    Latte (I forgot the flavor)
    Siri B.

I've been here in fall last year and this place is a less known brunch spot in Saratoga. Didn't expect the food to be so delicious and the experience to be so epic, especially for the seasonal soup priced at $4. The video attached shows the high end experience I got for the fall soup... Loved their coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was nothing special but good enough for a breakfast spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff wasn't super friendly but they were not mean either. They were welcoming. I loved the chef explaining all the ingredients in the soup.

2 creme filled Bomboloni, 1 Sfogliatella, 1 cinnamon roll with vanilla bean frosting

We've only tried their pastries so far but Ooooo those bomboloni are good. Big and fluffy and filled with either chocolate or vanilla pastry cream inside. Decadent. My SO also likes the cinnamon roll, with its thick slather of vanilla bean frosting and the crispy sfogliatella is also very good. I'd like to go back and try their brunch and they also have a Dubai chocolate croissant that sounds great. Very friendly staff as well. Always with a smile.

Food, Service = 5; Ambiance = 4 Thanks to Too Good To Go (TGTG) discovered a new brunch place to properly try, especially at a future monthly breakfast date w/Dad. This review was for the THTG bakery goods with a couple of seasonal items. All in house made. The pumpkin cake was super moist, well balanced spices, and perfect sweetness reminding my hubby the childhood cakes his Italian Nanny made from scratch. The remaining pastries were buttery and can enjoy the purity of flavors. Reheating it slightly brings back that freshly baked crispiness. I also ordered a mocha and dirty chai latte to enjoy with pastries at home. Our plan is to enjoy brunch before our next TGTG pick up. Plan for next TGTG

Grilled cheese with pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella and bacon. Yum! French fries were great.

What a great find for lunch ( or breakfast)! The food was fresh, delicious and portions were generous. We each had the melted cheese sandwich with cherry tomatoes and pesto on fresh baked bread. And - excellent bacon as well. Awesome! The French fries were crisp and thin - a real bonus! Fruit was nicely prepared and generous. The owner was delightful and clearly proud of his food. When we heard a customer rave about the almond croissant we decided to buy one - wow! So good. Don't miss it. Definitely going back.

Delicious food with great bread and baked goods! I especially loved the warm chocolate chip cookie. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the café has a lovely vibe -- colorful, bright, and adorned with beautiful paintings and large windows. I ordered the Turkish eggs and absolutely loved them, while my partner had the chicken parm sandwich and declared it the best he's ever had. Vegetarian options are somewhat limited, but everything we tried was delicious.

Can't believe that I have never been here, such a cute place right in our backyard. 10 of us met for lunch as one of our high school friends was visiting from overseas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Parking was easy, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing and intimate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We all enjoyed the decor, artwork and excellent service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food choices were pretty good, there were options for smaller portions which most of us can finish. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were a little noisy but at no time feeling unwelcomed or pressured to leave.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We certainly had a wonderful time, Loved the food too. A great place to meet friends over an enjoyable meal.

This was a pretty solid brunch place we happened to come across after hiking. We got here around 2:30-3PM, so it was an odd time to get lunch or dinner. We just so happened to pull into a parking spot right in front of Mangia Mornings when we wanted to stop and look up a place to eat, so I guess it was sorta meant to be, haha. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is open seating so you're free to sit wherever there's an available spot, but I think you'll have to grab menus from the counter first.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We opted to sit outside because it was a nice and serene day to do so.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My partner opted for a Mangia Omelette with a side of hash brown and sourdough toast. I chose an avocado toast since I wasn't looking for a full meal, so this was enough. My avocado toast came on a big piece of toast, and they're pretty generous with the avocado, although I think it could have used a bit more seasoning. Some of the micro greens were looking wee sad and it was a bit pricey for a piece of toast, but it was good and just the right amount of food I was looking for. My partner thought his omelette was pretty good too. I got to sample some of the hash brown and it was crispy! I'd probably say you'll get more bang for your buck if you go for the other more entree-like items. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a nice place to try out! I'm glad we stopped by for a quick afternoon meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was pleasant and friendly as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the outdoor seating was nicely setup. There's plenty of space between the tables and the sidewalk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Bfast: stuffed French toast and Egg Benedict lox

I wanted to try something new for breakfast and I found this cute little place in downtown Saratoga. I've only been to La Bella before for brunch, so this place is towards the end of downtown, but still cute. Our server was very friendly and patient- I couldn't decide on what to order. Haha we ended up getting the salmon eggs Benedict and the stuffed French toast with berries. I also got an oatmilk latte. Everything tasted delicious and I was so stuffed I forgot to order a cinnamon roll to go! Hahaha I wouldn't mind going back again and trying something else, but I did like the wooden chairs more than the plastic chairs. Especially since we were sitting for awhile to finish everything up! Haha Oh- I also think the local art for sale on the walls made a cute touch. Plus it allows others to see a new artists as well as giving a forever changing environment within the restaurant itself.

    Almond croissant and artichoke soup
    Kacy O.

Amazing service, nice quiet ambiance and delicious food. Ordered mozzarella, pesto, bacon and marinated tomatoes on homemade bread. Accompanied by side salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Also ordered cup of artichoke, zucchini and eggplant. Friend ordered soup and almond croissant. Everything is fresh, good sized portions and nicely presented. Can't wait to go again.

I would actually give this place a 3 star but the staff were really kind. I ordered the double s Benedict which had steak shrimp. The steak was flavorless/unseasoned and had a sour taste. The hash brown was too fried/oily. It taste just like fried oil and less potato [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had intended to sit and work on my laptop but was disrupted by ladies claiming they reserved the room for bridge and asked me to move.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was happy to move to a different room and didn't mind. Everything else was good [[HIGHLIGHT]]But then there weren't many seats so I just left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will give this place a few more shots by ordering a different Benedict and not planning on working on my laptop :)

Went here for the first time during Friday noontime in July. It is located on the main street across the Plumed Horse. Easy to find parking which is behind the restaurant and also easy to find a table. Catalina, the only waitress that afternoon, was a rockstar taking orders, making recommendations, and serving everyone at their tables (inside and outside). She recommended several dishes and I ended up choosing the Double "S" Benny with a side of fruit and a vanilla latte with oat milk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was initially inside but it was a bit noisy so I was able to switch to an outside table in front of the restaurant which was much nicer with the shade and fresh air.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Catalina must have stopped by my table several more times as I was outside to serve my meal and also make sure I was okay. She also gave me another latte because she realized that the first one she gave me while I was inside was a regular latte as opposed to a vanilla latte. That's why I knew her name; I wanted to make sure I acknowledged her and thanked her properly for her attentiveness and for her great customer service. When she gave me the bill she said I could either pay at the register or pay by scanning the QR code, so paying was convenient. With the great food and service, I give it 5 stars. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We went for breakfast, 3 of us, no reservations needed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were instructed to seat ourselves , chose a window table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server greeted us and took our drink orders first, good coffee! we ordered, blueberry pancakes, french toast and croissant sandwich with fresh fruit.we would come back to try other things on the menu- prices are not out of range .[[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a little noisy because we were between two louder groups of people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Really liked the avocado toast with a nice balsamic sauce. Overall def recommend and want to come back to try more of their drinks and bakery items!!

Final Thoughts: 4.20/5.0…read more Contrary to many other opinions, I personally really like brunch. It really is more for the vibes and spending time with my friends and family versus the food sometimes. For some reason, this place has always been on my list of to-go brunch places, but I've just never had the chance to go here. After our matcha run, my friend and I decided to go here for brunch. It was around a 45 minute wait today. On their Yelp, appears to be quite the quaint place to to get food and relax. Will definitely be a 4 star for me. Food: Jumbo Crab Bene with seasonal fruit: 4.0/5 This is their fresh lump crab with sliced avocado, whole grain mustard and poached eggs stacked on lightly toasted English muffins, topped with scratch made Hollandaise sauce and garnished with locally sourced microgreens. This is served with either house potatoes or seasonal fruits. The lump crab is actually fresh crab I believe. There are some pieces of the shell that were still in there. I'm honestly not even mad because that's a pretty big indicator that it's the fresh crab meat picked out. The egg is nicely poached with a runny yolk. Hollandaise sauce is quite nice and light. The Dijon mustard was quite strong for me and did overwhelm some of the other flavors on the plate. It does add a nice flavor, but occasionally, it was too much. For the English muffin, it was quite thick, so it felt kind of dry. It's noted to be slightly toasted, but its somewhat hard to tell with the mustard, crab meat, and poached egg on top, which are mainly wet items. Avocado is perfectly ripe. I'm not an avocado person, but this one did it just right for me. The fruits came with blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Very refreshing and needed after the savory foods. Philly Steak Sandwich with garlic fries: 4.0/5 This sandwich has grilled steak with peppers, onions, and mushrooms topped with provolone cheese on a toasted baguette with mayo and a light teriyaki drizzle. Will come with either a side of house salad or garlic fries. I really liked how they caramelized the onions and peppers inside of this. There's that additional sweetness from it that works well with the steak and cheese. Very tender meat. The bread also seemed kind of big and just almost dry too. Not too big of a concern given the amount of filling that they give. My friend choose the garlic fries and those were amazing. The cut is just right and the crisp on the outside is just so good. You can taste the garlic, but I could do with even more garlic to it. --------- Quality: Fresh Something I really like is that they use real crab in their jumbo crab bene. You can actually feel the tiny pieces of the shell in it, which usually means its fresh. The food did take a second to come out, but both were piping hot. My friends onions and veggies were quite caramelized, which is nice. Brings out a lot of the flavor component in the sandwich. The fries were actually so good too. I wanted the side of garli fries, but it was convenient that his came with it. Super crispy, nice size, flavor is good. May need a little more fresh garlic, but overall, really good. Price: Reasonable Prices seem reasonable for what they give. Initially, it does lean more on the expensive side, but their portion sizes are larger than your average brunch place. Prices will range from between $18 to $24, with a few outliers. Service: Very sweet workers Very nice service here. Everyone was sweet, greeted us, and checked on us. Our food did take a little longer than some others around us. For us, it was around a 25-30 minute wait after ordering our food. Even the table next to us that were seated after got their food first. The food did come out fresh, so I'm not really complaining. They did let us know and give us little updates about our wait and food though. Ambiance: Classic Brunch Spot The space is nice and looks slightly cramped inside. It was just my friend and I and they gave us a seat right in the corner next to the window. Honestly, probably the best spot for me and the person who seated us also noted that it was his favorite spot in the house. I didn't see much beyond from what was seen by the door. The space looks fairly small, but fit a decent amount of tables with walking space in between still. Always love the open kitchen. It's fun to watch what happens behind the scenes. Location/Parking: Large space It's located right on Saratoga Avenue. There is a Lucky grocery store here, so there is a lot of parking around. We really didn't have any concerns finding a space at all.

I asked if we could be seated inside on a 4-top and just bring an extra chair because there was so much empty tables. They did not reply but then we asked again to sit in the shade at the "already reserved" table and they ended up saying yes. It was a bad start already but then our food took 40 mins to come. I thought it was because the car show made them busier, but after reading the reviews, it seems to always take this long. The food and drinks are also not worth the price at all for the service you get. It was very hard to enjoy our meal when we'd have to be on constant lookout for a bug that might fall down. Ordered: Corn hash eggs, Benedict This came with two eggs, Benedict hashbrowns on an English muffin with corn beef. The corn beef was very disappointing. The eggs were delicious. The hollandaise sauce was amazing. It was just that beef that was really low quality and low Vibin. I would definitely order something else next time. Unfortunately, the quality of the corn has beef and the odd floor plan made me give it three out of five stars. I think there are other country inns that I would rather go to. Recommend for big groups if you're not really looking for a fabulous meal.

THe service here was really nice and the food was fresh. For our order we got: * 6 sampler dips - this was fun to try because there were so many options of dips to try. I really enjoyed the hummus and labneh as well as the other dip that looked like hummus. The pita you could tell was very fresh, but a little smaller in size than what I have seen before * Chicken skewers - this came on a bed of rice with roasted tomatoes and zucchini. There was also a sauce drizzled on top which was nice. This dish I enjoyed the meat. I felt the rice was a little off though and the tomato was a little thicker than it should have been. Overall though enjoyed the company and the time here!

Falastini food on the borders of Saratoga and Cupertino? Man, we lucky out here in South Bay…read more I've been wanting to try Tamra Grill for so long, especially since those in the South Bay know that this corner restaurant has just bad juju. So many restaurants have come and gone over the last few decades, I really hope Tamra Grill is here to stay. They're located in the same area as the real estate company and our favorite neighborhood classical-music-blasting Diamond gas station. There's outdoor seating and lots of indoor spots as well. Great for parties, date night, and those with dogs on their outdoor patio. The only wish I have for improvement is the longer than usual wait time for food. Yes, the food is fresh and made with local ingredients, which as we all know now is just how Palestinians do it. So the wait is worth it. But it's a lot to ask if you're hangry, just order yourself some chicken liver hummus and one bite of that delicious goodness with their pillowy-soft bread will soothe all your hanger. The eggplant musaka'a was so flavorful and just to die for with that creamy bechamel cheese right out of the oven. Their tagliatelle chicken meatballs was also our favorite. Al dente and flavorful was the theme for that night. Love that all Palestinian dishes are flavorful and seasoned with parsley or za'atar. Service is SO kind, and it really feels like a homey and family-owned spot, but with an elevated and hint of finer dining aesthetic. Every bite of Falastini cuisine just hits different knowing that their people, culture, cuisine are being attacked and a great antidote is to support all those in the diaspora with your coin. So glad Saratoga and Cupertino get to create a home for Tamra Grill. We need to jazz up the outdoor tarp seating with some olive trees and Jaffa oranges I think. Free Free Falasteen all the way.
