Birthday fun, check! My daughter wanted to go bowling for her birthday and this was closest to home. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. We walked in and went to pay for bowling and seen they had a Monday special. 3 activities (bowling, laser tag and gravity ropes) were included and we took advantage of bowling and laser tag. The special was $10.95/person and from what I understood, there was no time limit just 1 hour increments. While we waited for a lane we played a game of laser tag, neither my girls or I have ever played before but had a blast. We then bowled a game, had dinner and then wanted to play another game of laser tag. My youngest is 4 and it was fun to watch her with this big ole thing on her lugging around. We had dinner there but the food wasn't all that great. My girls pizza was the best thing we ordered. The nachos should've been called a bean nachos because it was loaded with beans and really nothing else. I prefer my wings to be a little more crispy but that's my preference and I should've asked for them naked and just dip it. However, rides have a wait List so make reservation as soon as you get in. Bowling was a 2 hour wait and laser tag was 45 min. I had three 9 year olds and they would have staged a Full on revolt if I told them there were no tickets aka prizes. The games are pricey! Like even the super basic chucky cheese 1990s game. Basically $20 can get you 10-12 Plays on a game. Great if your 70 and you walk really slow from game to game. Horrible if your 9 because your magical game card will be at zero in about 15-20 min max. Do the math $20 bucks in 15-20 min. Option #2 is you have them do unlimited but no tickets. It's timed and everything has a waiting list. We had a few games jam while we were there. The game was right next to the service desk/bowling reservation. Trying to flag a millennial employee from the service desk was nearly impossible even if they stared right at you and no one was in line. I'm talking I was 15 feet from 3 of them. Literally one looked right at me then turned her back to continue a conversation with her buddies. Seriously?!? The guys in the ticket exchange prize store were great. Super helpful and kind. I would rate the food but we never got that far. I can be reasonably patient on a busy Saturday night but this was ridiculous. Got the text that our table for two was ready while the kids played their games. Hostess sat us at a booth but NO WAITRESS ever came!! We watched as another couple came and sat in our area and she helped them within 5 minutes! Then a big group of at least 10 came, the same waitress started their order next. My card was charged twice and I've been calling over and over and no answer. I wasn't going to leave a review but man I must say today did not go good at all. The moment I walked in it was problem after problem and it started with the very moment I swiped my card for us to go bowling. The second issue was when we got to our lanes it kept fouling us and we sat there for like 20-30mins as they were trying to figure it out and they finally moved us. The guy said he was going to credit back our hour and half but that never happened. The Third issue was the worst and that started when we went to do the gravity course, The blonde lady was yelling at everyone to be fast and she didn't give us time to finish course. For someone who paid to have fun on the course with their friends and family there is no reason we should have been treated the way we did up there. Recently I went for a work party and the service was amazing. Once I got there I was slightly confused on where I should be but that was quickly resolved by the front desk workers who helped me find out where to go. The games were fun and the food was pretty good. Our hosts that were with us were very friendly as well as the girl in the food place. I like this place. Things to do for everyone. Arcade, laser tag, bowling, billiards, shuffleboard, and some type of suspension playground. Plus food and bar. Only downside of course is the price so purchase the food and game combos. Sirloin Steak, calamari, and fries. I ordered the steak medium but it was still tough. I ate it anyway, I was hungry. Derek was not only gracious and hospitable towards our son with special needs his professionalism and willingness to meet Myles at his level was truly astounding. Derek and his staff not only welcomed us but took the time to play laser tag with us. I am not a fan of this establishment. The amount of tables they have are to little for the amount of guests. It is all open seating so the lack of table space becomes a fight to get a seat. The wait is always 3 hours plus for bowling. Even though there is open lanes. The wait on all games is 1 hour plus even though lines are minimal. Under staffed and over priced. Would recommend Dave and busters and flip side over main event any day. If you have kids in diapers be aware there are no changing tables in the restrooms. read more

I asked if I had to scan my card to play and they just pointed at the vests without saying a word. The wife and I are regulars (at least a few times a month) and love the Gilbert location. We almost always just play the games and don't do any of the ropes, laser tag, bowling, etc...not really our thing. Some of the interactive games are in need of repair, specifically Kung Fu Panda. It's a really fun game and we love to play it, but the pads are unresponsive a lot of times, which means you can never win the bonus. The bathrooms, while clean, often have wastebaskets overflowing on a busy Friday or Saturday night. We also love the Wizard of Oz game, but sometimes find no coins are dispensing as well as character cards. For the record, this is our favorite game and can easily throw-down $100 bucks just on this game as it is super addictive and fun. Tip: Sign up for their email club as they offer some pretty decent coupons...usually $40 of play for $20. read more

Not going to lie the first night was great. We got a 1hr card and had a ton of fun. We then did the gravity ropes which we quickly found out were a rip off. $9 for like 5 mins. Kinda sucks. However they quickly made up for it by giving us 4HRS worth of game cards. We decided to come back the next night and use our cards and left VERY dissatisfied. Half of the games were broken. The Fast and Furious game had a very unresponsive steering wheel. The Mario game next to that had joysticks that were falling off. A lot of the basketball games were missing balls. Another racing games steering wheel was falling off and some of the skeeball machines would take the card but give no balls. The 2 shooters, Alien and Terminator both had at least one the wrong with the gun. And Transformers was also broken. I know I just gave you a FAT list but I needed to emphasize just how many were broken. However we still had some fun with some of the games. Then we decided hey. We have another 2 hrs to kill, let's play some bowling. So we grab our shoes and some balls and before I go into it, I do want to stress that their equipment has probably been heavily used because the shoes were trash and the lanes were not oiled at all. My grandpa held a 217 avg for at least 7 years and a 210 for 10 years so you could say he is experienced so most of the things I am taking from him. He said that everything kinda felt off to him. It shows in his score of 170. My father also said that it felt off to him with his score being 149. So in the end, while this was a fun experience I don't know if I can recommend it with how much things were broken and how the bowling lanes were. Now that was just the fun, how about the food? That is why this place has 3 stars because their food is actually pretty dang good. We had some pizza the first night as well as some drinks and the second time some Shirley temples and again, more drinks. They were all great!!! The pizza wasn't just the cheap newspaper and cheese that a lot of places like this serve but instead was some edible pizza. At the end of the day this place is all right but I only recommend if you have a deal or if you really want to play some arcade games but even then your better buying a PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch. read more

This place is incredibly overpriced, aside from that they are deceptive and dishonest. They had a special on arcade tokens advertised prominently all over the place that said "entree and $30 game tokens for $32" I asked them how to use this offer and they said "just go eat in the restaurant, and let your server know when you pay." We did that, but when it came time to pay the server said "oops, we're sorry, that special ONLY applies to these 4 'entrees'" (basically kids meals) so they expected me to pay full price instead for ordering of the menu. Not only does that make the 'deal' not really worth using, it's clearly designed to deceive people into ordering and then being forced to pay for more expensive entrees by not explaining the limitations up front. read more

This place has a ton of stuff to do, my brother and I stopped in on a Friday night around 6 and there was already a 90 minute wait to bowl so we had to do other stuff which worked out great. We nabbed a pool table and ordered food and drinks. The food was fantastic and our server was nice and attentive, my only beef was that the pool tables are to close together and it was hard to make a few shots without poking people.
