    Prosciutto San Daniele & Figs

Paid underground parking is available nearby. I recommend making a reservation, especially if you're planning to come for dinner or on a weekend. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. I noticed that the restrooms were well maintained, which is always a plus. The food was okay overall. It wasn't bad, but nothing really stood out or made me want to come back just for the food. One thing I was disappointed by was the appetizer, Prosciutto San Daniele & Figs. It only came with one piece of bread, which was not enough. The service was average, not particularly attentive or memorable. Overall, it was an okay dining experience. It may still be worth trying if you're in the area.

Great choice for a Friday night dinner. The house Italian sausage pizza and Pork Chop are good. Not so recommended for their lamb chops, which are not juicy and a bit overcooked. Charred scallop risotto did not surprise me too much though the rice (risotto) was well cooked and done. Service and ambiance are fantastic. Beautiful interior decor and comfortable seatings. I didn't try their alcohol selection or desserts. Maybe next time.

    The lovely inside.

This restaurant is incredible. It has a relaxed, breezy, sunny feel, while being in the absolute driver's seat on excellent cooking and drinks. We started out with Bianco Negronis and the Hamachi Crudo, which was citrusy and perfect. The blistered bread and ricotta was also such an indulgent treat. For Mains, we shared the Truffle Cavatelli and the Charred Scallops Risotto. The truffle and sausage were so rich (in most definitely a good way) and paired so well with the slightly more bracing and magnificent Charred Scallops Risotto. The last dish, with the Calabrian chili and uni butter and mouth-watering scallops, is one of the best things I've eaten in years. To finish, we all shared the Pistachio Tiramisu. Not something I would have ever thought up, but so good. This place is a delight.

Beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous interior and romantic ambiance -- dim lighting and chandeliers made it feel really upscale. We were seated right away even without a reservation, and the service was fast and attentive throughout the night. The chicken scaloppine was absolutely delicious, the shrimp alla vodka was also great, and the crudo was good though nothing especially memorable. To top it off, our server brought us a complimentary lemon sorbet that was super refreshing and tasty. Overall, a great dining experience and definitely a spot I'd come back to.

Ambience: cozy but tight space. Very little room between tables which caused the person to my right to fall and eat shit when trying to get up. Food: Blistered bread & ricotta: delicious. Best thing I ate all night. Risotto: Shrimp and Scallop Risotto was too salty. I understand that the uni butter would be salty but this was a bit excessive. It kept building. Needs some acidity to cut through some of the salt. Shrimp Alla Vodka: Sauce was bland. Nothing special. Cocktails: okay.

My family and I came here for dinner on a Sunday. The place was pretty full. It was a good thing we had a reservation. The restaurant is not very big but it does have a good lovely vibe. Our waiter was very friendly. He took our order on a tablet. We received our drinks and waited for our food to come. Approximately 15 minutes after we placed our order, the waiter came back to tell us that there was an "internet problem" and our order did not go through. He had to take our order again. He apologized profusely. He offered us complimentary bread as a way of apology. I had a toddler with me and he was starving at that point. I had to give him some cereals (my emergency snack) to keep him quiet. The food finally started arriving. Here are my thoughts for each item. Blistered bread: 3/5 stars. Interesting looking bread. It is served puffed up. Nice presentation. It gets deflated when you cut into it. Taste is average. Nothing spectacular. Charred Broccolini: 3/5 stars. It was too charred for my liking. Taste: average. I don't care too much for the sauce that comes with it either. Fried calamari and artichoke: 5/5 stars. This was the best dish of the night. Excellent calamari and artichoke. It was fried with a light batter and seasoned well. Delicious. House Italian sausage pizza: 4/5 stars. This was a bit spicy but good. Crust not too thick which is the way I like it. Spicy shrimp alla Vodka: 4/5 stars. Spicy but not too spicy. It has a nice flavor. Liver mousse tortellini: 2/5 stars. This is supposed to be filled with chicken liver mousse and crispy chicken skin. I did not taste any crispy chicken skin. Overall taste: meh. I would not order this dish again. Venetian duck ragu: 3/5 stars. I liked the pappardelle pasta but the duck was too salty for my taste. There is supposed to be Maitake mushrooms on this dish. I only tasted one mushroom. It could use more mushrooms. Pork chop Milanese: 3/5 stars. This dish comes with a huge mound of salad on top of the pork chop. The pork chop tasted average. The salad is the best part of this dish. Butter and Pecorino pasta from the kids menu: 4/5 stars. It has a nice buttery taste. It's too bad that my toddler grandson was too full to eat the pasta. He got full eating cereal and bread since it took so long for the meal to arrive. I think the food was okay. Overall value not so good. A bit pricey with small portions. Having had to wait awhile for the food didn't help with the overall experience.

We were driving around looking for a place to eat and randomly stumbled upon this restaurant, and I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautiful the interior was. The dim lighting created such a cozy, intimate atmosphere -- perfect for a date night in LA. Everyone we interacted with, from the hostess to our server, was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were even seated immediately without a reservation, which honestly felt like a miracle in Los Angeles. The food and drinks were just as impressive as the ambiance. My mezcal cocktail was delicious, and the shrimp alla vodka pasta was outstanding. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and they were very generous with the shrimp. We also ordered the hamachi crudo, which was fresh and delicious. The key is definitely mixing it well with the green sauce before eating because that's where so much of the flavor comes through. To top it all off, our server surprised us with a complimentary lemon sorbet dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I'm already looking forward to coming back to try more items on the menu.

Great Italian restaurant with nice vibes. The ambience inside is chic and upscale. The service is attentive as well. We came here in the evening for dinner and ordered two pasta dishes, and the Caesar salad. The Marina's Caesar salad is one of the best I've ever had and is a definite must try. We also ordered the mushroom tagliatelle and a tomato spicy pasta (not sure if it was the spicy vodka pasta or not). Both of the pasta dishes were well made, and well balanced. The mushroom pasta was not too salty with a rich creamy buttery taste. The tomato pasta had just the right amount of kick with chewy fresh pasta. The portions are on the smaller side but were enough to satisfy us. Overall, would recommend visiting! Try the salad and their fresh pasta too.

Been here several times & food is always excellent. Loved the blistered bread. The spicy shrimp alla vodka pasta was cooked al dente with a mild kick in the sauce. The lamb chops were tender & not gamey at all. The pizza was good as always. And the skirt steak was tender and cooked just right. My cocktail was so good... I ended up ordering two. The only thing lacking was the service. Our server was so busy, he didn't check on us. I had to wave him down to order my second drink. And nobody bothered to wipe the table down which was wet from all the condensation from our drinks before serving the dessert.

Great food, service, and ambiance. Really loving their lasagna special right now. It has us coming in practically weekly! They have outdoor seating, a great bar, and validated parking in the building.

No complaints about this place. Service was top notch, and the waitress who served us was friendly and attentive. We ordered their Blistered bread, which was a treat. We also got the Grilled Octopus. It was flavorful. We also ordered their Mortadella pizza and a pasta dish (forgot what it was) Overall, we enjoyed the dinner. The restaurant is modernly decorated and we were sat by the wine cellar, which looks great. Had a great time here. Will be back for sure.

The food did not disappoint. We had the lamb chops and the pasta dish. It was so good that I took the rest for leftovers. The drinks were amazing. I will definitely come back!!!!

I loved the interior of this restaurant. It was home-y but vibey and a nice place to have a group dinner. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to its looks. We ordered the blistered bread and ricotta as a starter, and the amount of ricotta that was on the plate was skimpy, so we had to ration it. The bread looked better than it tasted. I definitely prefer Èlephante's version of it. As for the pizza, we tried the calabrian salami and bianca, both of which had great crusts, but the flavor was nothing memorable. We also tried the spicy shrimp alla vodka and it had an interesting tangy flavor that I didn't expect, although the pasta was cooked well. It was quick for us to be seated since we had a reservation, which I recommend, since the interior was pretty small. The service was good and the food came out altogether which was nice.

The food was mediocre and excessively salty. Considering the high prices, it was very disappointing.

I've had a lot of pizza from New York City, to Italy, to many destinations in between and this crust is up there as some of the best especially to be based in California. That being said, I've had better pizza. The sauce really left something to be desired. It was underwhelming and a bit bland. The wow factor was definitely missing and sauce tends to really make or break a good slice of pizza. Same goes for the cheese used...It just lacked that yummy cheesy goodness you usually anticipate when you bite into a slice and it didn't help that they were a little skimpy with how much cheese they put on their pizza. I think this place would be phenomenal if they took the time to nail the sauce down and really invested in good quality cheese. They're so close just missing the mark on the flavor. The crust absolutely saves them from being bad but it still made it just an "okay" slice of pizza. The staff at the order window were friendly and helpful. The environment could use a little cleaning but overall it seems like it reflected the hipster/ quick eats vibe they're going for and it works for their business. This has quickly become my go-to spot when I want a really good pizza made with fresh, quality ingredients. The dough is one of my favorite parts, not too heavy, not too thin, and it has the perfect crisp to it. Their macaroni and cheese was amazing too. You can tell they use good quality cheese because it wasn't oily, clumpy, or overly greasy like a lot of places. Everything was smooth, rich, and well balanced. I also tried the broccolini, which tasted really good overall. Personally, I would've loved a little garlic on it and for it to be cooked slightly softer since it was still pretty crunchy, but that's just my own preference and not really a complaint. The Caesar salad was excellent as well. It is a little pricier compared to some other pizza spots nearby, but honestly not by much, and when you compare the ingredient quality and overall experience, it's absolutely worth it.

The charred breadcrumb topping added the perfect crunch, and the portion size was ideal for two adults. It had that perfect cheese pull--and then some. 5/5 - Pepperoni Pizza (with added sausage) The pizza was excellent. I loved that we could add sausage, and the crust was amazingly light. My partner likes dipping pizza in ranch, and the crust (especially the edge) was perfect for that. If you're not a fan of overly saucy pizza, this is definitely for you--the sauce doesn't overpower the sausage or pepperoni. The cheese was evenly distributed, so every bite felt balanced. 3/5 - Broccolini The broccolini was just okay. I liked the char and the slight smoky flavor, along with the hint of lemon and cheese on top. However, I wish it had been blanched a bit more, as it was crunchier than I prefer. The tops were slightly over-charred for my taste, and the texture didn't quite come together. You order before being seated, which is a bit different, and then it's open seating--bar seats, booths, or tables depending on your preference. We chose a corner booth since there was a birthday party in the center of the restaurant. The space can comfortably accommodate groups of 5-10 people. One thing to note (not the restaurant's fault) is that there were children running around quite a bit, which made it feel a little chaotic at times. Since there aren't any activities or designated areas for kids, it would be nice if parents were a bit more mindful so everyone can enjoy their dining experience. The servers were extremely nice and attentive, especially when it came to refilling drinks. You may need to check in with them for things like to-go boxes, but overall the service was solid. Overall, I would come back again.

When you enter The establishment you are immediately aware of the great aromas coming from the kitchen. After walking through some tables and chairs, I was greeted at the counter by a friendly hello and 'how can I help you?' I asked a number of questions concerning the menu. I knew there was pizza but I wanted to know more about their sandwiches and salads. I found out that they do have daily / weekly specials that are a great value. I decided to order a special small Italian sausage pizza and an order of six nude chicken wings with ranch dip on the side. I sat down and waited for the order to be completed. There were a few people at some tables finishing up their lunch. While I was there the phone was constantly ringing with takeout orders. The walls had simple decorations that created a nice ambiance. When my order was called, I was given instructions on how to carry the bag as to not disturb the toppings and cheese on the pizza. As I walked, the smell of the fresh pizza and wings was enticing. The wings were just as I ordered. I enjoyed that they have not been overcooked. The wings were tender and moist. The ranch dressing dipping sauce was a great choice. I look forward to trying some of their other homemade sauces. The Italian Sausage Pizza was cooked just the way I like it. The crust had a nice crisp bottom and great flavor. The toppings of olive and onion were a perfect combination with the Italian sausage. I was happy that I ordered the small size rather than the mini so that I could enjoy some cold pizza the next day. Great flavor even on day two. On another trip I ordered the Italian Grinder Sandwich and a large Antipasto Salad. The salad was full of flavor and fresh vegetables and meats. The sandwich was huge. More ingredients than I expected with a great Italian flavor, the bread was incredible as well. I tried the sandwich both cold and hot and both ways the flavor was the star of this sandwich. I look forward to coming back and enjoying some of the other items on their menu. Fresh pastas are next on my list of things to try. I anticipate that whatever I order will be exceptional!
