Such a cute little coffee house in downtown Chandler! It's a nice place if you want to sit and catch up on work or even with friends. Parking is easy. There was plenty of street parking right outside the business. The baristas are super friendly and helpful. Service was quick! Drinks were flavorful, though my white mocha matcha was a little sweet for my tasting but still good! Came here on a weekend morning with my friends and there were still plenty of tables inside and outside. Heard this place turns into a wine bar at night. So happy to have found this gem. I came here to meet up with a friend and I was very pleased on how cute this shop is! It is aesthetically pleasing and very popular. It was packed when I arrived and the atmosphere was very upbeat. I had the brown sugar coconut latte and it was very comforting and delightful! I really enjoyed this shop as a hangout spot but personally I wouldn't come in again to study. I couldn't concentrate enough, there was too much for me going on. Free parking was easy to find on the street, there isn't a designated parking lot for this shop. 3.5-4. Finally got to check out this cute place!! The ambiance was great and the service was good. But the mocktails were practically the same cost as the cocktails? Which made zero sense to me. Mocktails should be atleast half the cost of cocktails I was surprised my zero proof mojito was $10. So that would be my only complaint. If I'm ever in the area again I'd love to give it another shot and try their coffee + pastries especially in the fall season with the fire pits outside! The NOjito was just okay. Decided to try maple house after many recommendations and some persuasive social media content. I must admit this place is super cute. It looks like the perfect neighborhood hangout. Allegedly their pastries are awarding winning, so you know I had to get some. The cashier was super helpful and I think instantly recognized it was our first time. I loved her HONEST recommendations. She steered us away from some of the "hype" items and more towards something we would enjoy. I opted for the honey lavender latte iced. We also ordered the seasonal danish and the tomato mozzarella and thyme melt. The pastries are gorgeous and super inviting. I think it was the perfect contrast to eachother, one being sweet and the other savory. Honestly I loved both. The tomato mozzarella melt really surprised me though. It's got huge chunks of heirloom tomatoes stuffed inside with a delicious herbaceous cream sauce. It was like the perfect surprise lol. The cheese on top was nice and crispy and very flavorful. Almost reminiscent of a margarita pizza. The seasonal danish was also really good. The crust was SO flaky and the filling was rich, creamy and sweet. The fruit added a nice freshness and burst of flavor. Yes, we ordered both warmed up. All in all this place is great. We paid 35$ for 2 coffee and 2 pastries. It seemed a little steep, but honestly everywhere is. I would come back if I was in the area. Also, this place also doubles as a bar which is super cool and serves lunch too! Such a cute porch sitting environment. However even we came many of the porch seats were taken. Weather was perfect. Great vibe to have kids playing on the "porch" and dogs to bask in the sun. With a limited menu for breakfast (7-11am) we ordered a Breakfast sandwich and the avocado toast. Breakfast sandwich has bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic aioli on a ciabatta herbed bread which was warm and a basic breakfast option. This is a cute corner spot nestles i to downtown Chandler. The coffee is good and reasonably priced, service is very quick considering the sheer volume of people. The seating is well arranged throughout the property to make private and conversational niches she that there's a pleasant background chattering but no real cross of conversation noise. The pastries were popular but slightly over priced for a standalone item, especially compared to a fresh breakfast made item at the same pice point- croissant or whole sandwich... easy choice personally. The avocado toast is large the bread is a hearty toast and its well spiced. It comes with two eggs fried hard and a frisee of microgreens. I found myself loving how ample the greens were in the dish but also wishing it had a citrus component to it. There is ample outside space for kids but its not necessarily a kid spot, most people in my visit were friends catching up or you g families with a small easily entertained toddler. I wouldn't bring my four kids here to stay and eat simply to keep the ambiance intact for the masses. I will however definitely be back for my next mom date when I'm catching up and enjoying the weather. More than worth a try. My only be ware would be for the nut allergic, they only carry nut based alternatives milks, no oat or soy for drinks. read more

The patio is superb. Just absolutely amazing. Love that it's enclosed SO much. When you have little ones it makes a huge difference in where you will be going. I was debating between here and DTC cafe but the food/drinks looked a lot better here. But after my friend spent an arm and a leg on coffee and i spent 10 dollars on a cinnamon roll. I totally understand why they charge this much because 1. inflation 2. Local bakers need to make a living off of this. 3. Probably using locally sourced ingredients which also isn't cheap. BUT 10 dollars on a single income is not something we can afford on a regular basis as much as I'd love to be able to try all of the pastries. The coffee was okay. But also like the prices 6-8 dollars for small drinks. I don't know. The little Lottie latte was overpowered by the oat milk. I usually love the addition of oatmilk more than regular milk but this kind of ruined it because all you taste is oatmilk and no pistachio or white chocolate to be honest. Do i want to try more yes. Maple House is a really nice coffee shop and bar to chill, study, or converse with some friends. I love the open patio space in the front and back. The interior does feel like a repurposed open concept house. I notched down a star just because my flat white was not the best. There was also an issue where the baristas accidentally forgot to make it - I had to remind them after 5 minutes. Dropped by Maple House for a quick pick me up & was pleasantly surprised. I'm trying to get out and explore the city more, and this was one of the first places I stopped at! At the time that I went, it was pretty busy inside. The seating inside was full, but they had a bunch of outdoor seating available. Unfortunately, it's too hot to sit outside during this season. It's nice they offer plenty of shaded areas with umbrellas. They make a really good iced Americano. I love that they have sugar free options, too! Super cute spot! Me and my friend came here to study and get some work done. There is outside and indoor seating but we had to wait a few minutes to get an open table. The indoor seating has chargers under each table so it was nice not having to worry abt my computer dying lol. We go to Maple House for the atmosphere and drink selection. I did try one of the love abv cocktails, and it was not my favorite- wine cocktails have a different flavor and style so you have to be into that. My friend got the mojito mocktail and loved it! She's ordered it multiple times now! Service is always great- they are usually busy but always kind and working hard! We've only ordered the cheese board for food and it was a nice snack for us and the kids- lots of fruit for them and cheese for us. We will always come back here! Two big gripes with this place though. 1. The food is really expensive. Their olive appetizer cost $12 (it's literally just mixed olives), and a croissant costs about the same. 2. Maple House has to be one of the most welcoming coffee shops in Arizona! I drove quite a ways to meet a friend there, and it was 1000% worth the 50 minute trip. The front cashier complimented me and was so inviting. The entire area was gorgeous and open, with options to sit outside or inside. I got the brown sugar coconut milk latte with oat milk and oh.my.gosh. I need this recipe because it was so refreshing. It came out quickly and by the first sip I was sold. I need more of these lattes in my life. Hoping maybe one day they will have some dairy free pastries? (I know it's a lot to ask for but I thought I would at least try for all the dairy free allergy girlies here who wanted to risk the pain and possible throat swelling up for a taste of the croissant). I've been looking for a good coffee shop near me, and I'm so glad I discovered Maple House! It's a cute coffee shop with plenty of seating and good coffee. You can chat with friends and relax in the front lawn area or outside in the back. If you want to get some work done, there's a lot of tables inside with outlets. There are fireplaces and fire pits, which add to the overall cozy ambiance. They also serve alcoholic drinks, which would be perfect for grabbing a drink before/after dinner. I've only tried their coffee, so I can't comment on the alcohol, but they look good from the pics! For breakfast, they have a small menu of prepared foods and pastries. There's 2 hour street parking during weekdays, I believe, located right outside the coffee shop. There's also regular parking across the street, but this fills up quickly later in the day from the other businesses in the area. And there's always the free parking garage on Oregon Street that's a 3-4 min walk away, which has plenty of parking. read more
