These Guys are amazing!! I've been meaning to write a review a long time ago, but i couldnt remember my yelp password lol. We were referred by our home warranty... just bought a house and didnt know what to expect. They weren't open on saturdays but accomodated us! already a PLUS. We had a leak coming from the water heater in our garage, and this has been going on for a few months (3-4 months to be exact). Right when they arrived, they instantly knew what the problem was without us telling them. They briefly examined it and went right to work. 1-2 hours later, everything was up and running great ! they came prepared, exchanged our water heater and fix a couple of pipes. Our whole house plumbing was backed up, since we had a home warranty the insurance contacted plumbing company , I was contacted by Mainland Plumbing that they would be out. They were even early (yeah!) Joey was our technician ..he explained everything to me so understood what the problem could be. He quickly got the clog resolved. We had a leak in our wall. Called and was told how much it would cost for them to come out and cut open the wall to find out the problem and go from there. Great. Had them come out and they opened our wall and discovered the problem fairly easily. Told us what it would cost. My Husband then confirmed that the price would include replacing our dry wall. We were then told NO they do not do dry wall. I would have appreciated knowing this information initially when I called and was told they would be cutting into our wall. So now our pipe is fixed but we have a massive hole in the wall until my Husband can get help fixing it.... read more

We had a leak coming from the water lines in our attic. The water was ruining our ceiling. We actually had Rood Doctors come out and do some work for a lot of money. They thought they had solved the problem, but the leak continued. We called Mainline Plumbing and they came out right away, located the leak and fixed the problem all within a couple of hours. Tony came out and did an above and beyond job. I've worked for a plumbing company that made me sketchy about all plumbing companies but based on their reviews, I gave them a call but got their voicemail. I left them a message and my call was returned within half an hour. I was lucky that I was able to have a technician come out today because I had a broken shower knob. Not only was Tony knowledgeable in all things plumbing, but he was kind enough to teach me as he was working and was able to answer all my why's. They quoted me a good price and this company is sincere and gets to the point without trying to charge one for more than is needed. It is not hard to miss, just based off Tony's amazing customer service, that this company cares about it's customers and sees us as people instead of dollar signs. I had a problem with my hot water heater tank. I called Mainline and Trey came out to diagnose it within 2 hours that same day. My interaction with him was mainly done through telephone contact but he was polite and professional the entire time. He provided detailed diagnoses and recommendations. He even went as far as provide recommendations on how I can save more money. He answered all my questions promptly and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up taking his advice and got a new water heater tank. He was able to install it in less than 2 hours the same day. He was very efficient. On two separate occasions our home warranty had us contact a different company for our plumbing needs. The first time about 6 months ago we had a terrible experience trying to get necessary repairs. The next morning they called me before heading out to the property. They called me again once they had accessed the problem. Gave me a quote over the phone, I gave them the ok to do the repairs. I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried everything under the sun to fix myself and even purchased a snake to try and clear the clog. I urgently needed a plumber and contacted Mainline Plumbing. Tara was very helpful and got me an appointment the very next day. Carmelo and Devon showed up 30 minutes early which was GREAT for me! They wore face masks and were very polite. They both cleared the pipes in only a few minutes and even offered to clean their footprints off off my kitchen floor! I had already made a huge mess with water under the sink and needed to clean, but that was very kind of Carmelo to offer. Devon even explained what they were doing after I began asking questions, but only because I like to learn and am a first time homeowner and Devon seemed happy to educate me and did not appear to be irritated at all. I bought my home with an electric stove and wanted to switch it over to gas. I was told by my friends it was too difficult and would be very expensive. So I decided to call and get multiple estimates. Out of all the estimates I received, Mainline Plumbing came out and gave me the most affordable, and accurate estimate I had hoped for and they were in and out of my kitchen in a few hours with no mess! They even helped me hook up my new stove, to be sure my oven got hot and stayed hot. I was so impressed with their great work that I called them out again for an emergency clog in my kitchen sink, (FYI, never put celery in the garbage disposal!! ). They were out very quickly, even though it was a Sunday, and they were extremely professional and oh, did I mention that this all happened during a pool party of 25 people.
