and filled with cheese, with a delicious tomato based dipping sauce. For the entree, I went with the pasta rustica; rigatoni with braised beef and tomatoes. It was not your typical pasta dish in terms of sauce but it was rich and extremely satisfying. We also ordered the flank steak which was sliced to easily share and served with mashed potatoes and a seasonal veggie (zuccini and squash). We were completely stuffed and had some leftovers to take home by the end of the meal. I would recommend for anyone looking for a delicious dinner. M3 was better than I had expected! They had good wine selection (I got the Malbec) and local beers on the rotating handle. They didn't have an actual cocktail list but we were told the bartender was great! My friends and I ordered a few different things to try and share. The white mac and beef stroganoff were both so amazing! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce that was in both dishes had a unique delicious flavor. The dishes also came with a side of bread which I was not impressed with as it was hard and didn't have much flavor which was ok because I didn't know it came with it. What started out as a decent experience ended up being one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, if not the worst. M3 is a restaurant I have never heard of until one of my best friends chose this place for her birthday dinner. This place is located on South McCarran in the same shopping center as Starbucks. It was 6pm on a Saturday night for my friends dinner. My other friend called days ahead in advance to make a reservation. She actually called 3 times (remember this for later). We had a table for 8. When I arrived, the manager led me to the table and first thing he does is apologize to my friend because he messed up our table (we had requested a specific waiter, Kyle, and the manager said it's so busy his people messed up and gave away our table to another party). He assured us that our waitress Charlotte would take great care of us. This was no big deal at all. At first Charlotte was kind and even joked with us. She was patient when we ordered our food. She told us that she was not able to split checks as it was policy, however she could have us give her our cards and she would figure it out with split tenders (remember this for later). They had an extensive menu so it was hard for a large party like us to choose so quickly. I ordered the chicken piccata with mushrooms, capers, lemon butter sauce, mascarpone, and veggies. Most of my friends got the Mediterranean pasta. The food took a good while to come out, I would say 30+ min. Which didn't seem extremely long for us because as a large party we had conversations. Our food came out and some of my friends asked for more sauce and side of fries. Charlotte seemed irritated and kept telling us to give her a minute. I can't speak for my friends' meals but my chicken piccata was so salty it gave me a headache. We had our dinner and it was okay until we got our check. Charlotte told us to give her our cards and put how much we want on each card. We passed the check around and put our names next to what we are paying for. Charlotte took the bill and came back a minute later saying that her computer won't take that many cards and that we need to put the total we want on our card. She kept repeating that when we made the reservation they told us they cannot split checks. This is when all hell broke loose. My friends and I were rightfully irritated and when Charlotte walked past us she raised her voice at us and said "you guys can be mad at me all you want". Thankfully I have friends who don't take crap from people so they spoke up and told her to lower her voice, and to walk away. Charlotte yelled back and was very defensive. She kept claiming that when we made a reservation they told us they couldn't split checks. MY FRIEND CALLED THREE TIMES AND NOT ONCE DID THEY MENTION THEY COULD NOT SPLIT CHECKS. It turned out to be a yelling match in a full restaurant. Everyone turned their heads and it was HUMILIATING for all of us. I had my face looking down at my phone the entire time. The birthday girl decided to pay the entire check and had us Venmo her. We could have easily figured this out had the waitress not lose her temper and raise her voice at us. My friends requested to speak to the manager, Bill (?) which he eventually came and didn't really resolve much. I am surprised that I had this terrible dining experience. More importantly I'm so sad one of my best friends had her birthday dinner ruined by something so simple that could have been fixed had Charlotte not yell at us. This was very unprofessional. M3 needs to get their stuff together and make sure to tell people when they make reservations that they cannot split checks due to policy, because they sure as hell did not tell us. I have been here quite a few times and still thought it was just as good as the first time. It was pretty busy this time though but even then we were seated very quickly. We had water and our drink order taken within 5 minutes of being there. Our drinks were both very good and they made me one that I specially ordered and it was perfect!! I can't remember what our appetizer was called but they were cheese filled like rice balls (lol) and they were delicious! Quickly our entrees came out. There portions were large and everything was nice & hot! The grilled chicken sandwich is always soo yummy. My nana enjoyed her chicken as well. My favorite part about my visit was the pie! From the eclectic menu we chose two options to share: the prime rib dip sandwich with fries and the salmon tacos (server said they were a best-seller) with a side of slaw. Everything was delicious - the fries were piping hot and well-seasoned, the prime dip sandwich was loaded with tender beef. Two salmon tacos were more than enough to share - very tasty. I believe this spot has been open for about a week now without advertising. And at 5 pm was filling up pretty good. Note the entrance is on the Lakeside of the building so you don't have to walk around the entire building to find the right door- like me. The interior is very nice- rustic painted cement floor and walls that look like various reclaimed boards. I like the over all appearance. Being the first time there, the only server I can comment on was Charlotte. Damn that girl is a perfect server. Subtle suggestions - a drink from the bar, "we have a great bartender." Or an appetizer or two while looking the menu over. She saw my indecision and said take your time, I'll bring the drinks. For a new restaurant she seemed to know the menu pretty good and made a couple of suggestions. One two sided menu has sandwich, burger $10-14, salad $9-15 and small plate choices $9-14. The second menu had more of a dinner selection - ribeye $20, pasta $13, and lamb chop $18. The food arrived on, my personal favorite, HOT plates. My three tacos were so stuffed you couldn't fold them in half and tender beef, fresh crisp cabbage and a creamy cool cilantro sauce. Hubby enjoyed the rigatoni with mushrooms and chicken in a cream sauce. A nice variety of wines from $5 to $11 a glass and also available by the bottle. Also a reasonable beer list. Of coarse Charlotte returns with a final suggestion and tease of some decadent sounding desserts. Next time, we were just too full. I've always heard great things about this place from coworkers and finally decided to give it a try. It was a family member's birthday so I set a reservation. They only allow reservations for bigger groups (8 or more) or at least that's what the guy told me on the phone. All smaller groups are walk in only. The ambiance is nice in there, restrooms are downstairs and they have gaming at the bar. Their menu has so many different things, so no matter who you have coming with you they are bound to find a few things they want. I can't believe I've never reviewed this place. It used to be my go to place when i visited my aunt but since she moved I don't go there much any more. Post the last Greek class, a few people from class went for Lamb burgers. They were amazing cooked perfectly to medium rare. I got sweet potato fries which were perfectly crunchy and not greasy. The only surprise on the plate was the ketchup ... this is not Hienz its was a curry ketchup. I loved it but a few of my friends were not fans. No worries they had regular ketchup as well. The place was jumping on a Monday night at 730PM. Yet our food came out quickly. There is a bar with a few slot machines. Booths and tables on the main floor. There's more seating in the basement but I've never been downstairs. If you can't do the stairs they have an elevator. I guess it would be classified as a gastro-pub. No matter what you call it ...it's great food, friendly service with a local vibe. Which might be surprising because its in a business strip mall. read more

My mushroom risotto was so flavorful, the chicken quesadilla was too spicy for mom but Sam took it right back and brought a new one without spice in short order. Went here for the first time last Saturday, 3/24/18. Wanted to try someplace I hadn't been to before and since this was in the area where my dining companion lives, we decided to give it a try! What a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable, casual feel...we sat at the bar instead of the dining room because there were a few tables with kids in there. Mind you, I have nothing against kids as long as they're well behaved, but, I didn't want to take the chance of having my meal disrupted by any ill behaved ones. We shared an appetizer: STUFFED RISOTTO BALLS $9-risotto/fresh water mozzarella/panko crust/creamy dipping sauce. VERY tasty...a great homage to a classic arancini. The dipping sauce tasted like a red pepper puree. Entrees... I ordered: GRILLED FLANK STEAK $18-marinated flank steak/sautéed mushrooms/cabernet reduction/gorgonzola butter/garlic mashed potatoes/seasonal vegetables. Very impressed...I ordered it cooked "Chef's Choice" and it came out a perfect Medium Rare, just the way I like it. The Cab Reduction, Sauteed Mushrooms and the Gorgonzola Butter were amazing compliments to the steak and the sides were delicious! I've been here maybe 6 times over the last two months and they've done a great job each time! They are covid compliant from everything I could see. The building is lovely and the interior rustic. There is lots of parking and even a private party room in the basement. This will be a great place to hang out when the pandemic is over and we're safe to hang out again! Note - I've never seen a child there. I think everyone realizes that it is a quiet(ish) place for adults to go on dates, sans children. Don't get me wrong, I adore the kiddos but I also like a break! :-) Staff is friendly, food is quick and delicious. Salsa & guacamole: basic, but tasty. Mussels in spicy chorizo broth: delicious, fresh, and perfectly spicy. Lamb burger: not too fatty, delicious fig spread. We have been waiting to try this local restaurant, having been to both of the Moxies locations we were eager to finally make it to M3. We split the shrimp and grits that was served with spinach. Great dish with a slightly spicy creole flavor sauce with andouille sausage & large shrimp,(but not overly spicy by any means.) grits were perfectly cooked. We also opted for two appetizers we shared, see photos of the stuffed Risotto balls with a tomato basil dipping sauce. These were absolutely WONDERFUL and stuffed with a delicious mozzarella. Next was the coconut shrimp, great large shrimp but a bit over cooked, so they were a bit tough and due to overcooking the coconut flavor didn't shine through. They pair with a marmalade type spicy dip that was very flavorful. We had a key lime pie, served in a small shareable portion that was delightful in a short mason cup topped with whipped cream. Our second-chance visit was worse than the first. My wife and I dressed nicely, and decided to give M3 another chance to win us over with a Saturday afternoon dinner. There were plenty of empty tables, as it was just turning 5p, and we were seated within arm's reach of our server's point-of-sale station. Our server, whom we heard called Sam, was standing directly behind where I was seated, and walked past us several times to check on other tables, but never stopped by to greet us. The busser was polite while greeting us with glasses of water, and she also brought me a slice of lemon with a smile. When our server finally did visit our table, she didn't welcome us to the restaurant or mention her who she was, but instead bluntly asked for our orders. My wife gave hers, and I began to give mine but was sharply corrected while ordering. When I pointed out the menu's grammar error that caused confusion she loudly snapped 'Well I didn't write the menu' back at me. I asked her for a moment to find something else, while my wife and I questioned whether we should remain for our visit after such a sour start. When Sam returned, I gave my order and she promptly walked off without a word to enter our orders. We regretted not getting an appetizer, as no table snacks such as bread are served at Moxies. Our dishes were delivered by a gentleman a short while later, and the food was prepared well. My wife needed more than a butter knife to cut her food, so we waited for our server to check back in on us. After five minutes, I simply turned over my shoulder to ask, but this turned into an argument. When I explained that my request was for my wife, she returned with a steak knife. We ate our meals without interruption, although our water glasses were nearly empty. When we finished our meal, Sam asked if were interested in dessert. We declined, and she had the check ready. I requested a refill of water, and we stayed for just a few minutes longer. On our way out, I politely offered my phone number to the manager so that we might discuss our concerns. I was told that I should hear from him by mid-week, but did not receive his call. While the food was fine, our server (Sam.) lacked hospitality from the start while being argumentative. read more

In particular, Kyle, Ryan and George are top-notch bartenders/servers and are really nice people. Same goes for Bill, the manager.
