Since I bought my 14 Silverado, my truck has only been serviced by MC Silverado. All experience have been pleasant until this recent one. My entire AC unit blew, unbelievable for a 2014 right? The entire replacement cost over 1500, service advisor was awesome fixed the truck the very next day. I went to pick up my truck and still heard a strange noise when I turned on the a/c. The gave me a rental but it was a true hassle driving their and paying all that money and the issue still wasn't resolved. Come to find out their were leaves in the a/c causing he noise, seriously disappointed. 1500 fee and you couldn't clean out the leaves/unit the first time. Seems lazy and caused me wasting time and efforts. The dealer always will cost more but I trust them, after this experience I'm hesitate. Dropped my Chevy Camaro yesterday for a routine maintenance and a check engine light. The service department was very helpful, get me in and out in no time and they even gave me an option for a shuttle car or a rental while I waited. These guys are great and very professional. They got me in and out way before the ETA time. I was so happy. I guess it's a good thing dealing with a family owned bussiness instead of those big corporations. The sales manager, the service manager and the staff were great. Guys, check this place out, they treat u like family and not just another number. They really care for u here. Two hours go by and I go ask how much longer. Turn out the service was completed in just an hour. They never came to get me in the waiting area like they said they would. read more

So I have waited until after three visits to share my review in hopes I was wrong with my first two experiences. This is by far the worst dealership, (not just chevrolet dealership) but worst dealership I have ever been to for service period! Wait time sure, you have them everywhere. Drop your car off and pick it up later. The service staff is probably the most unfriendly I have ever experienced. Sure they show you interest when you need to purchase something out of warranty or not covered but other than that their are too busy to even go over your preventive maintenance, service schedule, or the results of your service. *Free car wash...Wow please avoid this at all cost. You will end up spending more time rewashing your car after your visit. Three services and three conisitant pathetic what I call rinse downs. Don't offer it if you can't be great at it free or not. Wheels do not get touched, interior please. The outside looks like a quick rinse off. Too bad, this was a pretty local dealership but I will look elsewhere, where a business takes pride in providing a great customer experience. Thats the great thing about today, we have choices. Their service department is very disappointing and they do not diagnose the situation correctly. Took our 2004 cad Seville. The computer system they said it was the throttle body and it was only available as an after market. We could purchase this $1000.00 part and they could put it in for an additional astronomical amount. More than the car was worth after paying them 1200. For repairing other computer maintenance and by passing the actual throttle sensor that needs repair. It took am outside mechanic to truly diagnose the issue and not a $2000.00 repair. I will never do business with Mark Christopher in my lifetime. They need to be reported to the BB. Which is going to happen. read more

Although we have both Buick and Chevy dealerships near us, we drive down the hill to Ontario to visit Mark Christopher for our vehicle services. They have an easy to use online appointment page. We are checked in as soon as we arrive and our cars are normally serviced faster than estimated. Plus, they always wash our cars before returning them to us. They have multiple waiting areas, with comfy seating and complimentary coffee. Employees are great and communication is excellent from the time of making appointment, upon checkin, and during the service process. Within walking distance are a Spires and Marie Callendars restaurants. read more

I cant begin to explain how happy I am with this dealership I took my 2017 Camaro ss in for a warranty service my car has several after market modifications and I took it in for a popping noice I was having on sharp turns I currently have lowering air bags on my car and other suspension components everything I had installed on my vehicle was new and from good after market company so I knew it couldn't be because of my parts so i first took my vehicle to one other dealership and they told me that I had a bad lower control arm on the driver side causing my noice but that they couldn't replace it under warranty due to all of my aftermarket components that caused it to go bad so of course I was upset because my car is still under base warranty and they didn't want to help me so I took my car in for a maintenance at mark Christopher Juan was my service advisor he was really professional and had a good attitude so I explained to him my noice situation and he said they would have to check it out first so they checked it out and confirmed to me that it was the lower control arm and they also spotted a sway bar bushing that was loose that the other dealership didn't catch so thinking that I was going to get blamed for the bad parts I asked to talk to the manager to see if they could help me out with my problems so I talked to rodney and Jeff who were the managers I had a good detailed conversation with them and to my surprise they were more than happy to help me so I got my parts covered and they even checked for any other loose things I was really happy with there excellent service department and will be taking my car there for more repairs and maintenance in the future read more

We were very eager and excited to buy a new truck , we were welcomed by a gentleman that was nice to us the whole entire time , however his manager i believe his name is hemer or something with an H was not very helpful. He didn't really seem to care about what we were looking for . And what we were comfortable with. We told him exactly what we were looking for in numbers and it just felt like he did not care and he just kept coming back with numbers that didn't make sense. The sad part was he didn't take the time to try and negotiate, or really try to at least meet one of our standards. Not our way nor there way but just in between. And we left like we were just not worth anything. It was just sad because i had very high expectations of Chevy. And as a client, its not our 1st nor 2nd vehicle we have purchased, we have had many and good interest rates and loan terms , and very close to 800 credit score and good credit History. Very upset with their service department. First off about 3 weeks prior to yesterdays visit, I made an appointment for their free oil change (2014) Chevy Volt. I was told approx 2 hours, so I made the appointment, upon arrival they said their was also a factory recall on the emissions (that they knew about but did not inform me , and that the repairs would now take almost 8 hours. I had to cancel the appointment, since I didn't have time to wait, and I was a couple of miles outside their courtesy ride service (10 miles). So fast forward 3 weeks, with another appointment they said I would be charged for the oil change, since I was outside the mileage for the free service....Of course I informed them that the delay was theirs, and the charge was removed. During the service I also mentioned to the service manager, that the drivers seat upholstery was fraying....(Defective Material)....Of course he said later, that it was normal wear and not covered by warranty. This is bullshit since I have vehicles with cloth material approaching 15 years and the upholstery looks almost new (Ford Ranger/Honda Civic). So I go to pickup my car, went to the service desk, and they informed me that I have to go to the cashier to complete the service. Went to the cashier, where I was informed again that there would be a charge for the oil change. I then had to go back to the original service writer to correct the paperwork for the free oil change then another visit to the cashier. Picked up my paperwork at which time they said my car would be pulled out in a few minutes. With a few minutes to kill I decided to look at the new Chevy Bolt. The salesperson was very courteous, but completely clueless on the vehicle specs....he claimed that with the new high capacity charging setup that the car can be charged 100% in under 30 minutes....I informed him that was impossible, and he should check his facts. Ok....so more than a bit curious about the Bolt so we take for quick test drive....(Very Impressed), but at this time not interested in trading in my car. Ok...so the test drive takes around 15 minutes....arriving back to the dealership and I notice my car still has not been moved. Another trip back to the cashier, and asked why there has there been a 30 minute delay in moving my vehicle a couple hundred feet so I can leave. Wait another 5 minutes, and finally I get to head home. So I have a 2014 Chevy Volt with new oil, a defective seat not covered by warranty, and a vehicle that has lost 50% of it's value. So what do you think the chances are that I purchase another GM product?? read more

This place is a joke. After speaking with the internet sales manager (Joel Rodriquez) on the Costco car buying program we agreed on a price, color and car. It had everything we wanted and in the price we could afford. Joel Rodriquez was even so kind to PUT IT IN WRITING. Made an appointment and were on our way to ontario (from riverside). Met with Mr. Rodriguez and started what i assumed to be a smooth buying experience. After a quick test drive, we started the paperwork. Keep in mind, the price was all negotiated for an out the door price with Taxes and registration prearranged. Then it fell apart. Mr. Rodriguez comes back with an increased price of $300. Ummmm, no! We agreed on an out the door price and we had cash in hand with no financing. Mr. Rodriguez then tells us he figured the tax rate wrong and we are responsible to pay it. Absolutely not. The error was on his side and the price was agreed upon with no errors on our behalf. The dealership refused to come down the $300. After speaking with multiple finance service managers we were notified that either we are to pay the increase $300 or we have to depart "as friends". They admitted multiple times that the error was on their behalf but that they cannot come down $300 because they "aren't making any money on this car" which we all know is BS and have heard multiple times before. We left in disbelief, disheartened and angry. While the $300 is not a lot of money in the scheme of things, the principle is. We negotiated a price, they put it in writing, we took the time to come down and were told to leave. This is a pathetic excuse for a dealership and the owner should be ashamed of his sales team. Losing a sale over $300 based upon their own error is disgraceful, pathetic and deplorable at best. Save your money and time and seek a better car buying experience anywhere. I would gladly pay the $300 at any dealership other than this one. read more

My prior car was a Lexus, and I can say without a doubt that Mark Christopher took better care of us than Lexus did. About two weeks ago we traded in our Escalade for a 2012 Suburban because we needed more space for our family. We went back to Nevin and purchased the car from him. He found us the exact car we were looking for and sold it to us for a great price. The whole process of trading in our car and buying the new one SO easy!! I bought my Cruze here in November 2014, and the entire process was very smooth and easy. JC totally took care of me from start to finishing the transaction. He found the exact car I wanted, with all options I wanted, and made it a very enjoyable experience from test drive to driving it home. I took my Cruze in for it's first service (April 2015) and really liked the way I was treated at Mark Christopher. Service writer George totally took care of me, from the get go, til I picked my car up. He called and updated me as to my car's status the whole time, since I had to leave it there. There was one small snafu that occurred, totally by accident, but between George, Jeff (the manager), and Curt, they totally cleared it up and solved the problem quickly and thoroughly. Hey, accidents happen, but it's more how they're handled, and Jeff was fantastic about it! He completely took care of it, no questions asked. . George was great, and Curt (who did the work on my car) is the best in his field. I would highly recommend Mark Christopher, and will be taking my car there for future services. Brought my car in for service. It had a couple of recalls that needed to be fixed and had a service warning message relating to the emission system. The first day the car was there they fixed the recall items. The second day they realized they were going to have to drop the gas tank out of the car to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally got around to figuring out what was wrong with the car and that they needed to order a part from Michigan. The car was finally finished at the end of the fourth day. I really felt like I was treated like my car was not a priority to them for the first two days it was there. I had to call the service department at the end of the first day to find out what was going on with my car at the end of the first day. After that they did a good job of keeping me informed. I was not happy with the service I received and will not be going back. read more
