If I could give them a zero I would. I went to Mavis on Chili Ave at 8am. I waited outside until they opened the doors at 8:04am. I went up explained exactly what I needed to be looked at. I gave my information and my keys over so he could get the mileage off my car. He explained they were short staffed and was uncertain of the amount of time it would take to look at my car. I said that's fine I would like to wait in my car until it's time to be pulled in the garage. (my phone was on 5% and someone was seated by the plug area...) he still put my keys in the black bag that the techs use. I requested to have my keys so I could wait in my car again. Charles went to get my keys and said "she wants to wait in her car" with an irritated tone. He then hands me my keys and said "have a good day! I thought to myself maybe it's early and he didn't mean to say "have a good day" because I never stated I was leaving.... well after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and seeing cars be pulled back that came after me I realized I wasn't going to get any service because I requested to sit in my car. How does it effect anyone if I wait inside my car while waiting to get service? Well, I guess it bothered him so much that he told the techs not to service me. It really hurt my feelings because also I recently got surgery and wanted to just charge my phone and lay down until I had to be in the waiting area. You never know what someone has going on. So people should be a little nicer. read more

Excellent service, Donna and crew Came with a nail on one tire, we found five on one tire, three on the other on the passenger side of the car. I had purchased new tires last year and bought "insurance" for the tires. It's not that great. I still had to pay $305 to replace the two tires. Donna is gone, new manager, I think they rotate them. Crew is familiar. I'm coming often to check tire pressure light. They are nice and checked out for me. This time they lifted the car and checked the back tires for leaks, took them off and found rim was a little corroded. Clean it, re-sealed, balance the tires. No leaks or flats found. The temperature is fluctuating and it seems to affect the tire pressure. I'll keep an eye on it. read more

Don't get tires here! They will up charge you. I went online picked out my tires, price $399 plus tax. Got there and they wanted to charge me additional $85, for the old tires. They said the online price was wrong. I went to Dunn Tire and got the same tires for $100 less with their out the door price. No additional up charges like Mavis. read more

These guys should not be working there at all. If its not a tire do not go...They not only busted a caliper but tried to shift the blame on me. Customer service is absent. Some sloppy dude calling all the shots but working on nothing.....What a waste of time and finance. I'll never go again...Beware of this shop. "Everyone"..The inexperience is off the charts...Its all about the money...Shame on you "MAVIS" for allowing kids to work on property with no experience. The fine folks at Mavis Discount Tire have Been choice for tires & brakes. Tire I bought was was cheaper than comparison shopping. I had four wheel discs done and love the Lifetime Guarantee. The associates there were very friendly & professional. I'll be back to change out my snows soon. read more

I have had multiple services performed at this location and they've always been honest about how long something is going to take to be resolved and they've always been spot on with any problems. My last visit was to have my tires rotated and to see if I had a tire with a slow leak. In the end there was a nail in my tire that was fixed and they performed the rotation for me. I got my car back faster than they originally stated and this is the type of service I've received every time I've been to this location. Luis, Chaz or Mary were the managers each time I've been there and I've got nothing but good things to say. The service as well as how they treated me was excellent. read more

This place is horrible. Got my brakes done and every week the same sound that I took it in with kept on. Took it back and they said it's normal. Took it to my mechanic and they didn't do the work properly. Tried to save a little but it's not worth it. Very unprofessional people that work there. Don't go. Beware of this business. read more

I tried to get an appointment scheduled with them and I went there when the store opened to get my tires replaced and they told me it was a call center I contacted. I had to wait a lot longer than I was hoping too and there were no options for tires for my car. Granted it's a 2003 but still I saw many options online and was hoping that they would be a good place to go to. They charged me for the warranty without asking first. They barely told me what was going on with the status of my tires being replaced. I waited from 8 till almost 11 to pay almost $700 and then to go out later and see that after all that my alignment was messed up even though they insisted on me getting it to help ensure the tires would last. This was my first and last time going to mavis I would not recommend their services to anyone. read more

I would put a zeo star but it isn't option. I went there because I needed a tow tires were flat. I get a call next morning my battery was dead and before dropping it off it was fine no issues starting at all. Then I go to leave and guy left my passenger door open and hmmmm maybe that's what happened when my battery died????? He probably left something on. The one mechanic was not too smart he told me I needed dick because I got upset my foot was left open seems they don't respect customers and that they aren't very cautious about leaving things on. I feel ripped off and I would not recommend going there. They have no customer service skills at least the mechanic that yelled at me and told me he was going to knock glasses off my face! My car was wearing out tires unevenly so I took it in here to get it repaired and new tires. They said it needed an alignment and obviously new tires. A month later tires wore out in the same spot! They didn't wear out that fast before! Called them and they said come in tomorrow and we'll make it right. Came in the next day no more than 10 minutes after they open and they can't be sure they'll be able to get to it to fix their mistake yet come back tomorrow. read more
