It also came with a side salad. The whole bowl is perfectly balanced and not overly salty for bulgogi which was great. The fried egg in my bowl was fried to perfection, the rice was fluffy and the chicken was flavorful and juicy. I also got a side of spicy sauce, which was delicious. There was an initial zing, which led into a spicy sweet medley that then carried as a low burn. Definitely enhanced whatever I put it on! Would recommend grabbing a side of spicy sauce. So yummy. The dumplings were delicious and the dipping sauce paired so well. It was light, refreshing, and just enough vinegar to balance and brighten the savory dumplings. The Beef Galbi was enjoyed by my niece. She was pleasantly surprised that there were generous portions of beef and it was very flavorful. Manduyo was the first food stand to catch my eye at Blossom Hall. The box lunches were cute and compact with lots of veggies. I ordered the "Insane Tteokgalbi" with cheese and kimchi - tteokgalbi being a type of beef and pork patty according to their menu. Everything was delicious, from the juicy and cheesy tteokgalbi to the refreshing salad (the dressing was surprisingly really good). The pricing is the only reason that I'm giving Manduyo 4/5 stars. This little lunch box (which was admittedly very filling) was almost $20 with tip. I am all for supporting smaller businesses (especially ones that serve great food!), but I'm hesitant to make frequent returns to Manduyo because of how expensive it is. Otherwise, the food is delicious and I would highly recommend trying them out at least once. read more

Stopped here for a quick bite. No line and I ordered 5 dumplings which took about 15 minutes. The dumplings are a bit smaller than regular size dumplings but they come with a salad. Paid $8 which I think would have been fine if they were regular size dumplings. The dumplings were warm but could have been hotter. By the time I got to dumpling number 5 it was cold so they could definitely improve there. Taste was ok but I liked the salad more. 3.5/5 stars read more

Yummy! The food was ready quickly and tasted yummy. We ordered the Fantastic Spicy Tteokgalbi which certainly had a little kick. It was served with a fried egg and salad. I didn't understand the point of the salad. Ours didn't come with a dressing so it seemed rather bland next to the spicy dish but perhaps that was the point. Location/Parking Located in Blossom Market. We were able to park right up front as they had 20minute parking for curbside and order pick-up. The line was incredibly long, so naturally, I had to see what this place was all about. I was greeted by a cashier -- he said his name was Matthew -- who was very warm and welcoming. For my meal, I got their Breathtaking Galbi. It came in a single bowl of salad, marinated short ribs, and white rice. It was absolutely delicious! The meat was super soft and juicy, and the salad dressing was phenomenal! I always believe first impressions are everything, and from what I experienced, I am definitely coming back. From Manduyo's beautiful presentation of its rice box to the taste of their extraordinary dishes, you just can't get enough of their food. The Breathtaking Galbi is my personal favorite as it has a sweet and savory marinade which the short ribs have absorbed so well. The short ribs are so tender and just fall off the bone with every bite you take. Meanwhile, I have tried the other rice dishes as well which are the Signature Tteokgalbi, Fantastic Spicy Tteokgalbi, and the Insane Tteokgalbi with cheese and kimchi. I have to say that all of these rice dishes were so delicious as well! If you like a bit of spiciness to your meal, I would recommend getting the Fantastic Spicy Tteokgalbi that comes with rice, salad, the spicy minced beef and pork patty, and a fried egg on top. It was my first time visiting and have heard about Blossom Market Hall through social media. My partner and I shared a beef galbi & Tteokalbi and both were delicious! I also do appreciate their packaging and how they pack your food. Many seating areas, indoor and outdoors. I can imagine this place can get pretty busy during lunch hours and occasionally dinner hours. Finding parking on the street was a breeze but that's because we came on a Wednesday night. From presentation to taste, this was an amazing experience. The packaging was great and the food was very neat and clean. The service was great and very friendly. I was quite impressed by their dumplings. The dumpling was really good in my opinion, as a Korean, this is kind of rare and hard to come across. The reason being, its not very provocative flavor. To some, it might taste a little bland, that is most likely caused by having too much frozen Korean dumplings that are a bit too strong in flavor. This hits the spot, there is a reason they give you soy sauce. None of the dumplings exploded, and the texture was quite chewy. On top of that, they presented the food really well, which was a nice experience. The tteokgalbi was also very well made, a little different from what I expected. Even the rice was well cooked, this may seem odd, but if a restaurant knows how to make a rice correctly, you know you can trust everything else. I love the Rice 2 Meet U bowl they have, the portion is good and the taste is even better. The meat isn't dry at all and it's seasoned really well; my first experience with Korean food was at Gen's, but I'm glad Manduyo gave me the experience of what quality Korean food is like. I just wish I had a bigger appetite to be able to finish the bowl in one sitting instead of saving it for two meals in a day.
