Was basically told it wasn't there problem and was very rude about giving a actual solution besides just taking the pizza and leaving. The workers besides the "general manager" were pleasant. Pizza is pretty good so long as you never deviate from the pre-determined menu. Custom order, especially salads, is usually wrong. Missing or wrong dressing is expected. read more

The pizza is good but the mobile app could use some work. I downloaded the app as first time users can get free cheesy bread for ordering through the app for the first time. I downloaded it, apply the the code and it said I had to order a large pizza at menu price. Tried and nothing happen. It wouldn't let me apply the code at checkout. I tried various ways such customizing the order or ordering a pizza as-is. Nothing happen, so I gave up. I'll still order from here, but I will do it old school online and delete the mobile app. read more

The worst experience of my life. I would have given -10 stars if possible. The driver delivered the wrong pizza and I called the store to inform them so that it could be corrected and and the "manager " was rude, disrespectful and any other word that describes horrible. She wanted to give me a credit and all I wanted was the correct pizza. It had to go to the store to get my refund and then she was ten times as rude. Went to marcos today for pizza. While there I watched 3 people walk up and start rolling pizza dough and not one was wearing gloves and I never witnessed anyone wash their hands. I asked a young male employee if they are not required to wear gloves. His response to me was, we wash our hands. At this point it doesn't matter how good the food is, I'm disgusted that they don't wear gloves to work with food. I will not be going back. read more

We placed a take out order around 5pm tonight. Est. delivery was 5:50. Food arrived at 5:20!! Pizza was great, not doughy or over cooked. Just enough sauce and topping's so as not to be soggy. If you want your food destroyed, this is the place. Although the Manager was willing to deliver replacements, it's apparently Marco's policy that they charge a delivery fee again. Sorry not sorry for the long post but this group needs recognition and I honestly don't think my post could possibly do them justice! Not only are all of the people I've talked to, whether on the phone or during delivery, are awesome with a great attitude but Tim is one of the best people I've ever met! Regardless of how much I order from them (which is more than one should admit lol) they know who I am, they are personable, they take the time to know their customers rather than just view them as another tip or customer! If you ever call or even go in in I person, please ask for Tim, he is honestly amazing and will do whatever it takes to make your experience memorable! He once even created a pizza they don't normally make just so we could have what we requested! If you ever want a great experience then look no further than this Marcos pizza! I decided to try Marco's for the first time last night. I placed an order online and I was given time parameters when it would be ready. I picked up my pizza within the timeline and made my 5 minute drive home. The pizza was still hot and fresh! Quality ingredients and the dough was amazing. I consider myself a national pizza connoisseur who has eaten pizza in almost every state. For taste and cost, my pizza was an incredible value. Been getting takeout from this location for a few years. Went a few weeks ago and app tracker said pizza was ready. Drove up to pick up window and she said they were cutting the pizza. No one came back to the window for another 10-15 minutes. After all that, pizza wasn't fresh when I got it. I think that was my last visit. They have definitely gone downhill. read more

I ordered a pizza from Marco's Pizza in Eustis, Florida at 5:15 pm. I had to call twice to find out where my pizza was. On the 2nd call I was told that Josh, the manager was personally delivering it and less than 5 minutes he was here. He then apologized for the late delivery and said that they were short on drivers. He then tells me that because of the delay there is no charge for tonight's order and THEN he gives me a certificate for a free pizza the next time I order. I used to be a customer service supervisor and that's the way it should have been, for everyone, not just me. KUDOS to Josh and his staff. That's the way to keep repeat customers!!!! read more

There was a problem with my address. The manager tried to call, he said six times but on my phone it was once. I returned the call and asked what the problem was, the person who answered said there wasn't a problem. Hour goes by. Called again asked for problem. Was told that mistake was made in putting my order in pickup queue instead of delivery. Was told I would get $5.00 off next order and this order was being bagged up and heading out. Restaurant is literally 5 minutes away. 45 minutes later I made another call. Asked to speak to manager. Manager said he tried to call six times (not on my phone) and didn't know about other calls. Had voided my order. No call in past 45 minutes to say order had been voided or ask if I want to reorder or anything. Silence. By now yes, I am definitely raising my voice. Due to manager raising his voice. He told me my order was voided after speaking for several minutes. Not when I called almost two hours ago, nor when I called 45 minutes before. But did continue to say he called multiple times. Not to my phone. I was understanding when I called first two times. Not third. Why did the manager not know about any of this? Answer, it's Friday night at pizza restaurant. Soooooo...if you want to order just know that manager does not know what is going on in own store and once he voids your order, doesn't care. read more

Had a really racist experience picking up a carry out pizza. I didn't want to be helped then for some reason then there was an issue giving me the pizza. The woman at the counter claimed she couldn't help me then the manage came and gave me the same treatment. I eventually got my pie and left after this extremely rude experience. We began ordering pizza here when they originally opened. Even met the owner. Great pizza, but for over 6 weeks now, you can hardly get the phone answered. We went in and spoke to a manager and learned that when they are short handed ( as they have been), they ignore the phone so they can take care of people that come in and order! We have taken the phone # out of our phone directory. The business will surely fail if they don't get this issue resolved.
