Honest company my light came on in my jeep Every body in town wanted $100 to $200 just to tell me what was wrong. OMG, Mac's saved our getaway weekend. We were visiting CA from Phoenix and the A/C went out on our KIA. We called them on a Saturday and Larry said he could get us in right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue and didn't have the parts in stock to do the full repair but reloaded us with freon so we had AC for the rest of our trip - a necessity when crossing the desert of California and Arizona. He could have gouged us considering how desperate we were, but he got us back on the road in less than an hour for a far lower cost than I would have expected. Worst customer service I've ever encountered from an owner. Melissa, at the front desk, is awesome and tried her best to help me. Larry was a total jerk and treated me like I was bothersome when he didn't completely ignore me. I made an appointment, came in, and Larry hadn't put my appointment in the books. I saw there were great reviews for this place so I dropped by to replace my rear rotor and brake pads. The owner was super nice. I came in at 8am and left at 10:30am. I could've left earlier but the owner left the store and I couldn't leave because I didn't sign the paperwork. I ended up being late to work more than needed. But other than that service was good. I totally agree with Shawn S. I purchased a year wheels alignment warranty from Groupon for $53 for my Acura. Back and forth to this shop three times for the wheels alignment and they still didn't align my car properly. They even provide a report to let you believe that they did a good job. Eventually I gave up I went to Acura dealership and pay $130 dollars for alignment and that addressed all the issues. Because of their poor job to my car, my new tires was worn out on one side and can't do the cross side rotation anymore. thank you mac's auto care for damaging my new tires and wasting my time and $. Brought my car in after noticing an issue with the air conditioner drainage in my car. The staff was very accommodating and made time to take a look and fix the issue very promptly. The price was extremely reasonable, most auto shops will nickle and dime you wherever they can, but not Mac's, my bill was actually LESS than I expected because the issue wasn't as bad as I thought.
