Forever Grateful to Marvelous Plumbing when Thrifty Rooter pulled a "no show no call" at a family member's home for a backed up toilet despite telling me the day before that a plumber would be out the next morning! Waited all day & afternoon for the plumber that never showed up. Out of desperation (my elderly family member was forced to use upstairs bathrooms when they shouldn't be climbing stairs for health reasons while we waited for TR that still hadn't showed up), I called Gilbert after 5pm hoping he could refer me to a plumber as he'd done previous work for me in the tri-county (Orange-LA-San Bernardino counties) area. I didn't know Marvelous also serviced the South Bay. Gilbert informed me they were finishing up a job in Irvine, but could get to my family member's home in 1.5 hours and they were! I'm not one to leave reviews but I felt like this company definitely earned it. I had a leak in my house that I couldn't find. I reached out to Marvelous Plumbing and Gilbert came out within an hour of making the call. He found that the leak was coming from underneath the slab of my house. I tried to put in an insurance claim but was denied. Gilbert helped refer me to a company to help guide me through dealing with the insurance and they were able to get the insurance to approve my claim. Not only is the insurance covering a portion of the plumbing but they are covering to pay for all of the damage that happened from them denying me. Once I gave Gilbert the green light him and his crew were at my house that week to fix the leak. This has been one of the most difficult, stressful and frustrating situations but Gilbert made sure to keep in touch and let me know he didn't forget about me. I definitely have Marvelous Plumbing stored in my phone contacts incase I need plumbing done in the future and will also be referring them to people I know. I highly recommend them. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Marvelous Plumbing! We had a particularly difficult leak that required two visits, and they completely saved the day. The second time around, we actually discovered an additional leak right as we were getting ready to put up drywall. I called them in a panic, and they managed to come out the exact same day. Because of their quick response, we didn't have to reschedule our drywall installation, which would have been a massive headache. Every single team member we interacted with was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. To top it off, they left the work areas cleaner than they found them! Flawless communication, I reached out and explained my issue with a bathroom faucet. Gilbert helped me figure out exactly what I needed and resolved my issue way faster (and more affordably) than anyone else I spoke to. He went out of his way to show me how to fix my bidet so I could save money without needing a plumber. It would have been easy to just charge me to do an easy fix, but he had the integrity to treat me as a family member or friend. Robert came in to inspect my sewer line based on a concern that I had. He was able to use his camera and identified three potential areas of concern. The inspection was free and the estimates for the work were reasonable. Robert knows A LOT about plumbing, so I appreciated him sharing his knowledge and expertise through every step of the process. The only feedback I would give is to their call center. They called me back a few days later with a lower price and kind of blamed it on the plumber for inaccurate pricing. I called in a panic at 6:40pm on a Sunday evening. Gilbert was there in less than a half and hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly. We had roots growing through our pipes causing blockages & backup into our tub. He called in his partner Bianca and they cleared blockages, hydrojeted through the roots.
