Amazing breakfast! Inside is cozy and relaxing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was spectacular! I had the breakfast sandwich, and I'm not sure that it wasn't the best that I have had. Wife's waffle was equally delicious. It came with a side of warm syrup, but she said the waffle was so good she didn't want to use it. If in the area, Manna is a must try!

Absolutely love everything in the store, the food, service, and ambiance. Every time I come back to Texas I always order from them. Definitely recommend dining in or eating out from here.

Our second visit was a complete 180 turn from our initial visit. Took over an hour to receive our food, 2 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup. We were told they were "backed up" even though at least three groups that arrived after us were getting their food. After we finally got our food, the girl that handed us the food decided to i guess stand up for the team unprompted. She said "We're backed up, Saturdays are busy. There was a 30-45 minute wait if no one told you when you ordered". No, no one told us that. We didn't need the attitude. Also, we've been here on a saturday and it was wonderful. I'm sure the team is glad to hear we will not be back.

Here's my honest feedback for this coffee place: To start off, the ambiance of this place is phenomenal! The greenery, design, and decor are beautifully done. It feels like a magical coffee shop where you'd want to come in for a meeting or to work. Plus, the lighting is amazing--definitely a great spot for Instagram pictures! The service, however, was disappointing. When we walked in, we didn't receive a friendly welcome. I understand it was morning, but the girl at the counter seemed uninterested and didn't offer any help, even though it was our first time there. The customer service was very poor. As for the coffee and food, I hate to say it, and I know everyone has different tastes, but the coffee was okay and the breakfast sandwich looked simple to me. Would I go back? Maybe not. At least i tried it.

i see why bread is in the name it was sooo good :0!! the matcha i honestly regret getting, it was grainy and had no flavor at all lol, wasn't the worst but not memorable by any means. i love croissants, and to be honest the other bread looked a bit dry. im so glad i went with the croissants- the butter croissant was insanely buttery (the most i've ever had) and the chocolate croissant was nice and gooey. they heated it up for us upon request too :) while the place is VERY busy, there is a gorgeous ambiance and ample seating. the workers are very friendly and i would definitely come back to try the coffee

The Food is amazing. The service is great. I haven't found a better coffee shop with better ambience! It's my go to spot to just hang out with friends.

Jalapeño cheese bread - 10/10 - $10 Bread was so soft, jalapeños had a real kick to it, loved this Almond danish - 9.5/10 - $6 - Crispy from the outside and soft/gooey from the inside Cinnamon roll - 7/10 - Could be softer and more flavorful Honey lavender latte - 9/10 - Lavender flavor was strong, could use more honey Cinnamon bun latte - 8/10 - Strong but could be sweeter Vanilla lavender cinnamon latte - 9/10 - Could taste all the flavors and coffee was strong Found the most aesthetic bakery ive been to with some of the freshest bread ive tried. They also have pretty good coffee My favorite part was how cute and quiet it was inside, perfect for studying

It's really pretty, clean and peaceful here. I tried the ' London fog' and wasn't sure what that was, but the barista was very helpful and told me it was earl grey tea with milk and she liked to add some other flavors. It was exactly what I needed, it was light and warm. The cinnamon roll was outstanding! I ate the whole thing and it was as big as my head. It was not overly sweet and had a wonderful texture. Sorry to say, the rosemary sourdough bread was so bad. It was really dry and with all the dry rosemary in the dough it's like chewing tree bark and pine needles. That being said, I still cannot wait to come back and maybe try a different bread.

Came in on a Saturday with my friend. They were decently busy inside but we ordered our food, paid, and found a table easily. We shared a ham panini with chips, it was very good. We also had the little pancakes on a stick and I think they were our favorite! They had chocolate chips and were really fluffy. I also ordered their mango matcha and it was delicious! My friend had a chai latte and she also really liked it. The restaurant itself is very pretty both inside and outside, it had a very green garden vibe. I'll definitely be back to try more things!

Why 5 stars? Because our brief stay here was a win-win. --- --- --- After lunch, we came here for coffee and snacks. First of all, the place is super nice and not at all what I was expecting. It looks like a really large house from the outside (I was picturing more like a counter and a couple of small tables). Many of the treats had been picked over at this point, as it was only about 20 minutes until they closed, but we got a couple of cookies and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was especially amazing, but the cookies were also quite enjoyable. Oh and the coffee - my wife and I also both loved our very difference choices: me a black drip and her some kind of fancy latte. We will definitely be back - not 20 minutes before close!

I had missed this place before due to their hours not being updated on Yelp. Glad to see they've updated it! Tomball is a good meeting location for me with folks up North so I gave this place another try. It has this unexpected charm to it. The inside is esthetically fresh with greenery, clean, and open with various seating options. I opted for outside since the weather was actually okay. Food-wise, it is better to eat during the earlier hours. Things do sell out. I was meeting someone around 1PM so just worked with whatever they still had. I don't remember the name of what I ordered but it was basically a soufflé/quiche. Taste wise, I thought it was okay and wondered if I would've liked it more if I had it earlier in the day. I also got a matcha latte and can tell they use decent matcha. Even though I dined outside, there was someone who came out to check on me and see if I needed anything so thought that was positive on the service part. Overall, I think the place was good. I am giving this place a 4 on food because I think it would be a lot better if I try it out during an earlier time. Service and ambiance is a 5.

What a lovely place! The ambiance is awesome. The place is clean and really unique. The people were extremely friendly. We got a cappuccino and a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. The fruit on the side was fresh and ripe. The cappuccino was warm and good. The sandwich was a pretty good portion and ingredients fresh. The biscuit is obviously made with care, made in house, and was good. I definitely would try with the sourdough next time. We are here for a very quick business trip, but will be returning to this lovely area that is PACKED with gems such as this. We also grabbed a sticky bun, scone, and are going to return for the stroopwaffle. The sticky bun is the star of the show for sure. I probably would go with a cinnamon bun if not covered in frosting, but maybe go with a drizzle and emphasize the cinnamon bun itself.

They have some delicious desserts and I vaguely remember them from the few times I tried them, but I try to eat both halves of the sandwich and that's it, can't eat another bite. The service is always great, the people are well trained and are pleasant to deal with. Ambiance, what ambiance? It's a great place to go get your sandwich and we take it home to eat and watch TV. The one time we ate there, it took away from the glorious experience of eating that mouth watering goodness. There were other distracting people around us and keeping me from concentrating on my sandwich!

For a place that has been voted the #1 restaurant in America before, it was a lovely experience! This location is a little over 30 mins away from me, which is beyond the distance I'm willing to drive for a meal in the middle of the week, but as it was my birthday week I decided to treat myself. And I am so glad that I did. I can say that everything about the experience eating here was pleasant. For one the fact that I arrived here after 7pm and they close at 8pm, yet there was a steady influx of customers speaks to just how popular they are. There was one person in line behind me and I felt bad for them a little because I knew I was going to ask a bunch of questions because I've been looking forward to coming here and it is out the way so I was going to ask the right questions to make sure I got something I liked. With that being said, the man taking my order was very helpful and patient. I know I took at least 5 mins to order yet he was cool answering all of the questions I had. I generally hate when the kiosk asks if I'd like to tip when I'm not dealing with a waiter but the service he provided paired with the amount of questions I had led me to leave a tip. Again I had to drive a distance to eat here so I went in knowing that I was going to be ordering food to eat there as well as being able to bring some home, because there is no telling when the next time will be that I want to make the trek. To keep things balanced, I ordered a cold and a hot sandwich. I went with a build your own for the cold sandwich and went with turkey and roast beef for meats, deli provolone for cheese, spring lettuce, roasted red peppers, red onion, olive smear and house marinated pepper blend for toppings, sub oil, spicy deli mustard and basil pesto (on the side) for extras, all on a crusty Italian roll for the bread. For the hot sandwich I went with the chicken parm and added light red onions to it. I also made my first sandwich a combo with chips and a drink. They serve Pepsi products for the fountain drinks and Zapp's products for the chips. One pet peeve I do have with places is that when I order an additional meat and don't feel like I got extra but instead just less of my other meat to make up for my extra. That is how I feel about the pastrami that I had added to my cold sandwich. Both sandwiches were really good. I wouldn't say that they were the best sandwiches I've ever had but they were solid. The cold sandwich was my creation so take that as you will. The flavors on it was all good, but nothing shooting over the moon to me. All of the food on the sandwich looked and tasted fresh. The hot sandwich is one of theirs with a slight add from me and it again was good but the flavor didn't just jump out for me. Making a chicken parm exceptional takes some work so I'm not mad at what they serve and it is cooked and served with an excellent broil on it. The bread on both sandwiches I will say was a stand out because it held up and had a good crust and chew while still being soft. I will say that I wasn't able to try many of their menu favorites because I don't eat pork, so some of those may be even more delicious. No complaints on any of the flavor but wouldn't have been made at a few more unctuous notes to the palate. I also got the cannoli which was cool. Nothing significant but I'm not mad that I got it. I would also like to note that the bathroom is kept very nice and smells well. I'm 90% sure that someone was blowing up the toilet before I went in yet it didn't stink when I went in. Not sure if they just sprayed a lot or the upkeep but either way kudos. I generally would've gotten food like this to go, but given the distance and that I wanted to get as fresh of a food experience as I can I did dine in. Getting there at the end of the day I was there as they were closing up. As they closed up the staff kept a respectable distance from me as I ate as to not disturb my food with the cleaning. Now that I've eaten here I can honestly say that I get why it has so much hype. Though I wasn't wowed by the food I was wowed by the service and the food was delicious. I'm not sure of when I'll next make the trip here but I do know that I'll feel confident that it will be a meal well enjoyed when I do. Thought I posted this review lol so I'll add to it since I returned again. Again great service and delicious food. The food here is so good and the location is so out of the way that both times I've gone I've left with 2 sandwiches for myself. I again got a Chicken Parm in all of it's deliciousness but this time made my cold BYO sandwich into a hot one and OMG was it banging! This place serves up deliciousness with ease.

First off, the outside as well as inside of the establishment is beautiful! When you walk in, the restaurant is beautifully decorated; it's a cross between a fast-food establishment and a restaurant dining-style. I believe another Yelper also mentioned that fact as well. One can order in two options: using the self-kiosk, or going to the counter where there is someone there to take your order. Having both options available is rather convenient. For my food, I got the Famous Meal #1: Italian Beef Sandwich. However, I came prepared: it was going to be personalized to be the perfect meal. FIRST: make it big ($2), then add sweet and hot peppers ($1.98), mozz cheese ($.89), and ordered slightly wet. For my sides, I opted for the large onion rings ($4.99), and in addition --- this is A LOT -- I got the famous Chocolate Cake Shake (additional $6.19). If you were going to get a normal meal, it would probably cost you about $14.57. Mine -- with all the add-ons? $26.88. Take that into consideration. How was the food? Portillo's is definitely the experience many Chicagoans have heaped about. The "dipped" Italian Beef Sandwich was generously portioned, and if I had anything to comment-on --- it would be adding more sweet + hot peppers to the sandwich. Besides that, everything else was spot-on. On to that famous milk-shake: if you're a first-timer DO IT. How does it taste? It honestly tastes like a "real" version of a frosty from Wendy's --- taste wise. At least we know what's in this milkshake: Ice Cream, Milk, and a slice of chocolate cake. It was thick, creamy, and hit the spot. All-in-all, I totally recommend Portillo's if there is a location near you! It's definitely an American institution and is worthy of the hype.
