    Mango sticky rice parfait
    Lauren Y.

The mango sticky rice parfait is a special this summer and it was delicious. $12 is a lot for ice cream though so I wouldn't get it again. It's easy to order yourself on the kiosks to the right of the store. They call out your name to check that you're here before making your dessert. Overall the space is nice and it doesn't take that long to serve you. But I would only come here for special occasions.

The address was little confusing to get to. I went on Monday evening when they were shooting the night shows and so the area appeared closed off. But a nice guard overheard my struggle to find the place and told me how to get there. Go inside the building and go down a level. I got strawberry matcha which was perfect!! Good sweetness - I requested light in strawberry syrup but still had the fruit flavour. On the pricier side but Definitely recommend.

This place is hidden under shopping center in Rockefeller center so not many people know this gem. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. Matcha ice cream I had was soooo good. The little toppings they had were delicious as well. Their service is 10/10! Friendly and efficient with kiosks. The place is clean and cute but it's a tiny place so most likely you won't have much space to sit and eat. I prefer to take that ice cream outside and watch ppl at the Rockefeller center.

    Onigiri- bad, matcha- great

I ordered delivery from this place & would give it 3 stars as albeit the matcha was great, the onigiri had virtually nothing inside. I don't expect it to be full of meat/protein of choice but to give that little is wrong haha. I wouldn't be opposed to going back but it would just be for the matcha.

Matcha is good overall but a tad on the sweeter side even at 75% sweetness. I got the matcha latte with the salmon and beef onigiri. Beef was alright, probably wouldn't recommend as it was a bit underwhelming. Service you can order at the kiosk or the counter. Ambiance is small and no seating. 8.1/10

Stopped by to get a drink before we're heading up for the Jimmy Fallon show. I got a mango coconut drink, which was pretty tasty! I started off by ordering at the kiosk and then it took a while for drinks to come out but that's just because it was super busy. We also ended up getting a soft serve, which is good as well. Overall, drinks were good, but it was a bit pricey and service was okay. The store is pretty small so everything is pretty much to go.

Cute place. Kind of hard to find. You got past the FAO store into the Rockefeller Center and down the stairs and then down one of the hallways almost to the end between Starbucks and Juice Press. Find. They are very thorough with getting the line moved. Have tons of drinks, ice cream and more to pick from. They even have a pick up live screen so you know exactly how long your order will take and when it's ready. I ordered a Sakura Matcha and with 50% less ice and coconut milk. It was so delightful and the perfect amount of sweetness. I slurped it up in less than 10 minutes. I really liked it. It was light and the perfect blend of flavors between Sakura and Matcha once you give it a good mix. It would be nice at this place had a little more room for seating but overall a good experience.

So if we are talking about matcha in general, I would give this a four star. The matcha was premade so it is not freshly mixed and made for each person, if you like the fresh taste and experience. The service is upfront their and fast and also they have kiosks to just order and go. The ambience is very natural seems like it is earthy and gives a calm setting to just relax especially with the lavender products they sell in store. I like the variety of drinks they have and the flavors compared to other matcha drink places in New York this place as my taste buds on point for matcha and sweetness and I also like the ube mini boba pearls in the bottom of the ube matcha drink also have different bases for milks such as oat, almond and whole milk. I would come again for a quick to go run. But it kind of worries me that the matcha is not freshly made per customer so your not getting the full benefits from the matcha drink. But very lovely place with other lovely places around it!

This was so good! Today was the first time I tried their strawberry matcha. I added lavender syrup and it was already so sweet(I asked for 25% sweetness). The matcha literally tasted so fruity, almost like fruity pebbles. I also got the white chocolate matcha cookie(yum!) I liked the fact that my order was ready before I even got there, as I had ordered on the site. They also decorated the shop with jellycats, which were absolutely adorable.

Came to try the new mango sticky rice soft serve and was sad to say it was not what I hoped. The mango soft serve was more creamy than fruity, very subtle mango flavor. There was a small scoop of nicely ripe mangos, a small scoop of too firm sticky rice, and then a little squeeze of coconut sauce and a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Love the idea, the execution could use some work.

Difficult to find (inside mall, lower level near Rockefeller Center ice rink) and sort of behind the Starbucks. Worth the roundabout wandering to find this place! We got a sesame latte and a matcha soft serve in matcha along with an unagi onigiri. The sesame was very good. The matcha was amazing! The onigiri was hot, fresh, and tasty. You can order via one of the two kiosks to the right as you enter.

Inside the concourse near Starbucks, you'll find this tucked away. There are two kiosks to the side where you can order from. Some minimal seating but mostly a grab and go operation. One thing I liked was that you were able to adjust the sweetness and ice level, similar to boba. There were also recommendations on how sweet to go based on the drink. I really wanted to try the banana pudding and while this was tasty I preferred my friends ube matcha. The ube and matcha was actually a really good combo.

Best Matcha cafe around! The people are nice too! I've tried nearly every matcha on the menu and all are good. I especially love the strawberry matcha latte and the Ube matcha latte. The matcha soft serve is also incredible! I highly recommend this place! It can be a little tricky to find the first time because it's on the ground floor of Rockefeller (same level as the ice rink, down the hall on the southeast side).

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.
