This place was super packed when we got there but we didn't have to wait to long. The food was pretty good the menu is just huge. So it takes a minute to go through it. They give you bread while you wait but ours was cold like they were frozen and they hasn't been heated then up all the way. Probably because they were so busy. Go in. I have never gone in, but I had delivery through order up. Mistake. They are way over priced for the small portion size and the food is always cold and dry. A hard feat to accomplish. I ordered a $16 plate of ravioli and got a few dry ravioli with half frozen slush in the middle. I called the restaurant thinking it was probably a kitchen mistake and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Not even on hold, she just set the phone on the counter so I could listen to the wait staff complain about their tables for 15 minutes, until someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called back. A manager finally spoke with me, after I explained she informed me that there was no mistake, that's how it was supposed to be. She then told me that if I brought it back in they'd be happy to warm it up. .. seriously. I declined. She said she'd mail me a coupon for a replacement. I again declined. This place has the best food compared to choices in the mall. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. This is the place to eat at in the mall.

Ate there about 5 times now. The ribs are excellent, but the burgers and steak are dry and lack seasoning. I had high expectations but the food and service didn't live up to it. On 3 occasions it took forever for a server to come get our order, and when our order finally came in, they didn't even give us utensils. Disappointed. read more

This is a very loud bar-like atmosphere and has an insane amount of dishes on the menu which could be good or bad, in my case it was awful. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, did not read description where it states that it comes with bleu cheese which a fault on my end so I ask for a remake pizza because blue cheese is not enjoyable to me. The waitress was very friendly and put my order in right away however when it came there was barely any chicken and way too much cheese and there was also... yes you guessed it: blue cheese, cooked into the pizza this time. When i discovered this I was at home eating my leftovers and trying to figure out why the pizza tasted like it had gone bad. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor, feels very relaxing. The menu selection was a bit overwhelming, so in the future, we will go online and pick what interest us to save time for the servers and ourselves. The food was absolutely great, and the choices would seem to fit all savory appetites including vegetarian. It appears one may have to wait a bit longer for their ordered food items, however, I believe the staff takes pride in the preparation and appearance of your ordered item. I called ahead a week or two ago to put my name on the list for my birthday dinner. They don't take reservations but they explained it as just being put at the top of the list to cut down on the wait time. I had a large party (10 people) and was told that the wait would be 20-30 minutes and that since my group was so large we would be seated before the few other groups that had called ahead. I was also told to come tell the woman at the front when everyone from my party had arrived and we would be seated. We weren't. Every other group was seated before us, and we ended up waiting an hour to be seated. I placed a big order today, almost $200, and it was not worth it. My fiancé and father went to go pick up the food and they came back with 2 bags. We go through the bags and notice that we are missing food and they gave me something I didn't ask for(I'll get back to that), we call and they said," you guys left a bag behind." I ask my fiancé and father about it and they said that a lady came up to the with only 2 bags of food and asked them to sign for it. We are 20 minutes away from the restaurant so by the time we actually got to eat the food was cold. Now back to the food I didn't ask for, I ordered the BBQ brisket dinner and asked for no mac and cheese because it had pork bacon. When we went back to get the rest of the food we told them about the brisket order. They took the plate and just scraped the macaroni and cheese off. I cannot eat pork last time I ate it I ended up in the hospital. Thankfully I noticed it and didn't assume it was fresh brisket. I would never eat here again or recommend this place to anyone else. The foods was great, the temperature of the food was perfect. This is the first time we have been here and the staff was very courteous and friendly. One and only problems was the service or should I say lack of service. One example is after we finished dinner we waited 15 minutes for the server to show up. Most of the food was good but service is lacking. I know they recently opened but they were struggling with basic things-bar drinks took at least ten minutes, a can of Smartmouth was brought from the bar with no glass, a margarita was delivered with no straw then the straw was brought to us bare-handed. No refills were brought unless specifically asked for. Food runners tried to bring us the wrong food, the manager was delivering food to the table next to us and was holding a plate of steamed broccoli at an angle, the liquid from the broccoli spilled in the floor in front of our table and no one noticed. This is my new favorite restaurant at Springfield town center. Not only do they have outdoor seating, which is a huge plus, the level of service is wonderful. We continually come back because of the amazing food and service. Yesterday when we went to eat and grab some drinks we again had another wonderful server, Bethany. She continually checked on us throughout our time there to make sure we had what we needed. While we were there, Don, who is a manager stopped by to say hello. He remembered is us from our previous visits and ensured we had everything we needed and we were taken care of. I love Maggie McFlys and will continue to come back. Please Fly away from Maggie McFly's. This place was an absolute disappointment. First, the menu is way too big. If there is too much on the menu, you know that they don't specialize in anything. Once we took the time to read through the menu, we settled on a few items. This was a Tuesday evening around 6 and the place was pretty empty. I ordered the she crab bisque and was informed that they were out. Then as a back up, we ordered the weinersnitchel and were informed that they were out of that as well. Finally, we ordered the lobster roll and the truck tacos. We seemed to wait forever for the food to finally come out and the tacos were cold. The lobster roll was basically served on a buttered hot dog roll instead of the specialty roll they claim to serve it on. The roasted brussel sprouts were like charcoal briquettes. The only saving grace was our server who kept our drinks filled. A manager finally came over and took the lobster rolls off the bill and gave us a $15 gift card to come back. Sorry, I definitely will not be back. I ended up throwing the gift card out. I was going to give it to a homeless person but the food at the shelter is probably better than the food at Maggie McFly's. read more

Since I heard great reviews, we tried Maggie's for lunch for the office. I knew since one of us ordered the steak that it would take longer than usual and the order was $120 worth. I never leave negative feedback because I know 3rd world problems. I would normally give this place 5 stars based on variety of selections and attention to detail but our last visit really was not good. We have one child who has an allergy to dairy. We ensured we notified the waitress and because she wasn't one of our regular servers, I became uneasy. However, after my reiterations, she ensured us how "oh no, yeah, we take allergies seriously here." So that let my guard down as she agreed to check everything. The night went downhill after the calamari came out. We had no idea there was milk in the batter but our youngest just went to town on them since dinner was a bit late. The rest of the food started to come out and his pasta had cheese all over it. We told the staff and they apologized and returned it to the kitchen. The salad for him was also dropped off without dressing- because it fell off the plate as they were delivering it, hit the floor, and splashed his Mom all over the face. Imagine all that white dressing all over your face. And when we asked what was brought out, our server said "creamy Italian..." So, from the appetizer, to the pasta and meatball with plenty of cheese on top to the salad dressing being a creamy one... were allergies really taken seriously? Needless to say, after the calamari appetizer hit his system, he projectile vomited all over the restaurant and the nausea, vomiting and diarrhea continued all through the night. Imagine trying to rush your kid to the bathroom only to have him vomit all over the restaurant in front of other patrons then spend the rest of the night at home throwing up. We specifically said and even reiterated what the allergies are and we were assured there would be no dairy served. This has happened before at other restaurants but I cannot understand the apparent blatant disregard for allergies during this visit. It is one thing if there are cross-contamination issues because the kitchen cannot avoid them all. But to drop food on the table in front of the child who we think is good to go, only to have him suffer for the next 3 days. Well, as you can imagine, a 7 year old going through this in public and experiencing all that discomfort, he did not eat for days. $160 dinner was very disappointing. read more

So...with this being so close to my office we have checked it out a few times. At first light I really liked the fact that they showcased local item. I am not a huge fan of menus that are truly overwhelming...think Cheesecake Factory. It's just too much and not worth it. I've never found a restaurant that executes that many dishes on a top notch level...how could you? We went in the first week they were open with a party of 20 and I have to say for it being brand new they did a pretty good job. The biggest complaint that time would be that it was nearly 20 minutes from the first cover drop to the last. That was definitely inconvenient and some of our guests had to leave while others were still eating. The other times I have been in the food has been good...the Tuna Poke Stack is on point, light and great for lunch. The service was amazing one time, ok a couple of time and pretty awful stinking awful one time. My biggest pet peeve is an empty glass...my bigger pet peeve is when I have a water and a tea and they are both empty. Really never an excuse for that. If you are not easily overwhelmed and can look past the copious amount of choices you have..then check them out. Typical high ceiling, bar feel atmosphere, but broken up so you don't feel like it is too loud, or crowded. Could not tell you about desserts...who has room for that lol read more

This is the first time visiting this place after hearing all about it from a few of my other friends! I came with a big group of people who have never been there as well. I was hoping this place would live up to its hype, but for me it did not. It just seemed pretty average. First off they don't make reservations, but they do have priority seating. I called in advanced and they reassured me that there would be a table for us but it'd take 15-30 min. When my friends and I got there, there wasn't many people there to start off with.. but for some reason it took them almost an hour to get a table for all of us and to be seated. It wasn't a busy nights. The location and the variety of drinks were awesome, but the food was mediocre. I got the spinach artichoke dip and they do give so many items to dip, but not enough dip. It's not something I would get again. Also, my bf got the fish tacos and again.. wasn't too impressed. Went yesterday for the first time and was pretty disappointed. The food when finally brought out correctly was great but the service was not. Multiple times the waitress came over and would have an excuse for why we all had no drinks or why the meals came out wrong which the complete wrong meal was rang out and then when corrected they still charged for the wrong meal which was more expensive than what was actually ordered. The waitress also informed us multiple times how they were understaffed and that is why, which being it was a Saturday night really shouldn't be happening. Below is the French dip I ordered. Very disappointing presentation and size. But the pic is how I received it. Very small and not a pretty presentation. Once I took a bite, I opened it to find one thin slice of over cooked meat ( nearing beef jerky texture) with cheese and onions. So this was my first & last visit. The place smelled like someone overcleaned with Clorox. I had a headache for the rest of the day. I don't want to smell cleaning supplies, I want to smell yummy food.... that did not happen. The place was empty upon my arrival at noon on a Friday....hummm should have rethought my choice. The hostess tried to sit my table as far back in the restaurant by the kitchen. In my opinion the worst seat in the house. I requested another table and apparently I annoyed her.
