To start off, I have to say I didn't have any issues purchasing my Cadillac at MCAC. So, the above single star is directed straight at the absurd Service Dept. I understand that COVID caused issues in every workplace but to lean on it to exclude all dealer perks (IE: shuttle services, loaner vehicles and Uber/Lyft assistance.) is ridiculous. The issue: I made an appoint at 9:10 in the morning for a oil service change. I was asked if I was going to wait the 1.5 hour for it to be completed. 3-hours later, I was called and advised that it was a recommendation that I swap the battery and that they had one in stock at the parts Dept. I was told that it would only take a 1/2 hour more to complete this process. I advised that I had to leave to work but if it was only gonna be a 30 min delay that I would agree to have the battery installed. 2-hours later, I had to check in with the service Dept to get my car out in order to get to work on time. I was advised that it wasn't done because the mechanic had to take his lunch in the middle of the service. Then to find out that the oil change hadn't been done. It is not reasonable to take 5 plus hours to complete an oil change and is clearly not a good practice for a customer service based business. Although certain members of the staff went out of their way to find out the status of my vehicle, there wasn't any follow up to get my car done expeditiously. I'm extremely disappointed in partnering with MCAC and will no longer purchase nor utilize this dealership again. No outcome at the time of this review. read more

I purchased a 2022 Chevy Colorado for my son in May of 2022 from this dealership. Since then I've had two interactions with the service department. I won't go into the first one but the second is pretty egregious and I'll share. I had a outside company spray my truck bed and add running boards. Apparently in the process they severed the rear camera harness. They tried to fix it by splicing it but eventually the connection was lost. I took it to the dealer and they quoted me $167.85 for the part (which was listed on the Chevy parts site for 80.00) and quoted me $496.38 in labor. When I went back to the folks that caused the damage, they ordered the part for 80.00 and installed it in 15 MINUTES. The dealer wanted 664.23 for an 80.00 part and a 15 minute install. I understand that a dealer's service department is a huge profit center and I expect to pay a premium, but this borders on criminal. read more

I found the car I was interested in at mark Christopher , I began to communicate with a sales man by the name Alex . He was very pleasant to deal with and we went back and forth and arranged to come down to start process and give him a check . We drove down about 1 plus hours to visit him while we were out in area . Come to find out we couldn't complete transaction but spoke with Greg the manager for quite some time and he said he would put vehicle on roof as he couldn't even sale the car without the rims and tires which allowed the owner of our company time that he could sign for car , Greg stated he would get back to me Tuesday to make arrangements . During this time Alex was suppose to get back to me as well which he didn't so I placed a call to him , and he eventually returned my call by text and I alerted him about Jason a new sales guy reaching out to us . During this time a sales man named Jason starting calling our boss and made arrangements to send him a credit app and making arrangements for him to fly Down from up north to sign for this vehicle @ the same time I'm also dealing with Alex & Greg . As of yesterday we were in contact with both Jason and Alex and all of a sudden today (Monday )the car is sold , this is now after the fact that my boss purchased a ticket to fly down to sign for this vehicle and after myself and my coworker actually drove down with a check to retain this car . **Update** I spoke to the guy in charge of the loaner and 24 hr test drive cars. I was told that they for sure dont have a CT6 for test drives even though others said they had one. Met with Cesar Valenzuela to begin the arduous process of either purchasing or leasing a truck. I purchased a BRAND NEW 2022 Chevy Colorado last month and my check engine light keeps coming on. When I contacted the service department I was told that I would need to leave my truck there for 2 DAYS. When I asked if I would get a loaner vehicle they said NO. When I asked if I could leave it there over the weekend so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting my son to and from school, and myself to and from work; they said they weren't open on the weekends. I explained I couldn't be without a vehicle in the middle of the week for 2 days. (Which is why I traded in my old car for this new truck! Because my car kept breaking down and it wasn't reliable). I asked if there was a way around the 2 days- since I just needed them to run a diagnostic to see why the check engine light was on and she said NO. I asked what she recommended because I can't be without a vehicle for days in the middle of the week and she said "ask for a ride". Not only does my brand new truck have the check engine light on after barely 30 days of having it; but it seems the service department is unable to assist or accommodate me. read more
