My address was not in Marco's database so I could not order online. They have delivered to our house (3.6 miles from my door to their door) many times in the past. This was going to be the first online order. The Owner/Manager last name Yadegar refused to honor the 2-large one topping for $7.99 each special online because he was to busy according to male employee I was talking to. Marcos is our "Go to" pizza place in Prosper. We have never had a "Bad" Pizza always hot, juicy and super delicious, whether it's a thin crust or regular. We also love the subs, salads, chicken wings and the chicken dippers. I have not experienced any long delivery times yet. We started doing more carryout and I have seen that the store lobby is indeed a beehive of activity with lots of orders coming in and out the door, with that being said mistakes happen in every business and not everyone will have a good experience. I can say that our experiences of doing business there, (Well over 100 orders with teenage boys in the house) has ALWAYS been beyond satisfactory. Also, I agree with April B's review regarding the canned mushrooms, and I mentioned it to the owner just last night as I picked up a to go order, he told me that has been discussed and they are looking to go to fresh mushrooms in the future. read more

This place is a disaster. Their website is horrible so I always have to call in. Tonight I came in and was told 40 minutes. It took 70 minutes. This place is such a mess. It's slightly better than dominos by why go through the aggravation. You would think I would learn after 4 times but I finally have had enough. Worst pizza place ever. read more

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni and sausage, bit into a piece of bone in the sausage and cracked a tooth. Talked to the manager and he said bring the bone piece into the store the next day and leave it with the person on duty. Amazingly they "lost" the piece of bone and now I have no proof and a broken tooth. I got a call from their insurance who stated that it was the fault of the sausage manufacturer and not Marcos. The sausage manufacturer of course said where is the bone? SO thanks Marcos for the $1000.00 pizza (my cost). read more

The pizza was quite good. My three four rating is based solely on the delivery time. I placed my order online at 6:03pm with a "promised" delivery time of approximately 6:40pm. The pizza arrived at 7:03pm. Hopefully they can get the kinks worked out of their operation. read more
