I find myself coming here every now and again every time after dropping off a family member at the airport. And all I can say is, come here! The price is a little high, but the environment is worth the cost. The decor and design of this place puts you at ease. Nothing like having a cup of coffee or your favorite alcoholic beverage while laughing and chatting with regulars, or even working on your computers. Tons of seating inside and outside as well as drink choices. Free WiFi! And the staff here is amazing. I could sit at the bar for hours in high spirits. Maple House is a great place to order coffee, get work done, and meet your friends. The people are very friendly and it takes a relatively short amount of time to receive your order. Because of its live music at night, it's a great place to spend time after dinner. However, if you are a morning person, it is also a great place to get breakfast, such as ordering the avocado toast or latte. One of the only places open late in downtown Chandler, or even the East Valley, so I really appreciate its location being here. read more

The indoor seating has chargers under each table so it was nice not having to worry abt my computer dying lol. Such a cute porch sitting environment. However even we came many of the porch seats were taken. Weather was perfect. Great vibe to have kids playing on the "porch" and dogs to bask in the sun. With a limited menu for breakfast (7-11am) we ordered a Breakfast sandwich and the avocado toast. Breakfast sandwich has bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic aioli on a ciabatta herbed bread which was warm and a basic breakfast option. The iced coffee is really good. I loved the German chocolate cake iced coffee and the Lottie iced latte (I think that's what it's called). The place is really cool inside and out. Two big gripes with this place though. 1. The food is really expensive. Their olive appetizer cost $12 (it's literally just mixed olives), and a croissant costs about the same. 2. I have been trying to get a hold of the staff all day on the phone to ask a question. Took me 7 calls this morning and they told me to call back when the manager was in. Dropped by Maple House for a quick pick me up & was pleasantly surprised. I'm trying to get out and explore the city more, and this was one of the first places I stopped at! At the time that I went, it was pretty busy inside. The seating inside was full, but they had a bunch of outdoor seating available. Unfortunately, it's too hot to sit outside during this season. It's nice they offer plenty of shaded areas with umbrellas. They make a really good iced Americano. I love that they have sugar free options, too! The patio is superb. Just absolutely amazing. Love that it's enclosed SO much. When you have little ones it makes a huge difference in where you will be going. I was debating between here and DTC cafe but the food/drinks looked a lot better here. But after my friend spent an arm and a leg on coffee and i spent 10 dollars on a cinnamon roll. I totally understand why they charge this much because 1. inflation 2. Local bakers need to make a living off of this. 3. Probably using locally sourced ingredients which also isn't cheap. BUT 10 dollars on a single income is not something we can afford on a regular basis as much as I'd love to be able to try all of the pastries. The coffee was okay. But also like the prices 6-8 dollars for small drinks. I don't know. The little Lottie latte was overpowered by the oat milk. I usually love the addition of oatmilk more than regular milk but this kind of ruined it because all you taste is oatmilk and no pistachio or white chocolate to be honest. Do i want to try more yes. But can we really afford it? I'd rather go get a 6 dollar rise up cinnamon roll that could last me two mornings with a bag of peixoto coffee at home. read more

The interior does feel like a repurposed open concept house. I notched down a star just because my flat white was not the best. We love Maple House!! They are owned by the same people who have Hidden House, Elliot's, and Brickyard, and they know how to make a great restaurant. We go to Maple House for the atmosphere and drink selection. I did try one of the love abv cocktails, and it was not my favorite- wine cocktails have a different flavor and style so you have to be into that. My friend got the mojito mocktail and loved it! She's ordered it multiple times now! Service is always great- they are usually busy but always kind and working hard! We've only ordered the cheese board for food and it was a nice snack for us and the kids- lots of fruit for them and cheese for us. We will always come back here! Maple House has to be one of the most welcoming coffee shops in Arizona! I drove quite a ways to meet a friend there, and it was 1000% worth the 50 minute trip. The front cashier complimented me and was so inviting. The entire area was gorgeous and open, with options to sit outside or inside. I got the brown sugar coconut milk latte with oat milk and oh.my.gosh. I need this recipe because it was so refreshing. It came out quickly and by the first sip I was sold. I need more of these lattes in my life. Hoping maybe one day they will have some dairy free pastries? (I know it's a lot to ask for but I thought I would at least try for all the dairy free allergy girlies here who wanted to risk the pain and possible throat swelling up for a taste of the croissant). I was a bit disappointed that my drink did not taste like coffee, more like a chocolate chip cookie. I've been looking for a good coffee shop near me, and I'm so glad I discovered Maple House! It's a cute coffee shop with plenty of seating and good coffee. You can chat with friends and relax in the front lawn area or outside in the back. If you want to get some work done, there's a lot of tables inside with outlets. There are fireplaces and fire pits, which add to the overall cozy ambiance. They also serve alcoholic drinks, which would be perfect for grabbing a drink before/after dinner. I've only tried their coffee, so I can't comment on the alcohol, but they look good from the pics! For breakfast, they have a small menu of prepared foods and pastries. There's 2 hour street parking during weekdays, I believe, located right outside the coffee shop. There's also regular parking across the street, but this fills up quickly later in the day from the other businesses in the area. And there's always the free parking garage on Oregon Street that's a 3-4 min walk away, which has plenty of parking. read more

NEW FAVORITE SPOT! I came in today with my sister and it was so cute inside! We were greeted and the customer service was great! I got an iced chai latte and my sister had an iced mocha and they were so good! The drinks were such a great price and they have a variety of options on the menu including food and alcohol. As a college student I really appreciated the outlets everywhere. There was so many outlets and most tables even had wireless chargers that could charge my phone. I will definitely be back! The internet in my place went out so I was on the search for a coffee shop and was lucky enough to find this place. The staff was absolutely incredible, quick, and friendly. The wifi is reliable and fast. The coffee was delicious (highly recommend the Cinnamon Creme Brulee). There is soft music playing both inside and outside, which is totally normal when you're not trying to work. When I asked the barista if the outside could be turned off, Madi was awesome and even though it couldn't be turned off outside she pointed out where the rocks were in hopes I could work further away from them -- seems silly, but appreciate the attempt at a solution knowing I was being the pain here, haha. Adorable and flavorful! I have now been twice (yesterday and today) and can confidently say I love this spot. I've gotten the cinnamon crème brûlée latte, strawberry handpie, and strawberry mandarin danish. All were phenomenal but the handpie is my favorite for sure. I absolutely love the comfortable cottage/inn vibe. They have tons of seating options including rocking chairs, lounge chairs, bar stools, and booths. Also a really nice touch: when the barista takes your name they will always say "nice to meet you (your name)!" I know they're trained to do it but it does make the place feel like home.
